sani force has added another feather to its gap sign sani force introduces a new crm software called the lifo crm this is the login page let's go in and find out what this software has on offer that's an interesting looking dashboard right off the bat that we can see in the crm software here we have the dashboard with a calendar which shows all the activities that are shared for a person we have the overview activities in red and the proposals in green and the upcoming activities in green we can view these activities by month week day or expand to the whole calendar we can also use the filter button to filter between different pipelines and filter between the members with whom the activities are associated on the right side we have a pie chart which shows which deals are in which stage of progress so in negotiation we have 37 deals and on clicking on that we can see all the deals that are in the negotiation phase we can go back and check out the other the qualified lead has 122 deals in it and we have four deals who have agreed to sign so these are some of the features of the dashboard we can see the whole activity log if we scroll down what has happened over the past few hours now we can go into the deals tab and check it out the deals tab shows us the different stages that the deals are in so we have the invoice sent agreed to sign qualified lead proposal negotiation and fire stages we can also see the deals in each of the faces and we can shift a deal from one stage to the other stage as per its progression we just drag and drop it in simple as that here we can see that the activities are over you and here we can see that no activities are scheduled we can filter the different pipelines from here and select and apply to see the deals in that pipeline not only that we can customize the stages for each pipeline individually so all the stages that we can see on top of here are customizable we can also view the deals by clicking on the forecast button this allows us to see when the deals will be completed what is the value that would be obtained after finishing a deal so we can have kind of a prediction as to where a company will stand once these deals are completed the activities tab allows us to schedule activities it will show us all the activities in our deals in a tabular column we can see the summary 179 overdue activities three scheduled for today three are upcoming and 89 have been completed we can also see the activities that are assigned to us the kanban will show us all the activities as per the states that are in so upcoming today overdue and complete adding a new activity is as simple as clicking a button selecting the activity type we can customize these fields as well called email direct visit cold call anything you want you can add it in select the date select the deal and just save the activity the next tab is the organizations tab we have here in the summary of 283 organizations out of which 179 are active and 104 are in that depth we can see the list of organizations and we can switch on or off the status of the organization to active or inactive we can also search for active organization over here using the search bar or export the list to view all the organizations the export option allows us to export a table in the form of excel csv pdf or just print it directly adding a new organization is also pretty easy just adding the details and you can create a new organization what is interesting here is that we have a couple of fields which can be custom created for example the date and time range the date range the time picker so these are some custom created fields which is possible in the lead force crm so the usp of leaf crm is that it is a con completely self customizable software we'll get into the customization features in a bit the person tab allows us to add a person once a person is created we can keep the person in the contact list or merge the contact with an organization or a deed a person or contact can also be switched to active or inactive status as per our requirement the sales tab has a couple of interesting things on offer proposal estimates invoices so i believe the proposal can be used to create a new proposal switching to the pipeline mode will send show us in what stage the proposal is so is it sent open or revised or declined here we can see all the proposals that we have created while creating a new proposal we just need to map it to a deal in an organization and add all the products that we want to sell to that person so we have a product a we select the quantity rate and click ok we can also have another product on same proposal select the quantity if we want we can make some adjustments over here by offering a discount of percentage or a fixed amount and save and send the proposal the proposal is sent to all the email ids that are mentioned over here similarly the proposal can also be converted into an estimate or an invoice so once the proposal is sent and we are going to the negotiation phase we can then convert that proposal into an estimate and send it back once the estimates are approved we can convert the proposal into an invoice finally we have the reports tab the reports tab will consist of a number of reports which are important for an organization for example the deals one we can select the pipeline the period and see how many deals have been won in that period clicking into the deals one will give us an in-depth overview of the debates we have the setup over here and we have the customization features inbuilt over here so we can customize the pipeline stages the activity types the custom fields this is the most interesting part of this you can create a new custom field and we can select any type that we want and place it anywhere an organization person or team can also transfer a deal from one person to another in a matter of seconds we also have the different kinds of currencies and of course the
