How to create outlook signature

I'm going to walk you through the entire process that I went through to not only plan but to create and then sell my most recent digital product going video this digital product made me eight thousand dollars in just over a few weeks and I want you to see the entire process so you can follow it and do it as well if you are brand new to my channel my name is Trina little nice to meet you and I focus on helping solo entrepreneurs get to a consistent 10K months and Beyond I help them build a business model and a business plan that allows them to know what to focus on to get to that 10K a month quicker digital products are one of the best ways to start getting to that consistent 10K months so let's go through my process of coming up with one and then getting it live to the public so the very first thing you need to do is ideas now I did a video a few weeks ago giving you 15 ideas that you can literally swipe for me right now otherwise for me I like to get the ideas flowing I may turn on some music dance around here my off office make sure my calendar is kind of free for that time so I'm not stressing about what I need to work on and just think about some fun ideas now I may also have ideas while driving the kids to gymnastics while in the shower right before I go to bed so I also keep a list of ideas that pop in my head as well the key here is to just get a lot of ideas because not every idea is going to be an out of the park great idea so the more we can work with the better we can pick the best one that's going to make you the most amount of money once you have a list of ideas then you need to start doing a little bit of market research so this is step two and you need to be doing two different types of market research first you need to do the kind of market research to figure out what's out there similar to what you want to offer and second you need to do market research on what your audience really needs right now so when I go do my market research to figure out what my audience really needs right now I'm going to YouTube and I'm looking up the free YouTube videos around this topic and I'm looking at the conversation that is happening in the comments what are people unsure of what are people needing follow-up questions on what are people asking and saying this is a literal gold mine to help you create the best digital product that's going to help you make the most amount of money because if you don't currently have an audience or a large audience that you can ask you can dive into other people's audiences and their conversations to figure out what their one problem is again this entire digital product series I've been doing here on my channel has all boiled down to solving one problem for one person so this marketing research is really going to help that out you also want to peruse the internet and see what other offers are out there are people doing digital products around your idea what are they offering what is their price point are there courses are there coaching Pro programs what is currently on the market and what is the price points also if there happens to be a book on the digital product idea that you have you can read the comments of that book as well so again doing your market research really diving into what your audience needs is going to be key before we move into step three now you have a couple ideas maybe you're zeroing in on one or two ideas you've done your market research on both sides right figuring out what offers are currently out there and what are the words phrases problems that your audience is currently having and talking about now we want to outline what is going to be included in your digital product so we're not getting Nitty Gritty here I literally just started writing a list of things based on my market research that I thought going video should include again keeping in mind you're solving one problem for one person I knew going into going video that I wasn't going to be solving the problem of coming up with a YouTube strategy that's a much larger problem with a lot more moving pieces I knew with going video I wanted to solve the problem of getting solo entrepreneurs just started on video just getting their feet wet they cannot build a YouTube strategy without being on video and the more videos that you do have on your YouTube video or on Instagram reels the more comfortable you're gonna get but the more videos you have on YouTube the more data you're gonna get to build your YouTube strategy I really encourage having some data to build a YouTube strategy instead of like just coming out of the gate with a YouTube strategy because data is really going to help you ensure you're building a solid strategy so that was the problem going video was solving it was just getting solo business owners on video so what are the problems that they are having they're super busy right maybe you can relate you have so many things to do you're not sure how you're going to add one more thing to your to-do list so they needed a workflow to be able to start incorporating video into their daily life into their weekly plan they also usually overthink what they're going to say on video or not sure what they should say on video so to get started on video not only do you need to have the time to do it but you need to know what to say that's why the script came into play as well and then the other problem that I get asked about all the time is equipment and again this is something a lot of solo business owners overthink they think they need this super fancy equipment set up when I keep things super simple so I decided I also wanted to include in my digital product one problem for one person brain dumping all the things I thought should go in to going video step four is now thinking about adding bonuses to the core offer right I have like a three module kind of like a mini course digital product but I need to add some bonuses to basically sweeten the pot now if you watch my video from last week I talk about the importance of winning the price War when people come to your sales page of your digital product meaning if they're going through and reading everything