[Music] hello everyone this Ashish Kumar again from web Alliance limited we develop completely with spoke software and we are based in Northampton uh in the last video I spoke about how important it is to take care of our existing customers because it's easier to manage them easier to resell them and it is 10 times faster closing uh sale to the existing client so today let's talk about one of our very old uh client who we are serving for around 9 years called BB contract and legal services it is one of the first uh software uh Bev gave us uh kindly enough from our BNI local chapter and uh they were using uh spreadsheet for everything like they were using one spreadsheet to manage their inquiries one spreadsheet for quotations one spreadsheet for managing their jobs mileage expenses uh one is spread sheet to manage the hours uh BB stuff uh spend with a client so that they can record the hours and then build them at the end of the month and stuff like that and one spreadsheet for invoices but whatever work is being done for the client is invoiced or not so they were using a lot of uh manual spreadsheets and uh they're using a lot of manual document as well like rotations they were typing in Microsoft world and then sending it in PDFs and then all the agreement contracts and everything and they were doing a lot of U email communication with their clients and what we have done is given them a completely bespoke cloud-based system which was based upon their spreadsheet so that I don't have to change how they work any stuff but uh it was far more easier to manage inquiries quotation job mileage expense a time sheet and invoices on system and with one click they can send the invoice to zero and in zero they used to create invoice again now they don't have it all the documents like quotation agreement contract is now created with one click from uh template documents and the problem was that you know we we work with uh hourly based contract like in one year time uh we will work for example 100 hour and what do we have so they were using a manual system so there was no alert that you know in half the year you have almost done 90% of the work so if you do more work for the client so client don't pay because the contract was for $100 hours so now this system what it does very beautifully it remind the staff member with the color coding that you know for this client the contract was for 100 hours in 6 months time only you have worked 9 hours now you can inform the client either slow down the work or extend the contract so Bev mentioned very kindly that if within one year this software had paid for itself so this is the uh what you can say this is the power of the spoke system and now they have got all automative reporting kpis for the client and for the staff member and uh on top on top of that a client portal where client can log into a system and see a lot of what we spoke thems as well they can download their invoices they can download their documents which they worked on and a lot of stuff as well so yeah if you know any business who's working from a spreadsheet and is struggling to get uh a software which can follow exactly how they work then perhaps we can help so Ashish Kumar from Fe lines see you again soon bye hi I'm B of beb contract and legal services and uh I've been running my business here locally in Northampton for the past 10 years the business has grown over that time and a couple of years ago we just decided we just cannot grow the business and employ the staff without having a system in place that would manage the processes for us I knew of um web Alliance from my BNI connections and um so I contacted him and um he came in to explain what a CRM was cuz if I'm honest I hadn't a clue he was amazing he explained it all to us we told him how we'd like to work and he just kept saying yes he can do it yes he can do it yes he can do it I almost didn't believe him but do you know what he delivered I don't know how I'd run my business without that CRM now we have access to it on the road my clients have access to it so they can see how we manage ing their contracts nothing falls through black holes and uh cracks anymore because everybody in the office follows the same system if someone's out we can check what they where they are with every job that they're working on it's transformed my business I really couldn't have grown it without it I most certainly would recommend web Alliance to anybody who is looking for a CRM system especially if they have got contract management and time issues then it's an absolute must he's just so so good he's approach his knowledge is amazing and his delivery of the system and his support is second to [Music] none
