hello in redpot CRM we can Define different sales cycle for different products and you can again assign these product sales cycle two different Prospect stages let's see an example here we have defined for Prospect stages namely cold warm hot and cold cold is just an inquiry or a lead warmed means we have 50 chance of closing it or the clients have shown some sort of an interest under hot categories are those prospects which are already our customers or have more chance to close the sales and under hold are the canceled customers due to various reasons now for each product there will be separate sales cycle we can assign each stage in product life cycle to prospect stage for this particular product bike these are the different stages now you can refine it to different Prospect stage click Define cycle and you can Define the order of the cycle in this case it is look and feel test ride booking buy and deliver you can refine it to Stage Group ing to the nature of the stage say cold warm or hot similarly for redpot CRM there are more stages in sales cycle and still you can classify it into three groups based on the nature of the sales cycle the major advantage of prospect Stage Group is you can give and restrict access to these groups based on the user roles for example the serial can view and edit the leads in all stages a consultant can edit cold and warm stages but can only view the prospects in the hot stage and the user can edit the prospects in the cold stage but can only view those in the warm stage and will not be having access to the hot stage to define a prospect Stage Group visit admin and click manage Prospect Stage Group under the subheading prospects you can add the group along with description to define the product sales cycle and assign it to a Stage Group select manage Prospect stage under prospects select the product and create a sales cycle to a fine it to a Stage Group clip Define cycle you can Define the cycle and assign it to a group as well to give and restrict access to Stage groups based on user role visit users under admin module and select role stage wise accessed select a role and give access to view or edit different stage groups or can restrict the access as well
