How to create outlook signature

hello everybody thank you very much for checking out funmates my name is Thomas and this is a quick walkthrough of the notion template for micro VC solo GPS and Angel Investors so the quick context for this template is that I have built this based on my own pain point when I was running a small 5 Million BC BC fund as a essentially a Solo solo GP and I needed a simple simple system to to track my my deal flow without making it like super complicated and integrated with a bunch of other other tools so this is the origins of the template and let me let me show you how it looks like at the first glance so first of all you you get a glance look at your pipeline of of startups which I will talk more about a little bit later you get a snapshot of your portfolio companies uh there are actions to add of course new new companies to the deal for Pipeline and add new people or new person to the network database that I will also also show you and then there are different views on your main CRM or startup database a funnel so there's a discovery funnel there's a little bit calendar portfolio and a full database table and lastly there is this uh deal Network database that I've mentioned before so let me now show you how the discovery funnel looks like because that is essentially the main view of the whole whole system so when you when you go there this is this is how how it looks like there are obviously stages you know from long list going through going through all the way to due diligence and deal negotiation and when you when you look at uh look at um an entry for a particular company I think this is uh this is this is uh the obviously the record or the view that I use a lot uh it gives you like all the business parameters that I have sort of like sort of iterated towards when when tracking companies so status vertical description to a very subjective opportunity ranking stage countries over audio like geographical uh data around to the the company crunch crunch-based link you cannot upload the deck here uh Financial financial data around the key metrics like mrr money raised Etc then the source Channel so where where delete came through and uh and some contact contact details for the founders and if the deal came through a source that it's uh that is that distract in the personal database you can obviously link that person to to the specific company or the deal so the these are the parameters and this is this is also a template which you can use to uh you know fill in with your you know notes from different calls with the company and the main documents like data room links you know Financial plans pitch tags all of all of the all of the all of the traditional stuff that you usually want to see uh when you're looking at uh looking at a startup opportunity so each of these companies has all these parameters here and this is a great visual Tool uh how you can track your your your deal flow and your conversations in progress uh with uh with virtue uh with with your deal file so coming back to the main dashboard one more thing maybe to show you is the deal Network which is essentially a pretty simple database or list of people uh in your network where where your deals come through so you could be your peer VCS Venture Partners or other people basically who can send you deals so you can track them here and you can then assign them to to those specific uh companies which is pretty useful to track you know which uh who from your network is is generating uh great uh great leads so there's more to cover but this is this is really like the the basics of the of the of the template or of the platform and as I said uh it's a it's a relatively simple simple system but for me it's proven pretty useful and I was able to track you know dozens and dozens if not hundreds of of leads through through the system so I hope it's um helpful for you and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or comments or ideas for improvement uh of fun mate thank you very much guys and have a great day
