any more than your time to get organized when people buy from your business they aren't actually buying a product or a service they are buying a process if you're unable to duplicate the process for future customers it will hurt your bottom line even though it's a hassle to set up these systems and get acclimated with them it will help your business to grow in the long run asana bring your team's work and apps together from anywhere in one tool with asana asana was the first project management tool i ever used i found it incredibly user friendly and i loved that it had a mobile app to go with it if i had to say the biggest pro of asana it's that it's such a big company that it basically integrates with everything their site has pages and pages of apps that you can connect to their software so if you're using multiple apps to run your business a sauna could be a great fit fun fact the word asana actually refers to a sitting meditative pose in yoga so if you ever wondered there you go trello okay trello's name was derived from the word trellis and if you look at the default view that's exactly what it will remind you of trello is a series of boards and cards that help you to organize your projects so if you're looking for a way to manage a content calendar trello is an amazing fit there's something satisfying about being able to drag and drop the cards so if you're into post-it notes i could see trello being a great transitional software for you click up was founded in 2017 so of all the software in my top five it is the newest it's similar to asana but i would say the biggest pro for click up is the actual interface i see a lot of designers gravitating to this platform because of the collaborative nature of the platform with real-time chat and they even have the capability of importing your work from another project management tool in one click of all the options i think clickup has the most visually appealing interface so if you're into visuals click up is a great option for you airtable airtable is a spreadsheet on steroids if you are a data-driven business airtable will probably set your heart on fire so many business owners in the social media management space use airtable to help manage their content if you're a huge fan of spreadsheets i would encourage you to give airtable a try notion notion is a note taking software that helps you manage your projects i love it for collecting my ideas for this channel and i use it to help build a catalog of ideas to pull from for my instagram content as well it's highly customizable and like the airtable community so many people have created templates and youtube videos to show how they use the software so if you're looking for a project management tool that you can really make your own notion is a good fit for you i used to think that my business was too small to utilize software like the ones i mentioned in this video but as soon as i overcame that misconception it started to free up more time on my calendar none of these programs will help you stay productive and organized if you don't log into them daily so pick one that fits your work style create a free account and see if you can sustain using it for a month by yourself if you can keep up with it then transition to bringing your team on board try the free versions before upgrading and make sure you keep referring your
