[Music] hello everyone my name is Swami from Erp Hub in today's video I'll be showing you how to use the sales Pipeline on Zoe CRM let's get started a sales pipeline is a visual representation of the stages involved in selling a product or service it's a structured approach to sales that allows businesses to track their prospects and leads through each stage of the sales process typically a sales pipeline includes stages such as prospecting lead qualification solution presentation negotiation and closing the deal your sales pipeline should be designed to accelerate the process of closing your deals and it can be customized depending on how your business is structured a sales pipeline is important in business because it helps organizations to better manage their sales process identify areas for improvement and forecast future revenues by tracking prospects and leads through the pipeline businesses can identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in their sales process and take corrective action to improve their sales performance additionally a well-managed sales pipeline provides greater visibility into future revenues enabling businesses to make more accurate sales forecasts and better plan for the future once you're entered into your CRM system the first thing you need to do is head over to your deals module at the top of your screen here store any potential business or prospects that are going to go through your sales pipeline in order to use or see the sales pipeline you want to head over to any particular deal that's in your system and click on it and on the top of your screen here you'll see the various stages in your sales pipeline that your prospect will need to go through to complete a deal or sale what we're going to do now is set up the stages that represent a general sales process for a business in order to do that we'll go to settings and under customization click on modules and Fields since the pipeline has to do with the deals module we'll have to hover over here and click on stage probability mapping now these entries here are the stages in your sales Pipeline and we can customize this to build our sales pipeline first stage may start off with an inquiry so we can name the first stage interested [Music] now after the first stage it could follow up with a discovery call where we're tuning out all the details of whatever problem needs to be solved we can call this discovery call and after the discovery call there may be a point where an appointment is booked so that could be the next stage after the appointment is booked it could move on to the negotiation stage where we're moving forward and we're sending a proposal to our Prospect after the negotiation stage is done the last stages could be where the deal is either closed the deal is one or the deal is lost now once you're done creating all the stages that you want to include on your sales pipeline you can click on Save and then once you do that we're ready to start building our sales pipeline once you have your stages created you're ready to build your sales Pipeline on settings under customization click on Pipelines and on this next page here we can view all of the pipelines that are already created in our system to create a new pipeline you would just click on this blue button on the top right corner and this pop-up box will show up the first thing that you need to do is name your pipeline visual layout and then add the stages that you want your sales prospects to go through to complete a sale we already added the stages in the previous section however if there's a case that you don't have the stage that you want you can just always click on this blue button here and add the stage here as well once you're done adding all the stages in your sales pipeline you can click on Save and that will pretty much create your pipeline however based on the stages you can also apply a blueprint and have different blueprints for each cycle which makes everything more organized because you can have the business cycle apply rules on top of that and create transitions for each of the stages that are in your pipeline this is a useful solution that can help you identify which stages are causing the most delay and from there you can refine your sales process and improve your whole strategy reduce your sales cycle time and how the time it takes to complete a deal now if we went back to the deals module and clicked on any record in our system you can see the various stages that are mapped out for our sales pipeline in in a previous video we already discussed how to create blueprints to map out these stages and improve your whole process of how a stale is completed thank you for watching this video for more insight please subscribe to our Channel if you need help building your sales pipeline to close more deals visit us at Erp hub.com to schedule an appointment we'll see you next time
