cause baby hey how's it going Michelle not bad how are you Linda great thank you so Michelle you seem so passionate about customer service why is it important to you well I think in every Walk Of Our Lives whether it's personal whether it's business or even at the grocery store we always interact with people and really at the essence is how do you communicate with people properly and that's really what customer service is all about it's about making sure that you're connecting with people that you're understanding the people that you really get what they're saying so whether it's active listening or speaking to them and then delivering on your promises it's pretty easy so that's great advice so what other tips could you give me on customer service well I think above and beyond everything else it's a matter of really understanding your clients their needs their challenges their opportunities making sure that you've understood them they know that you've understood them communicating with them and celebrating maybe celebrating their you know opportunities or their wins with them and the more you get to know them and the more that they're an extension of you then the better you you cooperating together and working together and that's how a really a long-lasting relationship forms and that's how you can really take things to to the next level but more than anything I think it's treating people the same way that you'd like to be treated and so whether that's with a white glove you know the the high customer service um that's how I like to be treated and so that's how I try to treat everybody make sure nothing falls through the cracks and you know make sure that everything goes as promised and on time and the more that you're delivering something that they're expecting then the more likelihood that they're going to refer you because you're trustworthy and you're honest and they know what to expect and they're going to be feel proud to to give your name to somebody else because they know you stand behind what you're saying that you'll do so I think I mean for me customer service is easy because I have a team who believes in customer service as much as I do and so I know when you're out at your clients you know you're you're saying the same thing that I am and that makes it very easy um for me because our clients know that we truly care and that they're they're the number one to us and so we'll deliver on what we're saying to ensure that they are happy so thanks for making my job easier thank you
