a crm is really important for any small business improving the efficiency in the sales process and client communications if you're looking for a new crm but it is difficult to decide because there are too many out there this video is for you today we're going to go over the top five crms for small businesses i'm going to give you some pros and cons of each one so you can choose the one that fits your business the best and stay tuned until the end because i will mention a bonus theorem hi everyone this is andy with and i'm a software consultant if you're not here welcome on this channel we explore strategies and apps that help your business to be more effective ultimately making you happier so if you like this video please click the like button all right let's start at number 5 we have active campaign this platform allows you to manage your sales process as well as your marketing process all in the same place so if you're planning to send email campaigns often this app is for you as a crm it is really easy to use and you can add custom fields as well as adding several pipelines and customizing the stages email templates are available here and you can use them in your marketing campaigns automations are also great and very customizable you can do a lot here activecampaign integrates with a lot of apps out of the box and also has a zapier integration so it can talk to other apps that don't have a native connection the biggest con is that this app started as a marketing software and then added the crm capabilities so the crm is not super developed yet and there are not too many customizations the majority of the features are related to marketing they work seamlessly with the crm but if you're not looking for a marketing oriented tool this is not for you i have reviewed activecampaign and all the other serums on this list so i will leave links in the description at number 4 we have freshwork crm this app is similar to activecampaign but the crm side is more robust and integrates with other products from freshworks like freshdesk as soon as you start using freshworks crm you will notice that the central part is a crm but you will also find marketing features like a chat app for your website journeys to create email campaigns and even a landing page builder and to mention some of the crm features we have a phone system integrated directly in the crm also the conversations module where you can see all the conversations in one place and we also have email templates and custom modules there are also a lot of automation features available like workflows or sales sequences regarding integrations the marketplace has a lot of apps there so if you need a crm and maybe you're considering doing marketing in the future you could go for this one the main con is the cost which is really high compared to other options but you're getting a ton of features at number three we have zoho crm this is an advanced crm but i wanted to include in the list because it has a lot of really cool features and it is the most customizable there is a learning curve but it might be worth for you also zoho crm integrates really well with other zoho apps some of the best features are web forms blueprints signals sandbox and reports regarding customization you can create custom modules add custom fields have multiple layouts for different roles create templates to send automatic notifications create pipelines and more and about automations workflows will help you create tasks send emails and even trigger custom functions that you can create for extra functionality in the marketplace you will find all the apps that integrate natively with zoho crm there are a lot of apps here one of the cons is that it could be too complicated and time consuming to set up the basics work out of the box but you will be missing out a lot if you don't use the features i mentioned also the price is fair but if you want good support you will have to pay extra for that at number two we have hubspot this is a really simple to use crm that integrates really well with the other hubspot marketing tools the crm is free but to get the full experience you should try the sales hub plan this is not the most expensive app on the list but there is a minimum of paid users required some of the features you will get are the conversations module where all the communications are centralized chatflow to a chat on your website and meetings to create an online calendar for clients to book appointments with you regarding customizations you can create custom fields and organize them in groups you can change the pipeline add products and also create custom modules but you will have to use the api for this email templates are also available on the automation side you can create sequences to interact with your clients and also workflows to create tasks or send email notifications hubspot is one of the most popular crms out there so there are a lot of integrations available in the marketplace there are not many cons here you can start with the free crm version and then add marketing features as you need them and at number one we have pipedrive this crm has a great design and it is really easy to use i place it at the top of the list because the main focus is being a crm but it also has some useful marketing features available so if you're looking for something that just works with great support and fairly priced this is for you some of the best features are the leads module where you can find all your leads a live chat for your website and web forms also you can use pipedrive as your default email and create an online calendar so your clients can book meetings with you regarding customization you can create different pipelines and modify the stages as well as creating custom fields for your modules workflows allows you to set up triggers and actions to automate processes like creating tasks or sending email notifications other crms can do more but i think this is enough if you are starting pipedrive is also a very popular crm so there are a lot of integrations available in the marketplace as a bonus i wanted to mention less annoying crm as the name implies this is a super simple crm that only does crm stuff a lot of the features available in other crms are not present here but if you're just starting and would like something simple and affordable this is for you you will be able to track your contacts and deals but that's about it you can create custom fields as well as pipeline and stages but there are no automations available here so again if you want something basic you can give it a try alright i hope you guys enjoyed the video and please let me know in the comments below if you're planning to use any of the crms i mentioned if you would like to see a full review of any of the apps on the list please check out the links in the video description i will also include some affiliate links so you can try any of the crms for free alright that's it for this video thanks for watching
