[Music] all right welcome back to the channel I'm out here on one of my claims in BC with my son prospector Zack we're out here for one night we are here in the fall with my friend Garrett we opened up a little test hole down some flakes so we're back opening up a little bit more of a section see what we get so thanks for watching and if you're new please hit that subscribe button [Music] [Music] [Music] very good morning everyone day 2 it's around 7 a.m. supposed to get nice and sunny so we'll get back at this pit over here that we opened up just my son and I out here having a great time on one of my claims love it it's what life's all about let me tell ya ok so I'm all set up change the sluice box around had a little visitor just let me know it was private property really nice guy told him I have permission from the owner and we ended up chatting for probably good old twenty minutes and he's been in the area for forty-five years and what he has told me is that this is the original panel that goes up through here now back in 2003 there was a flood a massive flood and there was a big log jam and what happened was the river got diverted and now it's over here and runs straight down so this is pretty exciting great news for me so I just have to keep digging deeper so being that this is the original channel of the creek we start looking at the boulders a little bit closer and what I found real interesting was these three little rocks here look at pretty cool so sure is great wise they get older they can help the hard work this is definitely hard digging but he's enjoying it as soon as the water levels start going back down this will be a lot drier all right so we're just about done up here for this weekend next time they'll be a two night stay I can't wait to come back here there's gold in the match all right so I'm back home I have my mini cleanup sluice on the go there's my little pan of cons and some rocks that I've already sorted classified out so we didn't run that much dirt this weekend out maybe a half a yard at tops so I we did see a couple flakes in the in the gold hog matting hopefully we can capture it here and I'll be able to give you a show all right so a few spoonfuls in and we're finding some gold a couple little small little flakes I think I see one little piece here I got the sclera on it here all right I think jr. has gold fever he's dad there's a flake that there's a flake yeah I'm probably crazy so we've been watching this flake it was near the top must be fairly thin we'll check it out after but uh there's definitely some gold not a lot of gold but we are hoping for more the next trip out still have a little bit more to clean up so we're all finished cleaning up the Eric Conn's you see some two nice little flakes there and little specks of flour gold all up through there a lot of garnets but what we're looking for some bigger flakes on this claim and we start to see a few I'm gonna turn the pump off throw it in the pan alright so there's the gold cleaned up not really worth throwing it on the scale this time out but I do like to see the bigger flakes coming up now hopefully the deeper I go the bigger they get so thanks for watching please give this video a thumbs up and leave me a comment I love reading them and I'll get back to everyone that I can take care and be safe
