We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

let you Partners provide serum consulting services to customers across the US and Canada this webinar series is focused on manufacturing and is intended to share ways our customers have used CRM products to solve some of the more significant challenges within their sales organization ledge viw supports customers on Salesforce and dynamic CRM and any of the ideas shared in this series will apply to either product however for demonstration purposes I'll be using Dynamic CRM today's presentation is on channel relationship management but I'd like to invite you to visit ledg View's website as we will continually add other videos to this series here's a list of past and future topics so let's get started whether you sell through distribution direct or a combination it can be very difficult to manage national accounts Regional territories overall territories and relationship structures between all involved parties CRM can help in several ways using the parent account and subac account structure within CRM enables you to clearly see the relationship between related accounts you may have a national account manager that is responsible for a headquarters and individual reps that are assigned at the regional locations the parent account will always show all activity related to any of the sub accounts this provides the national account manager with great Insight which is often times lacking having visibility to those sub Accounts at the national account level provides them with easy access into each of those sub accounts from a regional rep's perspective they could have access to Simply the sub account information and very easily be able to see that um the parent account is trans motion if you're selling distribution often times you need to see the relationships uh between the End customer and the Distributors they work with this can be accomplished a number of ways one of the more common approaches is to establish a connection between two separate accounts which offers a great way to easily see how they are related so I can see that trans motion has two different distributors that they're working with going into one of the distributor accounts I get not only the information related to that account I can look at their connections to see who are all of the customers all of our customers that they are a distributor for and you can see that I have additional relationship types here affiliated with this distributor as well moving on territory management for sales reps on the road can be very challenging using CRM they can get a quick view of accounts within a specific radius or area to help better plan their territory trips here I'm showing a number of ways that I can be looking at the various information on accounts and leads with either within a radius or from a a view that I already have built in this case I'm taking a look at all of my active accounts and they're being pinned on this map hovering over any of the information here I can quickly see and drill into that account or schedule an appointment which would put that information onto my Outlook Calendar because Dynamic CRM and and Outlook are fully synchronized together in summary manufacturers have complex relationship models using CRM helps you build structure and opens up an Avenue for broader sharing of information internally resulting in improved some sales Communications which ultimately benefits the End customer through increased service levels for more information you can visit one of the websites I have noted here for future events coming up visit our Dynamic Crum or Salesforce blog or contact us through a variety of methods on our website thank you