that's included they need to think this costs more than what you are charging them so my going video offer is thirty seven dollars I needed to make sure I could throw some bonuses in to this offer that was going to sweeten the pot and make the value of purchasing this much higher than 37 so when they saw it was just thirty seven dollars it was a no-brainer that they literally needed to scoop up this deal right now but here's the secret about picking the right bonuses for your digital products your bonuses should not be a assumed that they should be included in your core offer people should think the bonuses that you are giving them are going to help them Excel with the problem that you're solving so when we look at my offer here one of the bonuses that I offered was a 12 week YouTube plan meaning I'm literally giving you 12 video ideas 12 hooks 12 calls to action samples of titles and thumbnails because again I know my audience is super busy I know they're not sure what to say they overthink getting started and if I can give them the videos to get started that's going to solve a problem for them right that's going to get them going video faster because the video ideas are right in their hand the other thing that I can solve for them is getting started on video even faster with reels because my YouTube videos here tend to be 15 to 20 minutes where reels are less than 90 seconds and my whole purpose in getting people to buy going video is for them to create video content we're going to talk about why that was so important here coming up why I needed to get people to actually go video and so I needed to give them as many solutions to go video so I give it my going video digital product my reals workflow and my reels Asana board because reels are a lot easier to get started with than YouTube as well but it's still video in addition to giving people my workflow for reels which are 90 second videos I also gave 15 real ideas with examples samples ideas right so again it made it super simple for people who buy going video to actually go video that's the whole purpose I need people when they buy going video to go video for The Next Step that I need them to do and then the final bonus I decided to add to this is how to turn viewers into customers clients sales again one problem one person the problem that my person who are Solo entrepreneurs is having is getting traffic to their offers getting more people to know that they exist so if I can show them in a quick little workshop that's a bonus all the different ways they can get more people to their offer using video super win and is going to convince them even more that they need to get started on video and I've got all of the resources to help them do that inside of going video alright so we have our idea mapped out and again yours doesn't have to be this intense because I'm telling you I had a bigger picture for this digital product which I keep teasing here but I am going to tell you because it fits in I'm waiting for it to fit in in the right spot to tell you why this was a bigger project to undertake but it really allows you to turn in a small digital product offering into something bigger on the back end of your business in your funnel but less talk about step number five before you start creating any of the content right we just haven't outlined we haven't even scripted anything before you do that you now have an idea of your core offer and your bonuses now I encourage you to draft that sales page for your digital product because here's what happens when you start drafting your sales page you start getting into the Zone usually and you think about ways to make your offer sound better that way as your sales page develops you can tweak and change things in your offer in your digital product based on what the sales page says so that you can ensure that your offer really gives them what you promise in the sales page I highly encourage you if you're trying to come up with an offer a digital product to check out funnel gorgeous's offer cure this will really help you build a solid foundation and know exactly what you need to be including not only in your offer but in your sales page as well here's an example of the draft that I wrote from my first round of going video and you can see that there are very important parts sections of a sales page that you need to be including to get people to want to buy your offer there's a reason that there are these parts into a sales page is because it's proven to cause people to convert these are all the things that people need to feel reassured that they are okay or that they should purchase your product when you get to the features and benefit part of your sales page this is what's really going to help you flesh out your digital product and make your outline that you already did even better because if you can highlight the features and the benefits on this sales page you can ensure all of those features and benefits are then actually included in your digital product instead of making your digital product and then trying to fit it into features and benefits and then make it sound sexy now on to step six and that is scripting your digital product now previously in the 15 digital product ideas that I've created um a few weeks ago you don't need to do all of this work obviously you can do just a template just a workbook um just a worksheet right but if you really want to prove that you're offering a lot of value for a small item like going video that's 37 that's really going to build your credibility in future proof potential sales okay and that's what I am doing with going video so when I started scripting out the content that I was sharing in going video I knew I ultimately wanted people to either purchase my signature course video strategy Academy or join me inside of my coaching program my business coaching program for solo entrepreneurs who aren't making 10K months yet I wanted to get them interested in applying to 10K on replay because what happens here is if you get to the point where you're spending ad dollars to get people to buy your low ticket offer your digital product it's really hard to make a profit on these smaller