hey what is up guys it's Brendan here and today we're going to be taking a look at 10 of the best CRM software for small business this includes both free and paid Solutions so all those will be included in this comprehensive list and before we dive into things I do want to mention of course if you want to check out any of the different CRM software mentioned here in today's video all of those will be linked Down Below in the description box some of which are affiliate links which is a great way to help out and support the channel without further Ado let's go ahead and dive into the list now these are not really in any particular order but I do want to mention of course these are some of the best CRM software that you can use for your business in order to make it in this list so at that number one spot first we have Salesforce now of course it's no surprise that Salesforce is included in this list here because Salesforce really is hands down one of the most popular CRM solutions for small business and managing those customer relationships in addition Salesforce Beyond just being one of the most popular they do also offer a free trial so they don't have a completely free version again there will be some in this list that are do have a completely free version but this one is just a free trial so do bear that in mind now in general Salesforce is definitely one of the most comprehensive customer relationship management softwares out there in terms of a CRM platform as a whole which is why they are really one of the most popular if not the most popular and most comprehensive CMR CRM software for small businesses and really just any size business as well they handle both the small mid large size really all types of businesses Industries along with all their different products that they offer now in terms of Salesforce why they're so popular is just because they have such a comprehensive list of toolkits when it comes to the different products that Salesforce has to offer from within their CRM they also now have some AI tools as well for managing those customer relations ships beyond that they have a wide variety of different Industries they support Beyond just you know Healthcare retail Hospitality manufacturing really the list goes on and on in terms of the different industries that Salesforce supports as well as all the different companies as well that Salesforce offers now in terms of their CRM of course you can manage and track all your different customer relationships another nice thing about Salesforce is their extensive developer toolkit a lot of companies choose to opt and use them because they have such extensive developer tools as well of course you will need maybe some Salesforce developers if you do want to set up some of those more advanced workflows you don't have to if you don't want to in general Salesforce can also just be a really great extensive customer database as well I've seen some companies use them just for as a great big database they don't even necessarily use all the automation tools that it has to offer of course that is really the main selling point of a platform like Salesforce just all that additional extra automation that you can code into things and really just get things custom to exactly how you want it for your specific business needs so yes Salesforce definitely takes that top spot again you can also try them for free as well and get access to the contact management workflow automations the different opportunity management as well so they really are an extensive platform but again they're maybe not necessarily for everybody just because they can be a little bit more expensive uh beyond their free trial so that is something worth keeping in mind again you can't always try them out see if you like it if you think it's worth it for you you can go ahead and use them otherwise you can look elsewhere and that really goes the same for pretty much every different Sierra mentioned in this list here today A lot of them do have at least the free version or a free trial that you can get started with moving in at number two we have Monday so monday.com Monday is primarily a project management based software but they do also offer a complete suite for the Monday sales CRM tool so they do actually offer a complete CRM kit within Monday and I will say Monday it's definitely really nice in terms of teams they're definitely one of the best for Team Management just because they have that backbone of being a project management software and so in addition to that or you know project management task management then within the sales CRM tool you have all of that software and all that development there making it just a lot easier to use in general it's a lot more user friendly than a lot of than some crms depending on which one you're using or whatnot but generally Monday is a pretty good option as well of course you can select it whether you need sales pipelines lead management all the different features here as you can see listed uh in addition to Monday does have a free version as well which is something worth keeping in mind as well which is really nice you can get started with them with a free version again if you need some of the more advanced tools they do have that paid again that really goes the same for a lot of the different tools another nice thing and again because it is a project management software you have a lot of the flexible customizations sort of built into their UI and ux that allows you to tailor the CRM software itself more to your specific business scenes again like you can see here without any development help so that's a nice thing there you don't necessarily need to pay or have developers on staff in order to customize things to how you need it for your business needs and for managing your different sales pipelines so that's a nice thing in terms of managing the different deals and seeing how things go in terms of you know valuations and managing your different sales departments so in general Monday is another great option they do also have a lot of Integrations as well just because they are another very popular project management software that also ties into the CRM side of things for Monday using their the Monday sales CRM so it's another nice benefit there in terms of what you get as you can see here just taking a brief look at the overall dashboard they also offer you know quite a bit of visibility as well into uh the different leads