[Music] hey guys Brian here from salesmate and today I want to show you how you could create deals within our system so once you're logged into our system you could click on the deals tab this is where you can see a pipeline view of all the different stages of your sales cycle pipeline stages are customizable based on your business needs to create a deal you could press on this icon and fill out your deal information you can select the contact or you could add a new contact create the value and select an estimated close date you can also Loop in teammates and participants so they can know how the deal is moving through the sales cycle and once you save it you'll see that your deal is now within your pipeline as your deal moves through the different sales Cycles you can move it to different stages of your pipeline if you want to make updates to your deal you could click on your deal and you'll have a quick view here where you can look at the details [Music] different messages of your timeline the users and anything related to the deal in terms of activities files and emails if you want to go deeper into the deal you could click on the deal name and this is where you could write notes [Music] and this will be stored in your timeline another thing you could do in your timeline is if you want to stick if you want to pin something to the top of your timeline you could click on this icon and now this will stay at the top of your timeline so you can easily get to it as soon as you get into the deal you can send them emails foreign [Music] you could also create follow-up activities like scheduling a phone call with your client [Music] or attach files this will all be documented in the deal for future reference so this is how you use deals and salesmate if you guys have any questions at all please feel free to reach out [Music] subscribe to the salesmate YouTube channel and press the Bell icon to stay updated on our new features releases and insightful videos