tickets these days but if you have a strategy behind the scenes to get this 37 purchaser up to a 997 course or a 7 000 coaching program that's where you really benefit in dumping a lot of awesome Epic valuable information into a 37 product and then make the money back on the back end so as I'm scripting going video I'm dropping breadcrumbs about you know the bigger picture of a video strategy like it's not just posting a video on YouTube there's a bigger strategy behind that and there's a way to make the algorithm happy and there's a way to audit and analyze your videos and I talk more about that in video video strategy Academy and then in the views to sales Workshop I talk about you know the sales are going to be more beneficial when you have a business model in place and you have the systems in place and I talk more about that in 10 count replay so I'm using going video and the script that I created for going video to really advertise my higher ticket or my next level offers so by the time people are done with going video they're interested they trust me now because I gave them a lot of great valuable information and resources and going video and now not only do they trust me like I said but they're interested in what what else does she have what else can I get from her because she's already helped me here for just 37 so here's the outline that I scripted out for going video and then I basically just shoot it pretty much like I'm doing right now for a YouTube video I will have my script over to the side I will look at it I will deliver my content us look back over and just edit it a little bit easier than a YouTube video I don't need to add all the Jazz and the b-roll and the extra steps here like a YouTube video but that's all I really do to create the actual digital product content so now that you know why going video for me was a little bit more lengthier process because I had a longer term strategy in place here I wanted to be able to turn a 37 purchase into a potentially 997 purchase or a seven thousand dollar investment into my coaching program and inside a 10 cam replay I really talk about the business model that you need to have and the different layers of offers that you need to have to really get to consistent 10K months because it's really hard to just do it with a small ticket offer like 37.17 it's also really hard to do it with a high ticket like high touch offer where you're spending a lot of time on it because we only have so many hours in a day and it's also hard to convince people to jump right into a couple hundred dollar course with you as well and so the reason why I created going video is because I know the importance of having all these different ways for people to enter working with you at different price points and how you can really utilize this digital product a smaller offer to prove yourself and get people spending more money with you to get you to 10K months faster now I do dive more into this inside of 10K replay which I've mentioned and if you're interested in learning more about this and helping me develop we have the idea we have the content we have the sales page right well we've written the sales page we've not designed it yet how are we going to get this digital product into people's actual hands in my last video I shared with you how you could easily automate sharing a swipe copy on Google Docs or a PDF in an email but since going video was more of a mini course I needed a place to host the videos and the extra content that I had I use fgf FG funnels and created a complete members area which sounds a little bit harder than it actually is let me actually show you what this looks like inside so when people get going video they get a really high quality site or membership area to consume the content I talk about this a lot I'm incredibly Tech illiterate and I hate all things Tech and it's not that difficult to set up a membership in fgf and that's coming from me the person that hates Tech I love that then I can easily upload my videos inside of here I can add the PDFs I can add reference links all within the membership site so it's all really housed nicely together it just really elevates the experience that even my 37 customers are experiencing because again the goal of this 37 offer is to get them wanting more and wanting to learn more from me now step eight is probably for me the hardest part of this entire process and it's creating a sales page I mentioned earlier I write my sales page in a Google doc first and then I set it all up inside fgf again fgf has all these amazing templates that you can use to make your sales Page look like it was designed by a designer even if you aren't a designer and since they also create offer cure and understand the different elements in the different sections of a sales page they're already Incorporated for in their templates so it really creates this elevated sales page experience super easy I wanted to just show you behind the scenes of fgf because the sales page is so important to selling a digital product and seeing how easy fgf can be you can see these are all different areas all different uh elements basically that are all right here that you can add drag and drop I also wanted to show you some of the the sales page is already created for you when you come in here to edit it we're going to go ahead and click on this you can start customizing it to your brand to your colors but the structure is already built for you and they literally tell you what to add here so compelling headline what is their pain what are they suffering with obstacles rise up this is what makes fgf funnels and like their templates pretty epic because they're going to walk you through what exactly you need to add and the pages are already created for you so I just want to show you an example there are multiple this a little bit earlier but you have got to win the price War so I encourage you to design your beautiful sales page with the beautiful templates that you have inside of fgf if you're using them and send that sales page to a friend without the price on it ask them what do they think this will cost what do they think the price is and if