hi my name is umar abdul and today i would like to discuss about the lead conversion mapping each conversion mapping is in the source crm is one of the most important thing which most people do not know so so for example if in the lead module here you have all the data which will go into certain modules when you click on that convert button so when you convert click on the convert button there are certain fields which you created and but you did not map it so that that data will not go into that module and it will going to be lost and you will lost a very potential data which you will be needed in the future for closing the customer or for closing the deal or for contacting the customer that is very important data which you will lose so for example let me show you that how you it will be law it will lose the data and how you can save or set again set your system ing to that so it will not going to be loose so let's see that in the lead module we i we have two fields lead name same number in our case let's say that our scene number is very important for the customer for the tax session we for the taxation and we want this number to be saved in the contact module so in the contact module if you go if we go into the contact module you can see that i also have the scene number field here so if i click on the convert button so theoretically the scene number should also go into the contact module so if i go into the contact that converted contact and if i open it [Music] you can see that the scene number is empty that is a very big issue in our system and how we can rectify that it's very easy if we go into the settings and if you go into the module and fields leads in these three three buttons click on lead conversion mapping now we will find the field sin here it is and we say that okay we want it to be mapped with the same number see it has been mapped and now we will save it so from now on if we go and if we create an another lead and convert it so let's say i create another lead and i again fill this information save it and after that if i convert it and convert it and if i open this contact again here you can see that the same number has come in the contact module so by doing that you can map your fields from for the lead conversion mapping i hope you will like my video and if you have any question or if you want to ask any query you can leave a message or you can send it directly send me an email have a good day
