what's unique about bank of mauston is we're a small community bank that has been family owned since 1970. we were trying to figure out how to design our workstation because it was a huge change ryan did a good job at listening asking questions and putting that into place for us rhyme did a fabulous job i'm kim walsh marketing director with the bank of mauston when looking for new furniture for the bank one of the biggest things was functionality and privacy for our customers we did need a refresh aesthetically the bank was built in 1991 we haven't had a major refresh since then we have worked with ryan for a long time with our copiers we have always gotten phenomenal service we selected rhyme because we work with them on smaller projects in the past they've just proven to us time and time again that they believe in customer service they take good care of their customers so when we came to renovating it was just a natural partnering for us to choose rhyme banking has changed dramatically in the last 30 years so to take a look at how people bank and how we could set up and organize the bank to better meet our customers needs was important [Music] we came in and had a couple meetings and we were trying to figure out how to design our workstation because it was a huge change and how we were going to like make it separate but still keep us together as much as possible from the beginning the initial design phase to the installation to moving the furniture to always being on time and communicating and providing an excellent timeline that our employees could follow it was important that we had function for our employees privacy for our customers but also just to modernize the furniture um and look at the bank we used to have a big u-shaped desk that the two of us shared and then we had a big counter in between the two of us that we just kind of shared with the customers now it's divided and i've got like my own space and she's got her own space pamela and rick went above and beyond to help us with every need that we had from putting together a great timeline for all the employees to our design to the to moving furniture the upgrade was amazing like daily work is easier and that is one thing um that did change is the privacy between the two of us we didn't have a lot of it and now the privacy is like being able to have a conversation with a customer and being on the phone and not having like both of us like trying to like talk over each other to hear the customer privacy has changed quite a bit everything they said that they were able to do they did so they completely shattered our expectations with everything out of all the contractors rime was really one of the ones that was easiest to work with they're very organized and able to put together a real good timeline for when things are going to be done so we could prepare employees as far as ergonomics goes when pamela was talking to us about the furniture rhyme had to offer she actually came out and trained us on how to use our new chairs some of our new workstations also include the elevated standing desks it really wasn't something that was on my radar but because of pamela educating us we do have really great ergonomic features on all of our furniture there was never a time that i didn't think rhyme had our best interest in heart and they just made a really messy project very very easy [Music]
