airSlate SignNow is an easy-to-use system with plenty nice features at very reasonable cost. It allows you to create multiple teams (each team can have a team admin). It can be easily integrated with NetSuite. Its template creation and maintenance is simply and user friendly. We implemented this system, starting from accounting department, and expanded to other departments within 3 months. Got timely support whenever we have questions.

implement the right technology to quickly grow Revenue from this video you will understand when marketing Hub should be integrated with Salesforce CRM and just how reliable that can be in supporting your non-profits growth I'll start by explaining the difference between a non-profit CRM and a marketing automation platform a non-profit CRM is where you store information about your supporters volunteers and the folks you serve it's where you keep track of how much each person gave the relationship between constituents and your moves management plan examples of crms that have been built specifically for non-profits include Salesforce and virtuous a non-profit CRM is often paired with a marketing automation platform this is the technology you use to send email appeals nurture new leads and provide meaningful analytics across channels examples include Salesforce marketing cloud and HubSpot marketing Hub after helping hundreds of non-profits Select and Implement technology to grow I'm confident that HubSpot should be on your list to evaluate because it's easy to use powerful and will lead to increased revenue for your organization we almost never recommend a non-profit use Salesforce marketing cloud while it has advanced capabilities there's this steep learning curve and a cost conducting day-to-day business because it requires a highly skilled and highly paid team of Technology Specialists to manage basically most organizations don't have the time or money to effectively utilize and maintain the platform when we can we recommend non-profits use HubSpot as their nonprofit CRM but it doesn't work for everyone because of its limitations sometimes you're better off using Salesforce as your CRM and integrating it with HubSpot for marketing automation so what are HubSpot crm's limitations for non-profits there are a few but here are the big ones each contact and HubSpot requires an email address and contacts can't have multiple email addresses with the system like they can in Salesforce if you have a lot of donors without email addresses because of your robust Direct Mail acquisition program you won't be able to store these folks in HubSpot CRM and if your donors use different email addresses to make online donations or sign up for events you can't merge the contacts and have multiple email addresses if it sounds like a deal breaker don't fret that's when you can use Salesforce as your non-profit CRM and we can integrate it with HubSpot as your marketing automation platform we can cover how this is done in your free strategy call which you can book using the link in the description of this video when I was leading a team of Frontline fundraisers at Team Rubicon our gift officers wanted to know things like how much did a donor give last year and compare it to how much they gave this year HubSpot can only do basic roll-ups there are some ways for us to leverage HubSpot operations Hub to create custom reports but we need to chat about your specific requirements before feeling comfortable recommending it as a solution these formulas come out of the box in Salesforce so you can have it all when you leverage Salesforce as your CRM to identify your libunts and trigger a renewal Series in HubSpot It's Magic and we know how to help you perform it last up for this video is soft crediting many of our non-profit clients like to track when a board member gets a friend to give a gift or a peer-to-peer fundraiser who raises money by riding a bike across the country HubSpot CRM does not allow for soft crediting donors you can associate multiple contacts to a gift but there is no way to distinguish who gets hard and soft credit this may change in the future as HubSpot builds out functionality but as of recording this video if this is a must-have for your non-profit you are better off using Salesforce as your CRM and integrating it with HubSpot for marketing automation choosing between HubSpot or HubSpot and Salesforce
