the uh some of the challenges that you generally come across you know while managing deals are the manual processes that some practitioners follow and what this would uh would result in uh would be uh you know it would take it would take more time it would be more time consuming and also you wouldn't have uh you know visibility into what's happening at various stages you know in a deal and this becomes even gets even more complicated when you have multiple deals that that are running currently concurrently and that would really pose a lot of challenges and again the absence of a single source of truth that would uh really make things even more complicated and really challenging for the practitioners well as rightly mentioned by bala these uh these are few of the challenges which we go through during an mna process and for these sequence of events most of the businesses are unprepared and fumble through the process which imperative growth that is expected this happens because majority of them lack enhanced visibility of the deals the right focus or concentration required better organized approach and collaboration also without an efficient end-to-end process it's impossible to complete a deal on time as well this is where we need a strong and efficient m a pipeline well all these flows of events which occurs during an mna transaction as well as how the stakeholders and team members operate them is referred to as merger and acquisition pipeline management accusation strategies and deal sourcings are the first step in the pipeline the acquirer must first identify reason for acquiring targets when a target is a good strategic fit they need to interact with the seller and create a relationship while also acquiring initial data like kpis after this comes the due diligence phase the due diligence uncovers information that helps the acquirer to see both the larger picture and the details by collecting information that is not publicly available followed by the due diligence process is integration and closure integration is the combining of the companies their employees their operations and their finances now to reduce the chaos throughout business units and you can again use different categories like divisions or units which will help you to really track the uh the deals across across the various stages and we also have the uh the kpis uh as amrita said earlier so kpis are really key to uh to measure how the how the deals are are progressing and again all these all these are configurable and in this case we are tracking the the ndas and the mou so basically indicating there are 13 in this case the 13 deals that have the nds have been signed and the dashboard again gives you the full visibility in terms of how many deals are in each state and across again how many deals are across each of these categories or or business units that way giving the uh the visibility that the executive really really needs and again you have you have various filters uh you can filter by any of the business units and thereby drilling you can drill down to the to the actual deals that are that are in each of these stages again the uh the tooltip provides the visibility or in the information to the uh to the key stakeholders stakeholders in terms of what each of those those deals are right and the other uh to complement the the pipeline dashboard uh we also have the the deal dashboard so what this gives is you know more granular control in in terms of how the deals can be can be managed the pie charts that you see here are basically the progress indicators that uh across the phases for the uh for the selected deals so it gives you uh as a key stakeholder where each of those deals are in in those respective phases and all these updates happen real time so as and when the uh the various activities in the deals as and when the activities get updated these get reflected automatically in real time you know in these dashboards in addition to that we also have other key indicators like the risks and the issues so looking at this dashboard really gives you know real-time visibility uh and information to the to the key consumers of of these dashboards which would really help them to uh you know track the deals through the through the various stages so uh these these two dashboards you know the dash deal dashboard and the uh you know and the pipeline dashboard basically complement each other each other and gives the necessary tools for the practitioners and and you know for the key stakeholders to uh to effectively manage the the deals and have as i said earlier visibility into what's happening across the organization and they'll be addressing some of the key challenges that normally a
