thank you for taking the time to take a look at our date Tech's footprint warehouse management system we're gonna take a quick look at some of the functionality that we have in place for the pharmaceutical industry one of the first items are going to look at is the material management module and here I already have some material set up for pharma you can see that we have some surgical gloves and we have some serial controlled items you have the capability of tracking items based off of the lot number serial number both or neither under this set up you can quickly view all the lots for a particular item for example here I'm looking at latex gloves I have one lot and if I double click on the lot it's going to take me to all the lot details where it is in the facility by location and by pallet inbound orders it came in on which I can double click to open the inbound orders very easily I can select the outbound order and I can pull a trace recall report so from a track and trace perspective we have everything that you need right at your fingertips the other thing I want to mention as it relates to materials is the capability we have to track all changes to any tables within the application to meet the CFR part 11 compliance if I go to the settings as an example I'll just change something on this item let's just change the description so we'll go ahead and edit this latex gloves five by five and when I come back to my change tracking here I'm going to view everything that has changed on the materials table so I'll go to the materials table and I'll search that and you can see the change for this specific item and you can see I updated it this was the user you can always track the primary key on the table and you can add columns to this as well here's the description and the highlighted field is the one that we change the old value is latex gloves and the new value is latex gloves five five five if I went back and deleted that so let's delete the five five five you'll see there will be another update statement in there as well the old value was five five five the new value is just latex gloves the system keeps every change tracked within the application by date stamp by user everything is tracked for you I also want to mention the serial number lookup you have the capability to view any serial number within the application so if you're tracking serialized items you can go ahead and search all serial numbers you can see aspirin for example you can see the serial number the material code the description the project the law all this information you can put a specific serial number on hold as well when I put a serial number on hold I'm going to say well this is inactive it's on a damaged hold code for example now if we come back into the application you can see on the reasons the current reason it's on hold because it's damaged and this is the reason history so it again was added by me at this date and at this time and if I wanted to change that again just to make it active so it's no longer damaged I'm putting it back on the active status you can see that back in the reasons there is no current reason there's just a reason history of reason code added reason code removed lastly I want to talk about the system settings dealing in a pharmaceutical type environment if anything goes on hold you're going to want to be notified immediately you can set up say lot expiration notifications for when something's about to expire and lock status duration in case something goes on hold for example I'm saying that whenever a lot goes on an inactive status in any warehouse for any reason I want to be alerted immediately and then send me another alert every two days until I do something with that alert I can say import lock on hold and this will write to my footprint wall I'll sign this - a couple users and if we come back to my footprint page within the application you can see all of these alerts are written your footprint wall anytime an alert is activated you'll see it here so here a lot went on hold so we can see that this lot lookup code has been on hold for 183 days on a damaged status and you can also have this emailed to you to immediately notify you when things go on hold these are just some of the requirements that we meet for the pharma industry if you have any additional questions or would like to speak to one of our representatives for a live demonstration please feel free to contact us thank you
