hello this is Richard Wilson company from Seattle Washington speaking at an investor event today I had the opening keynote talk and after talking I saw a family office there has been attending a few of our events he was really excited because he sourced a deal at our events about a year and a half ago and closed it he's closed another deal and now he said he's only two weeks away from closing a huge deal just in the suburbs of New York so we're looking to work with him in a little bit more formalized of a way he got these deals Source them just by attending and speaking at a few of our events as a family office and now he's allocating into two maybe three Deals now and is a good example of what we could do for families but also what we can do for people attending our events and just the family office Club Community in general this is what's supposed to be happening and he's credible and a great person to work with and so that's what happens as a result by showing up and getting the exposure in a room full of people that are looking for Capital Partners who get to take your pick of the best of the best that are most relevant for the Mandate of your family office and so we're doing a few things going forward selectively as we can we're working with some families on setting up private one-on-one meetings during the event but running parallel to it so just a little 15 minute sit down just getting some face time with a potential family office but these are done at the request of the family office only and only when it makes sense and when the family office can be at the event so it's not going to be all the time it's not something we're selling hot seats it's just something we're doing in the background so you know also reason I bring this up is we have our family office deal flow East event coming up in October it's October 17th and it's going to be in New York City our last one in San Francisco was awesome you know the room was packed and the speakers were great and definitely I think there'll be some deals that uh will get done from the connections made there we had 130 investors in the room there and a deal flow East can be very similar format it's going to be 300 people in the room over 100 investors in the room and we're gonna have all types of real estate operating business deal flow for investors and if you're looking for Capital Partners the only people that are going to show up are the ones who are looking for direct investment deal flow to invest in so I'd encourage you to attend and check it out to learn more please go to familyoffices.com this is Richard Wilson from the family office club and I hope to see you there take care
