How to create outlook signature
hello everyone I hope you all well just wanted to do a video on CRMs what's the arm you can use that's free of charge easy to set up and pretty much has the same sort of functionality as most of the paid market leaders in recruitment so the reason I wanted to make this video i'm i came across HubSpot a while back now I never used it because I was using bullhorn and I've switched have in cheery and I see a lot of potential in HubSpot now I wish I got started with it if I do set up another business in terms of recruitment business I'll probably will use hub spot the reason being it's heavily you're heavily able to edit it and it helps keep the costs really low so I'm just gonna run through a few things with you now when you log in you get you know this is just a blank profile that I made and I want to show you what the features are what sections and how you can utilize it from here so if we put in let's say this is how you'd add a contact so let's say you've called someone let's put hotmail so HR manager let's say you've called someone and/or you've got details you can actually mass upload this so if you get if you've got a lead list or anything like that you can call this elite I mean you can edit all of these so you can call it HR manager or a decision make or whatever and the lead status we can call it let's say it's it's new for example and it would add into here from there let's go back to I saw you have accidentally click so you can add notes on here so for example emailed no reply or you can put you know cold called not available yeah and you save the note so when you come back to this if you've searched on your let's see HR manager if you search HR manager I should come up and yes so you've got this you can click into it and you can say oh you know my last note or activity and should be here yet so I've emailed I called when was it oh it was you know you three weeks ago let's follow up with that so it helps you keep you organized from there so that's the contacts part there's obviously companies part as well so you can mass upload here same thing as well you can add companies create a company from there so if you've got a list of a hundred companies you really want to target because it's going to be a very lucrative contract you can add all this and you can mass upload so you can import all the data from here as well and it gives you a sample sheet so you know exactly how to do it and from there so if we go back to the company section it's the same thing you'll add a company and put a domain name etc and it will give you more lists you can edit obviously all of these again so that's why I love HubSpot at a moment now when you actually get the ball rolling there's something called a deal section and this obviously can be edited as well so what you'd put here is you know you had a good conversation with them for example or sent terms or conditions let's let's say that so let's go ahead and edit that so the stages I mean when you're sort of doing business development in recruitment so sent terms and then you can put sign terms for example sign terms I'm just doing this off off the top of my head but obviously I'll have a think about and see which one's better so say job orders or job live jobs let's say live jobs and let's say CV sent sent and let's say interviews and placements for example so we can see exactly what that will look like from here we can go back to our deals tab and it should be refreshed hopefully from there so once you've got a ball rolling you drag and drop someone into here and you can move them from the contact session so they will be here and they'll populate it here you can actually add value to them or predicted value as well at a bottom four there now once you've got the placements you can obviously put this changes to invoice or closed for example so if you've made a placement so that's in in a nutshell that's all you're gonna need I mean I don't want to show you too much but it's obviously a report section there's automation which is I think it's paid and but the good thing is now this is the number one thing when you send an email you can link your Gmail or your whatever email just you're using hotmail and it will automatically sync to the person that you've emailed if you email them from it it will also add the contact for you so if you send out 100 emails a day you come back in a month later you're gonna have a contact list of you know three four thousand people and from there what you can do is you can go into it as well so let's say we emailed HR manager your note will show up here and also an email tab will show up with the email content so it's very powerful and it helps you keep track so you don't email the same people over and over again and you can put a task as well so you can put let's say remind you in 3 business days or one week so if you want to follow up follow up email you know and it will send you an alert for this as well so it's fantastic to use it's perfect to actually use it's free of charge there are some paid features obviously how else are they're gonna make money but from what I see I'm gonna be using this because it automatically syncs with my email which i think is you know probably the most important part as well as tracking everything on a note section so if you're looking to get started with a free CRM for your recruitment business or whatever business you're looking at this is probably the best software I would recommend at the moment HubSpot even better than some of the paid features because it's simple it's all you need and you can heavily edit it so the contacts part you know I think you can change contacts the candidates and companies the companies so that's what I'm presenting and take it from there so good luck let me know how it goes if you're looking to use it I'm not an expert in it I'm gonna start using it soon but from what I see and my analysts you know my advice from from looking at probably about 1213 demos or other softwares this will probably be the market leader very soon I think in America they offer say it was take care
