In my rental property business, I need to have all tenants for each property complete and sign about 8-10 lease documents. airSlate SignNow allows me to create the documents in Microsoft Word with text tags, create conditional fields, custom routing, and signature expiration dates, automatic reminders, etc. airSlate SignNow allows me to process these documents remotely and without paper.

Ability to create documents in Microsoft Word using text tags to automatically transform them into fillable templates when I upload the documents. I can then create document groups and custom signing order, which works great for signing real estate property leases.

I love it. Since I open my business, a tattoo shop, I wanted to use less paper for all consent forms needed to be signed by my customers and tattoo artists in the shop. Ive look online and done lots of research about software or applications that it easy to use and share. Ive tried many software and apps. and after all airSlate SignNow was the best.

The software is easy to use for anyone from beginner to pro. Works well on all my devices. I use mostly from my tablet an IPad and on my IPhone. Sharing, sending, printing anywhere anytime make it very easy for myself and to my customers.

I love the fact that I just dont have to print contracts anymore and save paper that way and this app has helped me with that.

Its easy to use , all of my documents are right there for me to see , I can keep them for as long as I want to and dont have to delete them. I also really like the option that I can use it as businesses and personal . Changing the Signaturs its super easy . Al around a great app .

my name is Pete Moriarty and if you're new to the channel we help entrepreneurs systemize organize and scale using Google workspace and a suite of best practice productivity tools that help you build better businesses and we're all about helping business owners get through the desert of two employees to 20 employees that Rocky Road of building a business from startup to scale and helping you exit your business run smoothly now it's not to say that these are the absolute best apps and you must use every single one of these apps there are alternatives available and you can absolutely use different applications to do the same tasks as some of these apps that I'm about to present but the most important thing for me to share with you is that we have curated each of these applications looking at the success of the company looking at the health of the leadership team looking at the product roadmap looking at the Integrations with the other apps on the list and looking at how well they integrate with the Google workspace ecosystem and we've chosen applications that all talk well to each other are affordable for small businesses and create a great rounded out Tech ecosystem for small business owners there's no perfect app to run your whole business and running your business with 10 000 different apps is not very productive either so without further Ado let me share with you seven of our highlights and why you should consider each one number one is hiver and this is a effectively a shared label setup for your Gmail now everyone works with customers and works with delivery of your products or your services or maybe you have a customer service department if you've got a product business well Gmail is great for responding to emails on a one-on-one basis but as soon as you have a team you need to have a way of responding to customers ideally from a central location that multiple people can share now you can set up group mailboxes inside Google workspace out of the box but they don't really scale very well and once you start managing lots of different customer requests you probably want to have the ability to assign a request to somebody you probably want to have a customer service rating system built in you probably want to have the ability to run some reports and see what's the average time that your customer service team are taking to respond to your customers well however does all of those things and it really turns your Gmail inbox into a productivity Powerhouse for your team now we use this not only for our sales team but also for our delivery team and for our finance team as well and we manage hundreds of requests sometimes every day and we use this to manage our whole customer database now we've got 25 000 customers under management and however handles it really well and they've also released some pretty cool tools like live chat which can be integrated as well so check out hiver if you're interested in delivering better more consistent customer service to your customers and you want to have a shared mailbox that can be shared amongst your team members to do that right within the Gmail interface next up is zapier and you've probably already heard of this app before but you may not know exactly what it does wasabi is a connector tool and it helps Cloud apps talk to each other if you have someone fill out a form on your website and you want that form fill to automatically shoot a message into your Google Chat so your team know that a new leader is coming to your business we can set up a Zap for that if you want to have a person who's just signed up for your product or service have an invoice generated automatically from your xero accounting package well you can have that happen too if you have someone who's just signed up to your newsletter to download an ebook and you want to have an automated email be sent from your email address reaching out to them and just saying hello and you know prompting them to potentially respond back and start a conversation where you can do that using zapier as well now our team can help you build out zaps under concierge so you're not having to fit around with the tech stuff to do it all manually and you can create some really smart zaps like with conditional Fields if you have a form with different options you can have different actions taken on account of the different options for example we have a former a customer has the option to sign up to concierge there and then on our website and if you choose to sign up there and then you your request is going to go straight over to our support team but if you click a little