hey guys I hope you all are doing well receive here and uh in this video I'm gonna show you uh what I have been asked a lot lately actually so uh this is the go high level onboarding questionnaire so this is what we send the clients before creating their uh high level account creating funnels for them creating automations and all kinds of stuff because we send this to them as a go high level client onboarding survey or a questionnaire or a form whatever you call it that includes all the questions we need uh answers to right so I'm going to show you all the fields so this is the survey I've done a bit bit of CSS here as you can see this looks quite different than uh the typical survey we've got in high level so if we start filling up it will just keep asking you all these questions right so you can just keep filling it uh city state postal code Business website so let's let's see from the back end I'm not showing you the actual funnel because this is the permanent link of this survey so this is just the survey and it gets embedded to the client onboarding survey landing page or in the funnel so I'm going to show you the questions which uh are the most important things and I want to discuss in this video so full name email phone number business name address city state these are just typical questions uh describe your business this is really important because we actually do ads and other marketing services like SEO and all those stuff for them so this is really important for us to know before we actually start building their campaigns and funnels so uh this is just uh what what the business does and what the business is all about do you know any competitors so competitor data is really important if we are doing SEO or Google ads or something like that so this is really important if the client has competitor website URLs you should put it here um business offers so this is actually a very important field the client needs to fill this up because if the client has any offers that needs to be promoted through the ads right if whether you're running Google ads Facebook ads Bing ads Tick Tock ads like all those stuff needs to be promoted through an offer and if you've got no offer just create one but if the client already has offers that makes your life so much easier so you better ask this question to the client and if he has an offer then really good like we are offering a 10 discount on all exterior painting Services we work with painters so this is just an example we are just putting here right do you have an existing sales funnel if not it's completely fine we're going to create one business profile on Google so if this is really important when we are doing SEO or local business ads so for those stuff Google business profile or Google my business or however you call it is really important Facebook page really important uh for advertisement purposes online advertisement so this is this is actually specific to us really because we do Google ads and Facebook ads if you have other advertising Services you could just add here you want a quick onboarding call to get an overview of how to use our CRM platform this we've put it here because this makes sure the client does not leave in the future because to be honest if somebody does not know how this thing works if somebody does not know how he can be benefit it from this platform he's just gonna leave he's not gonna keep paying for something he doesn't know so this is really important if and uh most of the time they say yes and if they say yes that's a good thing obviously even if it takes some of your time but that's worth investing you know so you should ask the client if he wants a quick call then what email would you like to receive email uh notifications for New Leads so this is also really important because if you are doing ads or leads generation Services any kind of lead generation Services uh you should ask the client where he should receive the leads data and uh obviously you will share the logins to his sub account so he can log in and know but in case he has a sales team or a sales person you should see like he should get notified whenever a lead is coming in and upon submission when a client submits this full survey this is actually the onboarding survey so after the client fills this up we send him an email saying thank you blah blah blah and then send him the app links uh and we actually sent him the lead connector app and we send him two links one for Android another for iPhone depending on which one he needs so this is actually the onboarding uh client onboarding questionnaire or client onboarding survey for goha level you could customize it however you want and uh yeah that's that's all guys that's what I wanted to share make sure you subscribe if you like the video and I'll see in the next one [Music]