that come in managing your deals so in general Monday can be another great software worth taking a look at and worth giving a shot again they do have a free version which is really nice if we take a look here at the pricing of course all this pricing is accurate as in the making of today's video be sure to check out all these different softwares to get the most realistic and up-to-date pricing I gotta say that disclaimer just because it may be a little bit different from the time you're watching this video of course they do have a free version so you can start free which is really nice and then beyond that they are definitely one of the cheaper platforms uh it's still going to cost you a pretty penny like every CRM software honestly you can at least try them for free uh as well so it is something you know keeping in mind that you can start them for free and they do have different CRM pricing plans not going to dive too much into the different pricing uh plans on all the different software here in today's video of course again that will be updated and changed as time goes on but in general Monday another great platform worth taking a look at in getting started with or giving them a shot right give them a try moving in at number three we have a HubSpot now HubSpot hands down right after Salesforce is probably one of the next most popular CRM platforms just because of their overall Sales Management in terms of managing those emails calls and meetings HubSpot is an absolute standard in most sales organizations or companies that rely on sales people in order to get the job done in order to make those sales and conversions and just run the business overall it is a huge operational toolkit and why mention them here in today's video in addition to that HubSpot also does have a free version it's a little bit more Bare Bones compared to you know what you would typically generally need out of a CRM software if you really need all the other tools that you would want you probably are going to need the more paid version again with the demo that they can offer you so you can you know give them a shot check them out they do have a more strip down basic free CRM version but if you do need the other additional tools like their marketing Hub sales Hub service Hub uh you know all the other factors that you might need they do also have a Content management software which is pretty cool if you do want to build out like a website with them as well which is really nice so HubSpot in general is a very flexible tool in comparison to maybe some of the other CRM tools that are out there they kind of give you more of an all-in-one package they can do the email marketing automations which I know a lot of companies definitely need that and then it ties right into your sales Hub as well so you get that more advanced CRM as well as scheduling the meetings and having the overall analytics you can see how are your inbound marketing campaigns going how are your email marketing campaigns going all that is tracked under One dashboard so you don't have to have things kind of spread out all over the place with different softwares that's one of the benefits and perks to using a platform like HubSpot is you get things a little bit more centralized in terms of what they have to offer so HubSpot another great platform worth checking out worth giving a shot again like I said before all of these tools are mentioned and linked Down Below in the description if you want to feel free check any of them out moving on next in this list we have a pipedrive now pipedrive definitely one of the best for simplicity's sake if you just want things a bit more simple maybe you don't need all the different types of tools that HubSpot has to offer uh pipedrive can be a good version a good CRM software they do have a free version that you can try out so you can try them for free so this is more of a free trial scenario again that's how at least a lot of them are unless you want just a more Bare Bones free version like I mentioned that HubSpot has to offer and a few others have that as well more Bare Bones free version that operates more just like project management software then you can go with that but if you really need the full CRM platform ultimately a lot of those are going to be paid tools it's just something you got to keep in mind it's a business expense at the end of the day now in terms of pipedrive what they have to offer as you can see here you have your deal flow you can track things very similar to honestly a project management software but you have the more CRM Advanced tools like those phone calls scheduling the activities making sure that things are logged and tracked setting up your overall pipelines automating things as well so you have it's just a bit more catered specifically to uh you know segmenting leads all the different features that you would really need out of more of a CRM tool compared to maybe a traditional project management tool you have things a lot more catered to customer relationship management like leads generation seeing who's browsing things all those kind of different campaign factors that you would typically need you have that here within pipedrive as you can see as well they do also have a lot of Integrations they even integrate with HubSpot if you want to maybe do two CRM tools then you can do that as well depending on again maybe what tool you're using out of HubSpot maybe you want to pair it with another CRM platform if you don't necessarily like the CRM aspect of HubSpot you could use pipedrive more just for its pure CRM magic that they have to offer so it's another good platform worth taking a look at is pipedrive again they are really built again like as you can see here designed by sales people for sales people so it's a bit more focused it's a bit more simplistic in nature so again might be better for you it really just depends on your needs moving on next in this list we have act so this is act with an exclamation point this is another CRM software that is available for your marketing automation as well so it's not just CRM it also have Mark marketing automations as well uh so as you can see here they do have a free trial so this one is a free trial currently at 14 days so you do have a free trial that you can get set up with act now in terms of what they offer as you can see here a lot of the similar types of things honestly really that's going to be common across most CRM platforms