Its actually about employee enablement so they have to have like workstations laptops or mobile phones and of course the internet service you might want to subscribe mobile data for your employees for remote work preparedness and readiness if you're in the office you might want to consider a network set up a Wi-Fi router or a LAN cable it's very easy to set it up. Another server for your files or your printer and of course the backup then you have to have software licenses for your computers like Windows or if you prefer Mac or Linux that can also be an option another license for your office apps like Microsoft Word Excel and whatnot another thing to consider which is also important is security so you have to have like antivirus as for your Microsoft Windows or a firewall to detect intrusions. The third basic aspect which is also important is your online presence the first thing is your business email for example you should set up like an official business email for your company there are a lot of options like Google G suite or Microsoft 365 it's very easy to set up and implement and it's not that costly the second thing is your website there are a lot of options like Bluehost or GoDaddy to set up your own website and if not then you can hire you know a freelance developer for your website and the third & last option for your initial step for your digitalization is to consider a cloud storage like Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive so these are also important so you can centralize documents in your data for your business and transactions.
