How to create outlook signature

use Microsoft CRM to drive and control the complete sales cycle in your business this schematic shows a typical sales process from leads through qualification to opportunity management allowing for sales pipeline reporting sales analysis and sales goals tracking i'm using the Microsoft Outlook interface for this demonstration you can see that i can get straight into my crm system from my outlook interface let's have a look at the dashboards we can see at a glance our goals of dressing what our sales pipeline looks like and even drill into any of the data that is on the our pipeline I can see my open opportunities in detail with the graph on the right hand side and I want to have a look at just this phase of my pipeline or I have a look at it by account manager and I'd like a diagram you can see how it easy it is to just click on the information and get the summary data that you were you're interested in at the time there are a number of dashboards that come standard with the system but i can grab my own favorites i'm creating my own dashboards simply by clicking the new button and following the wizard I've been given a list of leads but I'd like to import into my CRM system so that I can qualify them I'm going to use the inbuilt import function and select the spreadsheet that I've been given for my legs by following the wizard I'm able to bring the leads into my CRM system i can see that i'm in my lead section and at my open leads the import function is now bought in a list of leads and i can now go and open up the first one and start my qualification process I can see the details for this lead Suzie the company the phone number etc so I'm going to create a phone call activity to record the fact that i'll call this person for the purposes of qualification during the phone call I find that Susan would like to have a sales demo so I record that fact on the phone call record and inside is completed my sales process now calls me to qualify this lead as an opportunity so I'll use of tools in my system so it made it could create an account a contact and opportunity in my crm system from the link emotion I can optionally open each one of these records and edit them manually I would like but for this demo I'm not going to do that the lead record is now closed and it's read-only so I'm going to go to my opportunities list and have a look at the new opportunity that's been created and see that my list of my open opportunities now has one opportunity ready me to follow through my sales process the important information in the opportunity is the estimated revenue the estimated close date of when the decision is going to be made for buying or not buying and what the probability of sale is at the presence of point in time this probability will change as I get closer to closing the deal you notice that not only the opportunity been created for me but a record in the closed activities had been created for the qualification email that I created at my lead level so I can stare for history of what's been going on with this opportunity there is also what emotion that can be put into the system that allows me to automatically create tasks and other activities associated with an opportunity so that you can see at our open up a chick and activities level a task has been created to do some research on this company I'm now going to create an appointment for the demonstration of the software and because the appointment is for an individual rather than the account I'm going to select contacts on Susie and add her to the appointment I set my date and time and then I can close the appointment as being activity that is still to be completed I can now see my list of open activities against this opportunity my sales process continues and eventually a purchase decision is made so I update the opportunity to say that it's been one the data it's one the actual revenue and then click OK at any time I can view the data using the different views if I have a look at my clothes opportunities for this period I can see a list of those opportunities quickly and easily this simple opportunity management process feeds into the corporate view of my sales pipeline and my budgets you for more information you can phone email request to sales contact or find more information on our website