they're going to have a lot of the same type of features I would highly advise you to check them out especially with a lot of different free trials it leads to play around with them see if you like it if you don't like it then you can always move on to the next one it's what I advise really with most business software in general that I talk about here on the channel a lot of them have free trials it's worth giving that a shot just to make sure that you see whether or not you like something before you stick to it and get married to it it's just something worth keeping in mind in general with act as well they also have the Integrations as you can see here in terms of the overall Integrations that you would need the different sales dashboards so you can see they do also have a sales pipeline tool so you can track things as things go down the pipeline you can set up your marketing automations as well so sorry basically just similar to traditional email marketing automations where you know if if this then that send email do this action you can add different leads to different groups as well so you can group them you know turning those prospective uh clients into customers things like that as well in order to attract customers engage them as well you know making sure you're hitting those phone calls those emails those different marketing touch points or really just sales uh touch points as well uh overall to get those conversions in your business so that is act again another one we're taking a look at moving on next in this list and this is personally one of my favorites is Zoho CRM so Zoho as a company has a ton a ton of different tools really they end up in most of these lists here just because Zoho has so many different software tools and CRM being one of them so Zoho CRM it's another customer relationship management software but beyond that Zoho as a company does have a wide variety of other different toolkits that they offer and they do also have the Zoho one all-in-one Suite which can give you things all combined as well as their CRM plus that's another option again not necessarily recommending either of these but it's just an option that you have available within Zoho if you do want to combine different things when it comes to CRM sales marketing they also have Finance people and culture project management but really the list goes on and on in terms of the different software solutions that Zoho has to offer a lot of them are pretty good so if you do want things a little bit more unified a little bit Under One Roof maybe Zoho as a platform is worth giving a shot even Beyond just right now speaking Beyond just even the Zoho CRM platform they have all those other toolkits like the accounting all those other features that maybe it'd be better for you just to have under one Suite One Umbrella Just to make things a little bit simpler you don't have to patch things together something at least worth considering when looking at Zoho CRM is also just Zoho as a platform overall and as a brand because they do have a lot more even than just their CRM software in terms of what Zoho as a company has to offer now in terms of their CRM they are definitely one of the best especially a lot of companies like them startups like to use them as well uh you know Zoho CRM is definitely one of the best companies especially for small businesses as well just because of a lot of their other tools that they have to offer but beyond that as well they do of course have the different productivity benefits in terms of managing your calls tracking when is maybe a good time to cons contact somebody maybe based on their time zone things like that that could be something worth keeping in mind tracking the different leads how much their the value is there you know just lots of little extra tidbits that you would get out of a CRM of course Zoho has that within the Zoho CRM beyond that as well as you can see here like tracking different bundles or different contacts making sure that everything is logged they do also have you can sign up for free with them at least to try them out for free um you know if you want to test them out play with them they do have two different versions in terms of how you want to manage and customize your CRM Zoho CRM of course you do have the no code version as well as the pro code version so you can set things up with CRM developers if you do want things a little bit more advanced or you could just opt for a more basic solution if you just want things no code so you do have that flexibility there with a platform like Zoho CRM additionally of course you have all the different CRM office Integrations you know within Microsoft 365 Google workspace the the typical Gambit of different software that you would need for running your business so Zoho CRM is another great CRM platform we're taking a look at for your business again they do have a free version so it is a 15-day free trial so it is something worth keeping in mind in terms of a lot of the crms they're going to be free trials very few are really completely free crms but moving in next on this list is click up now click up is actually one of those companies that does have a free forever version that you can use because they are primarily a project management software but they do have the CRM templates that you can work with in terms of visualizing your overall sales pipeline if you just want to keep things a little more simple um overall click up is sort of similar in terms of its Simplicity I would say to Monday just because Monday and click up are both project management softwares that have the CRM toolkits I'll say that Monday is a little bit more specialized in terms of what they have to offer for CRM side of things but click up does also have CRM toolkits that are templates that you can use and it is at least they do have a free version which is nice especially compared to a lot of different software here a lot of the CRM software is just free trials this is actually a free version that they do offer as you can see here you can track your overall clients with the list view a lot of things you would typically expect from like a project management software you get that all built into click up within managing the different customer insights that you'd like to see seeing the pipeline uh tasks and seeing how things are going uh just Revenue remaining as well so you can really get a lot more insights out of a platform like