[Music] [Applause] [Music] all right this is Chris and today I'll be walking you through how to get the most out of your deal flow using venture 360 first we're gonna build quick custom forms for each stage of the funding process where we need to gather information forms are customized using headings and questions related to each heading you can ask fill-in-the-blank questions multiple choice yes/no or request file uploads with these application forms you can see we have one form for an initial pre-screen application and another to collect our standard information during due diligence you can create as many forms as you want to gather information at various funding stages you will then set one form as the default which is the first form the company will complete through your custom link when you setup venture 360 you'll receive a custom URL this URL sends users to a white labeled landing page like this this page can include a link to apply for funding or for investors to sign in and can be quickly customized in your settings you are though can then be placed on your website for deal intake or kept private and email to companies as needed companies are directed to create an account and begin taking your default application if no application is set to default they will simply fill out a basic profile and be added to your deal pipeline here on the deal pipeline page the navigation down the left hand side will be customized to match the stages of your funding process we can add delete or reorder the stages at any time you can also set permissions on the visibility to the investors in our case we allow them to see any of the folders in the white section while the grey section is only for our admin team if you would like to feature certain deals you can click the star and they will appear at the top of the dashboard for each of your investors you have some other options if you want to be more selective with access including turning off investors visibility entirely if companies apply using your custom URL these deal cards automatically show up in review pending you can also add deals to your pipeline by clicking this green plus sign you can use this to track deals internally as you move closer to an investment you might choose to invite them to the platform just drop in their email address and we'll take care of the rest as deals move through your funding process simply click the card to move them to the various stages there's also a nudge here to send quick message updating the company management each company includes a profile to give you a great overview of the important information from here you can manage their applications whether they're completed or in progress and any files related to them the discussion section hosted here helps everyone keep the up to date on questions asked and answered the permissions allow you to direct questions to other admins investors or the company in general we hope you've enjoyed this brief tour of our deal pipeline management feature and as always our team is here to help simply click the chat box to get in touch thanks [Music]
