if you're looking for client management software that you can invoice your clients on board them and have your business running seamlessly with workflows then you're in the right place i'm sharing my five favorite dubsado features in this video [Music] i have a facebook group with over 50 000 virtual assistants shameless plug you should totally join my va savvy's community it's amazing and i pulled them asking what is your favorite tool for running your business and hands down the overwhelming response was dubsado so in this video i'm going to break down some of my favorite dubsado features so you can check out if it's a good client management software for you okay so this is really embarrassing when i first started my business i kept track of all my clients in an excel document and i would have to search and hope that i labeled things better than judy paid half of october half of what who's judy then i discovered client management systems and i went from hot mess to hot and fresh out the kitchen clients rolling and money got every va in here wishing sorry where was i judy right here are my top five dubsado features feature number one all-in-one proposals all right i really love this feature when you have an all-in-one proposal it means that you can combine your proposal and everything else like your contract or your invoice all into one document and then you can just send it to your clients in an email and give them everything they need to book their services right there on the platform and this is so amazing because instead of having to send multiple emails back and forth to your clients with here's your invoice here's your contract etc you can just send over one simple document feature number two the client portal let's be real here having a client portal that your clients can log into is super super effective but it also makes you look really legit here's what i love about the client portal inside of debsato you can actually give each of your clients their own private login they even get their own individual password and once they log in they can access all of the documents that you two share so that would be everything like past invoices questionnaires even the emails that you guys have back and forth and the third feature that i love about dubsado is their calendar scheduling have you ever tried to figure out a time that you and your potential client can meet and you end up sending emails back and forth and back and forth well the scheduler inside of devsato completely solves this it's really similar to calendly or acuity where clients can come online and they can select days and times that you've already said you're available to meet but what's awesome is that this feature is actually built into dubsado because it's built into dubsado it actually makes scheduling a call with you even easier and it gives you options that wouldn't be available otherwise you have the option to require a paid invoice in order to book a call with you and after a client schedules a call you can even auto send them a link that has a questionnaire for them to fill out so let's say that a potential client is booking a discovery call with you and this is the first step in your sales process what's really amazing is that you can even embed your dubsado scheduler inside of your website so if the first step for working with you is to schedule a discovery call that can just integrate already seamlessly into your client management software feature number four reporting and budgeting it is so so important that you keep track of all of the money that you are making in your business and dubsado makes this super easy there's a reporting dashboard where you can track any of the income that comes in you can also track your expenses and it will automatically create reports for you based off of that information your invoicing is already built into this system so you're not having to integrate multiple systems to come up with your reports and what's really cool is that it integrates with quickbooks so if you do use an outside software like quickbooks to do your taxes and the fifth and final feature that i absolutely love about dubsado are the workflows now i've definitely saved the best for last hair workflows are such a cool feature inside of dubsado you can essentially set up automation so dubsado is doing some of the work for you in your business for example let's say you're a virtual assistant and you are ready to onboard a new client here's what that might look like inside of dubsado you can send an automatic email response when somebody has an inquiry on your website about your services then you can send a follow-up email when a call isn't scheduled after that you can send a client an all-in-one proposal that includes your invoice and your contract everything they need to get started with you once that proposal is signed you can send them your onboarding questionnaire automatically through workflows so they can complete that proposal workflows inside of dubsado make your job easier and it makes it really simple to onboard your clients with professionalism like i mentioned earlier i train people