click up as well and it is very user friendly just because it is again is pretty much a project management software built on that heel and then you have the CRM templates and automations that you can work from to build it out and make it even a little bit more custom in terms of what you may want from more of a CRM platform compared to a traditional project management software so as you can see here of course you can simplify things and organize things how you want you can also integrate a bunch of other different tools as well maybe for time tracking or video calls messaging everything else that you may want out of just a traditional maybe even a CRM platform or other just project management tools again you can start with the template like their CRM template and go from there you also have your account management templates hiring candidates invoicing templates customer service templates so you do have a lot of templates within click up which is definitely one of the good selling points in terms of utilizing a platform like click up and it is a more reasonably priced and more affordable option than some of the other more expensive CRM tools maybe if you don't need all the gizmos and extra gadgets moving in next on this list we have fresh sales underneath the brand of fresh work so fresh sales is the sales CRM platform underneath fresh works so fresh sales is really good in terms of their overall lead management software uh as you can see here you really get a lot more detailed information about specific leads and all the different data points that you may want to track on your overall different prospects and really it's built again specifically as a CRM platform within fresh sales really is more of a CRM platform to manage your overall Revenue your sales team and your overall productivity within the different clients I'll say that the client management side of things is a lot more detailed a lot more uh fine-tuned to what a CRM or what you would want out of a CRM with a platform or like fresh sales within fresh works so it is another good platform another good CRM tool worth considering they do also have some Ai and automations as well if you do want to assign leads send emails update different fields so that's another thing worth keeping in mind again within fresh sales and they do have a free trial that you can start with them so it is just a free trial but again because this is more of an advanced CRM tool you're typically going to you know pay a little bit more for something like that you're going to have those free trials versus a free version but again they are a really good platform you know they are recommended by a lot of other software review companies in terms of what they have to offer and their free trial as you can see right now is 21 days which is pretty nice a little longer than maybe some of the other free trials so fresh sales another great CRM worth taking a look at moving in next in this list we have insightly so insightly is really a great project management based CRM again similar maybe to some of the other project management based software such as Monday or click up insightly kind of fits within there but honestly has maybe a little bit more of a CRM flavor to it in terms of the platform because it really is more focused around being a CRM tool they have the sales marketing service and different connected apps if you want to use that they are you know some of the best CRM software as well in terms of managing your customers segments the customer Journeys so you do have very intuitive marketing automations that you would want such as making sure you're getting those emails out making sure you're tracking those those things they do have email templates as well segmentation Journeys depending on if a customer opens an email or doesn't open an email maybe they send them another one something like that elevating your overall customer experience as you can see here you do have a lot of detailed tracking as well as all the typical types of Integrations whether it be you know Finance with platforms like QuickBooks for accounting other types of HR platforms really a lot of the other in even e-commerce as well Shopify a lot of the different other tools and software tools that I mentioned here mention all the time here on this channel I've mentioned all these different softwares on the channel so they do integrate all of those so insightly again something another worth another company worth taking a look at in terms of what you may want out of a CRM platform and last but not least in this list we have zendesk now zendes is more traditionally a help center platform but they do also offer zendesk cell and zendes cell is really great for that customer support angle because they are a help center type company that's really what zendesk primarily specializes in they do also have a modern sales CRM tool that allows you to of course as you can see here maximize productivity maintain pipeline visibility and grow your Revenue everything you would want out of a CRM dual that's what they have here they do have a free trial for zendes sell and I figured I would mention it just because they do have you know one of the best options in terms of customer support because it does integrate directly with the zendesk for service their their service side of things so if you're maybe doing more traditional zendesk help center then you also have zendesk sell more for the sales side of things and doing a CRM so as you can see you have your customer messages things like that it is very user friendly and very intuitive again because they you have that Baseline built off of being a help desk so with zendesk you have that in that help center type of UI and simplicity built into the CRM sales software uh within zendesk so of course you can give them a try as well another great platform as you can see here you can capture the different data based on your leads and your potential clients and as you can see here they are a good platform worth taking a look at and they are a little bit cheaper maybe than some of the other more expensive platforms as well in general as you can see this is their pricing as laid out here definitely one of the cheaper CRM tools that is available on the marketplace worth taking a look at again you can try them for free and view a product tour as well so that rounds out this list here at the 10th spot we have zendes sell so guys yeah that pretty much wraps up this
