good afternoon everyone i hope you're well welcome to this video where i'm going to show you two methods one is going to be on linkedin and one is going to be via email and i'm going to show you exactly how to pick up clients with these two methods by far they're the most effective the other one the third one which i'm not going to show in this video is cold calling so i'm using um my job profile simply because i've run out of you know the views and i don't have a premium account at the moment on linkedin so what we're going to do is we're going to do uh one is we're going to lead source for the correct person for a company and then secondly we're gonna send a voice note and i'm gonna show you exactly how to do that um through here so if we go on to indeed so what we're gonna do is we're gonna find companies that are posting on indeed so these people are looking for people and not people in terms of staffing and we're going to see if we can help them out now it depends what sector you're in i'm just going to search care worker for now and i'm going to filter out staffing agency so i'm just going to look to contact employers for obvious reasons and what we're going to do is we're going to look at these companies and we're going to see if any of these are going to be suitable so we want to avoid councils because in the nhs they run our frameworks and then no one's going to do business with you so we can look at um these all massive names let's look at this company for example and they seem like a big one so what we're going to do is we're going to google their name and we're going to put linkedin at the end and what we want to do is we want to find a certain profile all these companies that engage with you are likely to engage with you usually have i was going to say around 70 to 200 employees now this is perfect because they won't run a sort of hospital if you're in the healthcare sector these are good ones to sort of contact and what we want to look at is head of recruitment so we found them already um it's this gentleman what we're going to do is just for example purposes i mean this might not even work because i might not be logged in we're going to grab his email with apollo.io we're going to save to apollo and we're going to grab his email address there's a green tick saying it's verified so that's his actual email address and just to confirm he's head of recruitment so he's the best person to get in touch with there um and yeah he's had a good a good level of experience in that so he's sort of an internal person he's uh very ideal to contact from there so what we're gonna do is we're gonna go onto my website i've got all my templates on here so you might just want to search email and i've got a list of templates it will obviously look different on mobile but this these two you can use this one is a very good template so you're going to copy this template as the first initial one and when you're going to say hello first name what was the gentleman's name i think colin i called earlier unable to reach you and your recruiting for display you can see which we which one was it um it was a care worker and we're just going to email him your rates and hopefully he comes back to that you can put it in the spreadsheet and send them out or you can send them out as you go along so that's probably the best way to go about it i'll link to my website below and the second way we're going to look to find clients is we're going to connect with them on linkedin now you can use software to add people in and i'm just going to show you from my mobile phone you can actually send a voice note so this gentleman tried to sell me something so i'm just going to send them a message from my mobile phone right now in front of me and what we're going to do is we're going to say hello stuart and if we refresh the page or we don't have to hello stuart and i don't know if you can actually hear that but it played what i just recorded so i usually say hi stuart look i saw your recruiting on indeed for a care worker i wondered if it would be of interest for us to help you recruit for that position and send those and connect with these people that you come across so that gentleman that i you know was connected with or i came across where was it you know i would connect with him not send him a note and then send him follow up with a voice note later on either you can do that or you can do email first or you can do voice note first and then email later and it comes across well i did have a five percent conversion rate on that so i hope this video has been helpful i hope it's been a short and sweet one but if you are struggling with clients it's literally about going through you know 21 000 jobs um for care workers if you are recruiting in healthcare just do it that's the best way to go about it so it's the proven methods i call it my two to eight rule and i hope you enjoyed the video take care
