customer support versus customer success what's the difference clearly there's a difference they're different teams but they get confused a lot the lines get blurred our customers get confused or companies are confused sometimes we're confused why is that not always a simple answer not always a simple remedy if you're trying to correct it some folks would say that support is reactive and success is proactive but support best in class support needs to be more than just reactive needs to anticipate needs to create customer education and then success sometimes you can't really move the ball forward and develop and build the relationship if there's a lot of support issues so it's not a surprise that the lines can get blurred but it is important that we define what the two different teams are working on and communicate that clearly internally as well as externally that's some of what i'm digging into would love to hear your thoughts on it please add your thoughts in in the chat and uh let's discuss
