i'm gonna give you a demo of why i like kv core and quite honestly it doesn't matter what crm system you use but when you pick one let's make sure that you're actually using so what i want to jump into right now is not giving you this overly complicated drawn out how to set up kv core how to go step by step by step i want to just cover the the concepts and the basics of what it is that kb core and any crm system should be doing for you so what are the top things that you should be using what are the things to really understand and let me jump into like how to get it set up and how to really start making it work for you okay this is meant to be a quick and dirty not a drawn out 20 minutes hour and if you would like to really dive in deep from a veteran like myself who's bringing a ton of experience forward there's a link down below and i'm happy to share with you about my training my coaching programs and then really to implement it the right way it takes time okay and it takes a lot of sitting down but just to learn how to click things and set things up isn't really going to always teach you the true strategy and implementation i was talking with somebody recently who's been using kv core and i found out that they were using a custom site because they really didn't understand the concepts of of the website and it's integral part of why uh any crm system with the front end is important to use the front end or make sure that they're integrated so that is something that i'm going to talk about just in case that part is missing from your understanding about the concepts and putting this forward all right let's get into the quick and dirty i'm kim barber with kim barber group and exp realty and i've helped thousands of owners and agents with real estate since 2004. [Music] okay so basically here super easy i'm gonna go ahead and log in to the kb core platform again i always say this a lot of people come to me kv core but if you're not using the system then this is the functionality that we want to make sure that you have right we want to make sure that you have a website front end or you have something that leads are coming into right that would be most ideal and so we're going to log in and we're going to we're going to want to see the leads and the contacts that we have in the background so that you can have all your contacts in one place so the quick and dirty you have a website front end now this happens to be my kp core kim barber group branded website i do have the custom they called the semi custom template so you can see it here and what i love about it is that on the back end when i have people use it then i'm going to be able to see all of my contacts right so the goal is to stay top of mind and have our people come to your website and then when they go to search for properties in our area then we're going to want to have these leads then going into the back end right the crm so when they search you can set it up you know the two or the three and have them meaning i'm going to click on two homes or three homes and then you can basically have them log into your system and have it show up in the background okay so then basically we're going to see the leads come in back here and then the idea is that you're going to want to understand that you can log in each day and see that what they're searching you can then reach out to them with emails and texts and everything is in one place so let's say that my my contact here is looking at a home then i can come down and see all of the history of what they're doing and so i'm scrolling through this fast this is a quick and dirty but received email sent an email and i can set up for example you know my property alerts and i have some automation set up so i can stay in touch with them over time so the idea is that over the tenure of working with different clients then we have their entire journey sphere prospect new lead active and so they come in you know whether they're coming in from your website or they're coming in from a manual entry or an open house or an ad that you've run they've come into your system then they're captured in the back end where you can add all of their content right you can have their contact information and their property valuations and you can set up automation to to make it scalable and automated and then everything is in one place right you don't have a million different systems you know you you know if you have a calling dial system then perhaps is like expireds or neighborhood calling and don't want to put them in here you could integrate them in or you could manually enter and so that at some point you have all of them housed because as you scale and as you grow that doesn't mean that you need to have some huge wild big team but you want to basically have them in one place okay so that is the benefit of here a lot of people might go oh they're only going to want to do zillow or redfin as much as i you know don't necessarily love saying their names because we want them to come to our sites the fact is that they do but when you have a robust site that is super capable then we want to get them to our site right you want to have them you know have such a good site that they want to come to yours and then you can say hey when you see a property then you can um set up an appointment for me to show it to you right then what happens is you want to have them you set up text alerts so that you see that they're seeing a property but they can click schedule a home with me and such like that so that's the whole idea you can save it you can view the details and then it's in the back end okay that's the quick and dirty then you can start getting more details so again if you want to have some training
