My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

hi this is barbara kazam author of how organizations deliver bad customer service and strategies that turn it around my company helps businesses create loyal raving fans for customers in 30 days or less in this segment we're going to talk about the importance of customer service and human resources you know i feel bad for human resources because they get a bad rap people call them the bad guys but when you think about it they are important excellent external communication and external customer service but how are customer service and human resources related really well let's look at the definition of a customer at its basic the a customer is a person with whom one must deal well if that's the case then every human being that we encounter is our customer and for human resources since people is what they focus on the most it is crucial that they have outstanding internal customer service see human resources is the core it's the it's the center point and everything goes out from there see if people don't feel like they can talk to human resources that they have a place to go for advice that they can air their grievances if they don't have that cushion that employees feel stress and when they're stressed they're not productive and when they're not productive they don't deliver excellent external customer service so what can human resource professionals do to provide this excellent customer service well first you can do what i call have the attitude of service treat every employee as if they are a customer they are not an interruption they are part of your job but secondly what you can do is how about do an internal employee survey survey them anonymously they'll tell you a lot of great information or how about pick up the phone and talk to them or create focus groups of key employees and really find out what's going on remember hr is critical they are the center point to internal customer service which leads to fantastic external customer service which is where we get our loyal raving fans once again this is barbara kazam author of how organizations deliver bad customer service and strategies that turn it around
