How to create outlook signature

all right we're going over a prospect campaign today and KV core this is not a tutorial on KV core and how statuses work and all the Motions or even setting it up um what I'm going over is kind of the definitions that I use for the statuses that are in KV core All Leads come with statuses you cannot create any more statuses um I mean pretty much the statuses is what you get so I make definitions for what that means when I can create a definition I can create a strategy I've been in CRM since 2015. and everybody says it the CRM you use is going to be the best one honestly KV core is one of the most meat and potatoes KV cores I really love how it's it's very simple it's easy to read um you know comparing it to other crms but I also like that statuses I can't just keep making more statuses as I go so I made definitions for what these mean now I can create a strategy for it and what we're really going to be going over is the prospect status that might be a little weird for a lot of people because the word Prospect I mean you're prospecting maybe that means you're following up you're working the lead but again in KV core you're only given so many statuses all right I can't just make things up so personally the way I like to use Prospect that's my junkyard it's people who are not worth my time my money at that point this is going to mean a lot of different things we're going to go over some examples in KV core of people who aren't worth your time and your money but think about it a window shopper or someone who saw their friends listing and they they signed up on your website because they were just being nosy someone who has bad credit someone who has some health issues that's going on there's all kinds of reasons whenever you start finding out people's story that they're not worth your time but isn't it nice to know that you could have them on some type of drip a drip that makes sense for no matter what situation they're in they can be getting emails and texts for almost two years no matter what that story was that they told you so we're going to be going over in KV Courthouse most leads whenever you're generating leads they start out as a new lead in KV core probably never spoken to them you have no idea who they are I'm going to be showing everybody how they're all on greeting campaigns if you have no idea what I'm talking about on my YouTube channel I got some stuff on greeting campaigns but the greeting campaign gets me the story because people will turn into an active lead when I start you know engaging with them when they respond to me now what if in that story I find out it's not worth my time and my money I'm going to show you how if you just move people to prospect they're going to be on almost a two-year long drip so let's check out this campaign all right so this is the campaign that everybody's going to be getting here today we're going to be giving you a code in Zoom chat I'll show you how to put that code in here and then you're going to have this exact campaign that you're seeing now first off the trigger status is Prospect again I was just telling everybody what this infographic leads are coming in as new leads they should all be on a greeting campaign trying to find out the story they're going to respond to you that means they're going to become an active lead automatically and when they respond what happens if you find out they're not worth your time and your money based on the story all you got to do is move them to prospect because guess what this is the campaign that's going to trigger now it's very email heavy you can see there's text messages that go out every hundred days when I get to the text you'll probably understand why because didn't I just say there's a lot of different situations or stories people are going to tell you where it's not going to make it worth your time and your money at that point when you start talking to these people because I have no idea where you're getting your leads but I do know that all leads have a story and if that story is not worth your time and your money all you have to do is move them to prospect and this campaign will trigger so let's look at the first one hi first name a lot of people buy real estate with emotion they prioritize things like how the kitchen looks the size of the yard those are all legit things about it but I also like uh blah blah home search criteria I'm gonna let this sit for just a second and you can kind of read this again I have no idea the situation or the story that a lead just told me but I could tell you that seven days later if this email went out to anyone that I moved to prospect nine out of 10 times this is probably going to make sense nothing super super valuable in here yes it's a little fluff but at least you're starting them on a drip at least this email makes sense for pretty much no matter what situation they told me it just wasn't worth my time in that moment now two weeks later how to find motivated sellers some of the emails in this drip campaign are kind of cool I'm utilizing your your KV core website or maybe if you don't have a KV core website just utilize your own if you have a little search function this will pull your website the site URL link and whenever they tap on it they're going to go to your website and what you're telling them is hey did you know that you could type the word motivated in the keyword and you can find a bunch of motivated sellers so let's see what I'm talking about go to little filters on your little search part of your website and at the bottom keywords if I type in motivated let's apply it there's 51 things matching the MLS and the Baton Rouge MLS that is but for Motivated keywords motivated sellers I'm not lying when I'm sending this email out there's a lot of different things you could tell them by the way but taking it back to the whole reason someone's on this it wasn't worth your time and your money based on the story that they told you which