How to create outlook signature
today's tutorial we're going to go over how to create and edit a deals pipeline in HubSpot so a deal pipeline in HubSpot is basically just a funnel of all of your existing deals from a specific entry stage to the closing wind stage so essentially if you had gone to the master navigation onto sales and deals all of these deals are living in specific pipelines so you can look at all of your deals in general or you can go to and I to change that kind of look and feel it's this table and board at the top board will give you a look at all of your deals within their specific time or you know deal stages sorry so essentially in this specific pipeline which just happens to be the 2017-2018 sales pipeline you know we have our discovery stage we have our demonstration delivered by a proposal sent in negotiation these are all deal stages within the specific 2017-2018 sales pipeline so in order to create a deals pipeline we want to go to our portal settings in the top right which is this gear icon want to go to sales deals and because I was already in the sales pipeline it kind of brought me here which is very nice hop spawn and to create a new one we want to scroll down where it says deal pipelines and stages and this gives us a list of all of our existing deal pipelines we can go in and edit this later but I want to add an actual you know new pipeline so I name this my test pipeline and it's gonna bring them to this new this new screen so essentially this is where I'm going to build out all of the deal stages within my specific pipeline so you know this is stage one obviously you're going to want to name this a little more specific to align with your actual sales process but for the purposes of this example I'm gonna keep it relatively generic stage 2 stage 3 etc etc but essentially as you go through these more qualified stages the wind probability is increasing and at the end you know we have our you know whatever it B would be you know purchased something where it's like you know okay they finally made the decision you know there are one day we won the deal and they've closed the account so that is how you create a deal there is automation where specifically you can create workflows to automatically move deals between stages this is a little more complicated and needs a little more thought process so I'm not gonna delve right into this but know that there are automated ways to bring deals between stages to edit existing deals when I go back to the same page where it's you know in the portal settings the gear icon you know sales and then deals and then you just have a list of all of these existing deal pipelines so for example I'm looking at this you know admissions pipeline I'm gonna edit it you know they're going from a prospect to an inquiry to an event attendee an applicant except a student or in the positive student again as you can see the probability the winning probability is increasing each time as they go through some sort of you know admissions process of the student you know and when they're finally add a positive student we finally won them as a deal and that is it for the HubSpot sales pipeline
