How to create outlook signature

hello and thank you for joining me today my name is Kevin Brown I'm an accting executive within the manufacturing division here at ledge viiew Partners today I would like to go over uh the dynamic CR for manufacturing built by ledu partners and focus specifically on opportunities samples and trials so with no further delay let's take a look at opportunities here is a view of all open opportunities within Dynamic CRM for manufacturing and we have several opportunities here and what's great is with Dynamic serum we have our sales pipeline over here it's just a fly out chart that we can take a look at at any given moment within uh a particular View and we can click on a particular portion of that uh uh funnel so maybe I want to focus on those that are in the final stage of the sales process and one click I've narrowed my view down to the seven opportunities that make up that particular portion of the pipeline and I can move up the the pipeline to go into other areas within uh the pipeline to focus on those specific portions of the pipeline and focus on those opportunities specifically what I'd like to do is focus on a specific opportunity in this case an opportunity for a better food company and they're looking for better pricing and less expensive products boy aren't we all well what we're looking here at is our estimated close date and when we're hoping to have this deal closed what our estimated revenue is based on the items we're selling to our customer and that this opportunity is still in progress and who the owner of this opportunity is right below we have our business process flow and throughout today's demonstration you will see this business process FL in a couple different areas here you can see we've already completed the first two stages within the business process flow we're on stage three the opportunity proposal and we need to do a cost estimate quote develop a quote and send the quote none of that has been completed yet so these are steps that need to be completed we can say you know click there and it's checked off as yes we did that and we developed the quote but it hasn't been sent to the customer so one more step in this stage before we can move on to the negotiation stage here we have some basic opportunity information you know this is within our direct sales department um who I sold to account is but and shipped to as well as buil to and who my primary point of contact is that I'm working with on this particular opportunity automatically gets assigned an opportunity number what their purchase time frame is over here we have Account Details this is related to our actual account that we're selling to here in the center we have our activ activity feed giv me a list of activities that had been completed so I had sent off an email to Yvonne and we can expand that and see exactly what that email was because of the integration with Outlook just email Devon hope all as well did you have any uh feedback on those samples that I sent over to you now speaking of samples as we scroll down here you can see here on the right hand side that we've sent off a couple samples to Ivon for review it gives us the ability as a company to manage what our sample requests are that are going off to our customers as it relates to any particular opportunity to segue a little bit we're going to move from the opportunity over to that actual sample that we sent off and as you can see here we have that sample business process flow so actually this this particular sample hasn't been sent because it's in the preparation stage when we Mark these complete when all that's completed we can move to the next stage now this is sent over for approval by our manager or maybe somebody within the sample Department was it submitted for approval yes who submitted it and we can continue to move on through the sales proc the sample process to indicate that this was approved yes and who approved it and then move to fulfillment so again a nice business process flow already developed to make certain that our samples are being processed and they're being sent out as we look at the actual form we can see exactly what we're sending out as our samples in this case we've got a couple different products going out but also any accompanying literat that may need to go along with that a particular sample in this case we're sending out an Al sample pack we need to include our Al ingredient sheet with that as well if there were any activities related to this particular opport uh sample we would have that identified here there are none so at this point we can make certain that this gets fulfilled send these samples off to our customer when we go back to our opportunity not only do we have an opportunity to manage samples but we can also manage our trials with our trials this is something that you know we don't have samples sitting around that we can send off this is something that is going to need you know maybe a little bit more approval maybe some uh investment of our dollars to actually run that trial those sorts of things so we have another entity called trials with a business process flow again included to be able to run that trial and manage that trial again the opportunity that this is related to the shipping information that we're going to be sending the trial over to the product information so in this case you know the classification brand and product category if there was a subsection or product segment and Subs segment we can capture that there as well when this was going to be shipped or the requested date if there were any charges that would be built to the customer to run this trial and then any trial information that we want to have regarding to the product as well as packaging and like on our samples and our other oper uh entity forms we have our activity area here as well so again not only can we manage our opportunity in samples but we can also manage TR files within our opportunity within the opportunity command if this is a competitive opportunity here we have our product line items what we're we're looking to sell to our customer and that's how we get our estimated Revenue this is based off of our particular Price Less that we have uh in in the uh CRM solution for you and that Price Less is updated because of the integration with your back office again so as you change your prices in your back office Erp solution that is updated within CRM as well and then it automatically calculates our totals which is our estimated revenue and then any quotes that would be related to this particular opportunity are also associated with the opportunity when we do close this opportunity as a one opportunity it will uh give us the ability to select the winning quote and automatically close out all the other quotes for us so that we don't have to manually go in and close out each one of those quotes one at a time CRM will automatically do that for us so I would like