they say more than what you're going to charge for it you've won the price or if they say the exact same amount we need a little to do a little Xing up to increase the perceived value on the sales page all right step nine and let's make the money here and this is how you're gonna actually collect dollars from people again back in fgf they really make setting out a checkout system super easy now they don't actually collect the money for you you will need to hook up or link whatever the technical term is to stripe or PayPal to get the actual money but you can link that through fgf and create beautiful customized checkout Pages they look you know super high quality which makes people more willing to actually buy they don't think it's so much of a scam if it's kind of a plain run-of-the-mill checkout page when you can really customize it it looks more legit now I at the moment like to do a two-step checkout where people enter their name and their email address because I can collect that email address when they hit go to step two and if they don't check out then I am able to touch to base with them again with an abandoned cart email which I talked about in another video recently and this has saved me so many sales to reach out to people when they've abandoned cart the other thing that I do and I talked more about this in the mistakes people make with their digital products is I add a bump here to increase my cart value where we're at about a 25 of people who buy going video actually add the bumps so that's adding an extra 17 to the cart every time every 25 percent of the time somebody's checks out and then they also add an Oto a one-time offer that really makes sense to going video and the bump but isn't perceived that this should be included in the going video offer and I talk more about that in that mistakes video I know it sounds super technical but again fgf has all the templates set up and make this super easy step 10 is a thank you page and I do encourage that you have a thank you page so that people know that they actually paid for what they got and you want to let them know what they should do next where they can find that digital product that they bought a lot of the times when you're setting up automations your email could be sent in spam or in the promotions Tab and so you want to just write a little note that says your digital product is being sent to your inbox in my case I say your username and login is being sent to your email make sure you check your spam folder and your promotions folder because my email might have slid in there so double check those areas as well you just really want to negate any potential customer service questions that may pop up to save you some time because step number 11 is then email confirmation and delivery of the product let me show you how I do that inside of fgf so you can see these are all automations that we have so when somebody initially signs up this is all automated and we have a lot of different ways that we tag them and they get this welcome email and this welcome email we tell them you know thank you in a few short minutes you're going to get your username and password make sure you check these folders if you got questions email us here and then they're granted access to it when they do come in if it's a brand new person to my membership site they're going to get this email automatically generated to them and it breaks down their username and their password so they know exactly how to log in and then I give them the link immediately to log in like within three minutes of them making a payment for going video the other thing that we do as well is we have a we go here it's called a nurture sequence but this is how we get people to keep going through the program and you can see certain people who are actually in this automation right now three two one people and each email goes out so what happens is when a tag is added that they are a new student we wait 10 minutes and then we send them this email which says the back story you need to hear and I give them a little bit of information on how I got started on YouTube um why going video usually a problem that they're having and reminding them everything that they're getting inside a going video so they take the action to do the course all right then we wait a day and we send them another email that's giving them next steps what should they do next how can they get that quickest win again this is all in here I'm addressing pain points they're having and how going video solves that again we wait another day and we have a third email so you can see we have a series of eight emails over a 14-day period that is again getting them to take action we're also introducing that next level to video strategy Academy to 10 cam replay I get to turn a 37 purchase into a video strategy Academy 997 purchase or a 10K on replay seven thousand dollar purchase now I do have a bonus set for you here it is to add an onboarding sequence what is that you want to automate multiple emails that are going to them the first couple of weeks that they purchase your digital product to actually use it you want to give them hints you want to give them tips advice tutorials on how to use that digital product because again you want to show them how valuable you are how much you help them solve that one problem and if you send them a couple emails following up after they purchase to ensure they're using it you're going to continue to stay top of mind for them and for me for this strategy I wanted to continue to stay top of mind because I wanted them to take that next step with me whether that was buying video strategy Academy or applying to join my coaching program 10K on replay so here is the onboarding sequence that I created for going video it goes out over 14 days and encourages them to watch a training that I have that goes into more detail about 10K on replay because again I want to prove I am worthy of their education dollars right and I can help them solve a bigger problem that they're probably having which is getting consistent 10K months or consistent Revenue in their business every single month if you need some digital product ideas
