will be great for your business so let's get into it now to get started these are no particular order I have just found these to be some of the best CRM softwares that are available for free I'm not going to go into detail on how to set these accounts up or how to get started with these platforms but I'm just going to show you guys a overview of the top five that I have found and why do I find that for free if you're just looking for a simple CRM tool a customer relations tool I find that these will be pretty much adequate for any kind of small business or even a larger business for their basic needs so to get started I'm going to start off with brush desk now freshdesk is a amazing CRM software they have some of the best best view in all of these CRM softwares because I have tried out quite a few CRM softwares a lot of them are are super old looking I have noticed this in CRM softwares they look very old they look outdated I personally prefer the look of freshdesk over every other CRM software that I'm going to be talking about today and I'm just talking about this in appearance the features are very amazing on all of these but in terms of appearance and overall accessibility I like using CRM it has a good appealing platform and a good appeal now you can see on your left you have a navigation bar then you have your ticket you also can export tickets from a Excel file or a CSV file and then you can also create individual tickets by simply clicking on over here and then you also have specific columns that you can add and resolve and you know add more columns as you go so whatever details you have prioritized within your business you can add more columns and move the columns over here just so just so important information is conveyed as fast and as accurately as possible then you also have your contacts and rewards so contacts and Company so over here you will have all of your contacts you can add specific filters you can Import and Export to your contacts as well and this is same with companies and you have your social CRM tools as well that you can integrate currently I've turned those off and then below that you have your solution so any of the standard solutions that you have you can integrate over here so let's say if you get a specific kind of complaint about a product which is not actually broken and people find that it's broken so you can add a specific article over here or your specific knowledge or FAQ or excess specific knowledge about what to reply to those customers you can add all that information over here and this is going to serve as your knowledge base and then any of your representatives or agents can simply use this knowledge and convey it and just send it to the customer that is facing that issue and this will enable you to save a lot of time and this is one of the features that is lacking in other theorem tools like HubSpot this is one feature that I find to be one of the separators between freshdesk and other CRM tools it's a very efficient feature and it allows you to have your team working efficiently so if you have a team if you have agents if you have people working beneath you who will be doing the grid work then this is going to be a feature that is super necessary for anyone that wants to manage their CRM with these tools now after that you also have your forums and obviously this kind of solutions your knowledge base section you can create in Google Docs or you can create it in a word file and you can just share this with your employees but it's just a lot easier to have it on one CRM platform and then you also have forms where you can collect data and information about your customers and you have analytics and settings and if we take a look at the price plans of this platform so before we get into the price lines of each of these platforms I'm going to show you guys exactly what the free versions offer you also have a Marketplace application integration over here so you can integrate other tools into your CRM on freshdesk as well second up on my list is HubSpot the HubSpot is another amazing platform for CRM I really like this platform as well they also have automation features and these are not available on the free version but there still are amazing features like they're emailing features that are available on the free version that will allow you for effective communication education between you and your customers and you have conversations you have your contact list you have a very simple and easy to use platform where it's going to be very self-explanatory plus you can integrate any of your applications that you're using project management software as communication softwares any software that you're previously using in their app market which is absolutely available for free so you can integrate any application you were previously using and have all of your work integrated into one platform now after that on our list is Zoho CRM so the host CRM is another amazing platform that enables you to create a professional looking CRM for your business plus it has a very customized look that you can create as well but Dojo CRM I find that sometimes can be a bit difficult to use for beginners but it is still a great solution for most people plus they also have different roles within a business so they really help you in segregating different solutions for the kind of business that you're running so you can see they have different categories as well for the industry that you are in to further customize your experience on their platform now next up is a bitrex 24's bittrex 24 is another amazing solution that enables you to manage your leads deals and so much more on their CRM plus you can take a look at their platform and you can see that you can get started for free there is going to be a five gigabyte limit on your data storage but still it is still going to be an amazing platform plus you have other features like testing project sites and store HR and Automation and collaboration so not only are you going to be getting a CRM tool but you will be getting more tools as well so this will enable you to further do other things on this platform as well if you don't want to use multiple platforms uh for your project or for your business then you can just uh push it all together on one simple platform and now next up on our list is zapier.com so zebra.com has won an award for their amazing CRM tool and if you take a look at their product and the different features are available you can take a look at why they are so so loved they are loved because it enables you to do what you want how you want it it's a lot different than standard term tools it allows you a lot more customization so if I was to click on sign up over here and begin my sign up process so I'm just going to click on sign up over here and I'm going to show you guys exactly why they Pier is so popular so I'm just going to continue with my Gmail account you can also continue with Facebook Microsoft or just continue with the email address and then you can see you have a very customized experience on their platform and I would recommend this especially for people that are setting up for a larger business so if you're ever setting up for a larger business then it definitely is going to be a lot more effective with Xavier instead of using other CRM platforms now if we were to take a look at the free features specifically so if I open up the pricing of all of these different platforms so I'm just going to go into HubSpot as well and I'll show you guys the pricing and features of all of these platforms so we're just going to open this up as well so now if you take a look at the pricing of all of these we're going to be comparing the features on the free version only because that is what we're focusing on now if we take a look at the free tools on HubSpot you have contact Management contact website activities companies deals tasks and activities and if we click on see all features you have other features like ticketing forms ad management shared inbox documents can't Snippets email templates Email tracking as well now if we were to compare that to Fresh tests we have content account management built in email and phone support So phone support is not something you get on HubSpot and then you have mobile applications as well then if we were to compare this to Zoho and their free version you can see on Zoho they have listed exactly what their free version will entail for you but if we were to take a look it just has some of the basic features that are available on both of those platforms and then you have Matrix 24 which gives you features like collaborations such as chat HD video calls calendar company workspace feed and knowledge base and if you take a look at their CRM features you have unlimited leads no so you cannot have unlimited leads you will have to limit the amount of leads that you add to their platform which is a huge Con in in bittrex94 which I find to be one of the Annoying features and then in your deals section you can have unlimited deals unlimited contact that's actually find but in terms of leads you cannot add unlimited leads which basically means let's say if you're collecting information via email forms then you're going to be generating leads and eventually either you will have to convert those leads into contacts to keep them in the CRM or just have to remove some and then move half more to have more space in your CRM now after that you also have a product catalogs that you can add plus unlimited catalog items on the free version of bittrex now after that if you compare this to zapier you can create fivesap have a 15 minute update plus single steps apps and transfer information plus you can add 100 tracks per month for free and these are just some of the basic CRM features personally on the free version I find that you're getting the most out of freshworks and HubSpot they're probably the top two picks that I have but the other three are also amazing picks depending on the nature of your work and depending on what thing you will be focusing on you will have to decide ingly I would recommend you check out all of these and then make your decision ing to your personal preference but for a small business starting out that just needs a all-in-one uh go for HubSpot if you want something that is very appealing design wise and has a all-in-one kind of appeal then go for fresh works if you want something that is specific that will enable you customization go first at zoho.com CRM and if you want just something fast easy and efficient then bittrex 24 and zapier are probably good options for you so that was it for today I hope you guys found this video
