today I'm starting with you five useful Law Firm tools for sending out more clients welcome to my Academy having lawyers work smart scale fast and enjoy life so everybody's always interested in the best tools I've been exposed to hundreds of different tools and I get asked all the time what's the best tool for this what's the best tool for that today I'm going to summarize that for you and really make a super close to clear if you want to set up more clients these are the five tools you need to have number one is you need to have a CRM a CRM is just a way for you to keep track of your leads that are coming in and be able to determine exactly where they are in Deal stages to get them signed up the first stage is lead last stage is clients so the best CRM for this is there is no clear CRM that's the best if that was the case that everybody would know with Kerdi what that is but today I want to give you the top three in my experience that I think are the best number one is HubSpot it's probably the number one CRM overall generally it's the most robust however the downside is it's very expensive and also it's also could be very overwhelming but it is also still the best one number two I've heard very positive things about recently is Glaucus Lucas is actually one of the newer crms for law firms but I've heard positive things and I've actually implemented and they've been generally happy with it the very least it's worth booking a demo with them and number three is something that I'm actually exploring right now is go high level go high level is probably the number one CRM for marketers and people that are really into lead generation and generating a lot of leads from experience that I've heard that's very good and something I'm actually exploring right now so I would say probably one of those top three but I'm leaning towards right now towards go high level and towards top spot but what whatever it is one of those number two is you need a good phone service not just for you but actually for your team and most of your team hopefully for this for this role for setting up clients should be virtual so you need to have a phone service that anybody could come and be able to take their phone or use their computer to to take on calls and the best tool for this is open phone open phone it's a new relatively new tool but it's super optimized pretty inexpensive and has literally everything you need to be able to make texts and calls to your prospects virtually from anywhere in the world it's amazing reporting system so you want to go and review exactly how many calls and texts your team is sending out it records the calls you go to monitor it and it's perfect if you have an integers go sign up for open phone much better than RingCentral a lot of people have complained about RingCentral for multiple reasons and actually I'll have a referral affiliate link for to free to get 10 off just to check the link below if you're considering using uh new phone servers number three is you need to have some kind of email service or something that sends out emails for that the most popular tool and the most probably the most effective tool is activecampaign it's very similar to MailChimp but it's probably much more robust and much better than MailChimp as the campaign allows you to send automated emails also allows you to store your contacts in your database free to send broadcast emails emails are still super important for it's one of the top three forms of communication with you and your prospects and the way to continue to stay engaged with your clients in order to get referrals so if you're considering email Service Tool at the campaign it's probably the right tool for that hey hope you're enjoying the video so far if you're a lawyer and you're looking to work smart skill fast and enjoy life right below this video you'll find a link to book a call to speak to my team so we can tell you how we've been able to help over 500 Law Firm owners scale their Law Firm now back to the video and number four the fourth most necessary tool that you need and a lot of people miss this a lot of people when they think about tools they think about a some kind of uh SAS or some kind of you know software actually what I found out one of the tools that you need to be able to send out more clients is an intake manager you need an intake manager to be able to really scale up and be successful with your client signups and I've actually known this from experience and also know this from advising Consulting with so many of our members and when you get to a certain level your second or third person that you hire as part of your in Tech Team should be designated as your manager somebody that oversees the big picture what's going on are our integers picking up all the phone calls are they making enough follow-ups are there being successful are they sending texts it requires somebody to manage that on a day-to-day basis if you don't have that somebody you need that somebody and number five requirements something actually that I came up with myself it's called GTI goals tracking incentives your integers so you need to have clear goals for them on a monthly basis how many clients I want you to sign up you need to track their results means on a day-to-day basis you have to go log into open phone or into your CRM to see exactly how they're doing or how many calls they're making and third part is you need to have some kind of incentive program and there's a very particular way to be able to do this in a tiered system that's not really tied to the clients it would be Mastermind behind in our program but there is a way for you to kind of boost the performance of your integers to set up more clients so again just to recap a good CRM such as HubSpot Locus or go high level probably leaning to towards go high level a good phone service like open phone a good email service like if your campaign number four an intake manager and the fifth one goals tracking and incentives if you have all these five he will do really really well if most likely you probably are missing one of these so take a moment right now to figure out which one is that and I really want you to go right now take this moment to put an action into practice right now to go sign up for one of these services and get something moving forward and try to treat this like a checklist it's I need to have five of these things in order for me to be successful with my client signups a lot of times I found with people that have to have trouble setting up clients they always blame something or to blame the marketing company or or where the leads are coming from but I found that most of the challenges and most of the results that comes from client sign up is actually from this part because the it's the lead conversion part when you get the lead what do you do with the lead and how good are you and how much dedication do you put into having a good CRM a good phone service a good email service an intake manager and all the goals and centers and track and all that stuff that is where it's at alright so I hope you enjoyed today's video and we'll see you tomorrow's video