could have been a ton of different things I still feel like this email would probably make sense nine out of ten times adding a little value yeah it's still a little fluff but at least you're adding value they're on a drip day 28 renting versus buying some of the emails in here I'm utilizing some YouTube channels this one for example I mean if you guys have your own video on renting versus buying shoot put it in here I'm going to show you in a little bit how you can edit some of these templates if you don't like the banner or you don't like some of the wording how you can edit that but if you don't have a video you can utilize others online if I click on this does anyone think that this almost 8 million subscriber channel is going anywhere anytime soon or maybe even this video and even if you're watching this you're probably seeing what I'm doing I'm leveraging something else how many things out there is renting versus buying there's guides there's other videos there's other YouTube videos there's other just videos in General on other platforms there's there's articles there's links there's blogs there's so many things for renting versus buying what's something that's probably never going to go anywhere anytime soon and you can leverage it you're trying to just be seen let me know in Zoom chat right now is this making some sense these emails because I'm not going to go through all 20 whatever emails are right here all these templates but are you kind of seeing what I'm doing I might leverage some other links on other websites I might leverage your website saying there's some cool functions on your website I might might just guess about some investment properties it's still just gonna make sense I feel like to most people all right cool we're all on Pitch now the text messages this is kind of the hardest part whenever I was making this people are gonna see a text you get tons of emails but a text what's something that's not going to annoy them what's something maybe I can get a response what's something that makes sense no matter what they told me bad credit or I'm just casually browsing or I was looking for my friend or the bad health or just right there's so many things what's a text I could use I'm keeping it pretty simple if I get a response great this goes out around three months later whenever you move them to the junkyard um I feel like this is going to make sense pretty much 10 out of 10 times I mean when you really think about it if anyone told you a story and they weren't worth your time and your money and then this text went out three months later I'm pretty sure that's gonna make sense about 10 out of 10 times you're just checking in it's a very simple one and I'm also going to show you how if you want to take it a step further couldn't you do something like this on these text templates and then right here can I put a little jot form link because all you're doing is giving them different Outlets think this is someone who isn't worth your time and your money you threw them to prospect they better be on search alerts they better be getting stuff they better be getting newsletters they better be getting holidays then they're also on this drip right here and now you know they're going to see a text message okay cool you got something going out that makes sense it ain't really gonna annoy them it's not going to confuse them um but maybe you want to get a little creative you could start adding what I'm showing you at the bottom of these text templates we're going to go over you can put a little job form link give me one second now if they click on that link they might go here I'm currently using stuff like this I have this type of buyer update form in a lot of different campaigns greeting campaigns my warm campaign this Prospect campaign a lot of my agents I work with we're putting it into their Prospect campaign because you're not forcing them when I said this right I'm just saying if you'd rather do this say or it may hey if you'd rather let me know this way tap my job for him like my 10 second update really quick short form you'd be super surprised how many people would feel something like this out all right I'm back over here if you did want to edit a text template like I just did you want to add something to it maybe you want to change up some of the wording maybe you're not with exp Realty change that out put your brokerage you're going to tap on Save over current template but then click off of it and rename it so I mean if this is a new one I don't know how you would want to do this maybe parentheses updated you can do that or just rename the whole thing if you would like personally I would just do this I'd put parentheses updated so you always know this is the template that you updated all right let's look at the next text because these are all 100 days hey first name it's Brandon with the XP Realty as a realtor my top priority is to things they might have told me there's a lot of different reasons I might have moved them to prospect because of the story they told me right not worth my time and my money I still feel like this is going to work almost 10 out of 10 times like you're not being too specific another check-in you're not forcing a response you're also not just letting them not respond you're kind of at least hitting them with the text and couldn't I do what I just showed you guys with that last one remember that little jot form if you wanted to put at the bottom you know boom put the link back there at the bottom or something like that right let's look at the next one so day 300 hey first name it's Brandon I know you in the past you expressed interest in purchasing selling or even browsing I don't even know that I'm still here to help with any real estate needs still feel like that works for all the different situations when you're looking at this you guys can have other campaigns you can have multiple campaigns on leads you could have them on this Prospect campaign I'm showing you