employees across three us factories by the end of August okay and they're also laying off management jobs and they're shifting production to a newly planned facility in Mexico apparently John Deere however I will forward your concerns and make sure they are passed on to the relative Department okay if conversation remains off topic should the customer continue to discuss non-product related issues and you wish to end the call politely inform them you need to end the call and deal with other customers but here's the thing every call is documented record the details of the call in CCMS and forward the case number yada okay copying team leads and so on they are still going to log your response the thing we need to do right now is make this known we need a full retraction like they no