button and say I would like to speak to someone first well then that's going to go to our concierge team which are our sales team and they're going to have a conversation with you before getting you started all of that is automated using zapier and of course it sends an alert to our sales team anytime you fill out a prospect form so our team know to look out for the calendar booking link for you to book in with them number three is Asana and this is my favorite task management app now one of the reasons we chose to work with Asana and we're now a global partner is that we love the way that the app has been built by X facebookers and ex-googlers and it's been built to a quality standard that we can expect from only the best Silicon Valley startups there's plenty of other options out there Trello Monday Reich click up there's a million different options to choose from but what I really love about asano is it's been consistent it's been simple and it's actually a very powerful app that's been able to scale out as our business has scaled now we've implemented this in literally hundreds and hundreds of companies probably about five or six hundred companies so far we've never had any complaints about Asana and because we deliver a lot of training around it and we help our customers to implement Asana we found that we've built a pretty good cohort of customers around this and our team are actually pretty well skilled up in Asana as well now I've got multiple other videos on Asana specifically on our Channel but one of the things I wanted to share with you is that Asana is free for up to 15 people so it's a great app to get started with without getting slugged with another subscription overwhelm subscription added to your monthly account and what you can also do with Asana is you can create multiple teams so if you happen to have more than 15 people in your company you just create multiple teams each team can have up to 15 and that means that you'll be able to get started with better tasking for your business as your business grows and then when you're ready to budget for some licenses when that time comes and you want some extra features then you can choose to upgrade number four is copper and this is one of my favorite apps this is a relational CRM meaning it helps you to manage your relationships inside your business now copper has a bunch of machine learning and AI tools which mean that it automatically sucks in all the data from all your different apps like your email and automatically populates customer records one of the most annoying things about customer databases is having to update them manually what's that customer's phone number what's the link to their LinkedIn profile and no one ever really has the time to update any of those things copper will automatically pull in someone's LinkedIn and social profiles they'll pull in their address and Company details they'll pull in all the emails you've ever sent to person as soon as you add a record into the copper database and it lives right inside your Gmail as well so you don't even have to leave the screen that you're working with if that's what you're using to communicate with your prospects with copper is a fantastic tool and not only does it let you do fantastic deal management it also has phenomenal reports which talk to the rest of the Google ecosystem including Google data studio and so you can get great insights from your sales team and see your high performance your low performance who needs coaching who needs help and you can keep track on the pipeline of your business as your business grows and scales number five is dial pad dial pad is a cloud-based phone system it's integrated deeply into the Google ecosystem meaning that it pulls in your calendar events it pulls in your email records it pulls in any documents that you've shared with a prospect so while you're on the phone to a prospect and you're chatting to them and they say hey I sent you a document yesterday you've got a one button click right from within the dial pad interface to actually open any documents that person has shared with you not only that but dialpad includes voice AI which is a set of artificial intelligence tool tools which actually help you to see insights about how your team are performing with the phone calls they're making with clients if you want to see whether the client had a positive or A negative experience on the phone call with your customer service reps dialpad AI will actually use customer sentiment analysis to give you reports on how customers experiences based on the words that they're using sounds sci-fi but it is a very very cool tool and very easy to use dialpad also gives you great analytics and Integrations as well with the rest of the Google ecosystem and it also talks to other apps like Salesforce if you're using a more sophisticated CRM for your business use number six is LastPass and by now you should be using a password manager LastPass is an excellent tool and our team can help you deploy that with theme folders and team settings to make sure that your team passwords are kept secure now every business owner at some point in their life has had a spreadsheet or a document called passwords or you know maybe you change the a to an at sign to make it extra secure well you want to make sure that you are leading any of those plain text records for passwords and storing them all inside a password Vault LastPass is a great option for that and our team can help you deploy that LastPass helps you to keep your password safe and secure from your team accidentally sharing them externally outside your company or someone getting access to one of your passwords and then all of a sudden having all of your passwords exposed number seven is cloudflare now this is a bit more of a techie tool this manages your DNS and your website traffic but cloudflare is one of the most important tools that you can have running on your website because it's going to help speed up the web experience for your customers which means better rankings with Google and it also means a better experience for those who are potentially considering buying from you now cloudflare is a DNS host that we can help you to implement and it means that you've basically