but then you could also maybe have them on a bad credit campaign you could maybe have them in Prospect but you could also have them on like working with another agent campaign because this is just a simple nurture drip that work that makes sense for a lot of different situations if you're following me so far a lot of different stories that people are going to tell you if you get them on a drip like this it's making sense and it's keeping you top of mind granted not every single person it's going to but I mean most of it it is all right Day 400 some more just simple stuff anything changed any updates again here to help do you want to get fancy put the jot form thing here last text on day 500 so some more simple stuff right here so it goes for 555 days I mean it's almost two years long um before I hop over into like showing you guys some live examples does does this kind of make sense in a nutshell if I gave you the the code and you put it in and you move someone to Prospect and they're on this like let me know in Zoom chat or out loud yay or nay is this kind of making some sense even my reasoning behind this campaign the way I use my definition of prospect thanks Laura at least we got someone no I'm kidding thanks Joanna okay I've been good yeah I just I'm this could be a lot over some of your heads it's the first time you're ever hearing me I'm just telling you you need definitions something to stick to it's going to create strategies that you can you can do in your database um I'm about to show you a lead where it started out as a new lead they get on a greeting they're going to respond and let's say you find out it's a junkyard lead I'm gonna show you all these campaigns are working together basically okay give me one second I'm gonna pull up a lead and if you join a little late all of this is recorded it's going to be on our YouTube channel next Monday all right so this is a listing lead form lead from Facebook it's just I mean it's just a simple Facebook lead um I come in I got a name email phone number but I just told you all leads when they first come into KV core they start out as a new lead I make sure that all of my new leads if I have no idea who they are or if I've never spoken to them we would all agree you would love to have texts and emails going out to find out what they're doing you're not going to be able to call everybody you're not going to be able to call if you're generating leads online you're not going to be able to call every single one of them coming through you're gonna need text and email drip campaigns to help you I like to start with greeting campaigns on my new leads so here's a lead from about a month ago they come in this campaign right here that says added BB lead form campaign that's a greeting campaign let's see what's going out from this greeting campaign well here's the first text message hi is this Judy now this lead responded said stop for right now thanks because they they just filled out the form they probably already know what's going on that this is a realtor so they just do not want to be bothered but look what happened because the lead texted back when the lead texted back this right here is something in KV core that's happening and it's telling you the new lead went to an active lead because there was a text message received this might be making a little bit more sense if it's the first time you're seeing this because I say all new leads come in they're all greetings but if you go down here to active the lead has responded this is automatically happening in KV core you don't have to do this you don't have to move the status it's happening because of a response now also look what happened that that greeting campaign that would have went out for this would have kept going out until the lead responded but since the lead responded right here on the first one the guy removed so this ain't gonna keep going out and then here's my warm campaign I like to make sure people are always on a drip so now that the lead is an active lead they're on my warm campaign but let's say you found out the story right you found out some of the story where this is probably not worth your time and your money I mean they said stop right now thanks anybody gonna follow up and call this person and try to build a relationship I don't think anyone probably here is going to do that but I could probably throw it to my junkyard I know that they're um they're gonna be on search alerts I know they're going to get my newsletters I know they're going to get my holidays I would like to just make sure they're on that drip that one we were just going over all I would have to do is just hit Prospect yes and I guess I should have made sure I made the campaign active I think I did yeah everyone just see what happened right here so the lead was active I moved it to prospect again because I found out the story at least enough for me where it wasn't worth my time and my money so therefore when I moved it to prospect look what happened again my warm campaign got removed just like that greeting did so I know they're no longer on my warm I know they're not going to get my warm texts my warm emails they said stop for right now thanks that would have been bad if they started getting that um but when I moved them automatically this got added and look at my future touch points over the next almost two years they're getting emails with a few text messages pretty cool this is actually a good example of a lead like that that would happen if you get tons of Internet leads no matter how you have a greeting campaign set once they respond that could have been a lot of different ways this lead responded it's just if you get the story where it's not worth your time and your money you're not going to actually be following up I'd be dumping all those people off to prospect and like I just said they should all be on search alerts they should all be getting holidays newsletters and then now they're on a prospect buyer campaign
