hey aaron how you doing i'm good how are you good good so i really appreciate you coming on here and kind of giving your experience so far using recruiting me leadcast uh for everyone watching this is aaron antonopoulos with electronic search and i know you're based out of chicago you've been a member with recruiting me now you and al for quite some time and um thank you so much for your contribution your participation in our membership group you guys always bring value and great insight um so you've been using leadcast now for two to three weeks what has your experience been with it well first tell us what which industry do you work in within recruiting and staffing we work in the wireless and telecom industries and we've been using the lead cast for a couple weeks and i've had a couple leads i've had one actually that i'm expecting a signed contract back today um so i've had you know some good things happen great great and you know since using the tool have you found it to be difficult to navigate through it is it user friendly like you know i don't know how um how good you are with technology but what will be your experience more user-friendly experience um i think it's pretty user friendly um i think you know there's a little bit of training in the beginning that you need to get up to speed on how it works but once you learn how things work within the tool um it's pretty easy to to get it going awesome so one of the things that we developed within leadcast you know i've been recruiting now for 25 years and i wanted to make sure that other recruiters had a way to kind of automate their outreach you know versus coming into work every day and manually sending out 20 inmails or you know having to email 30 people manually so the automation side of it and what it allows you to do at scale can you maybe talk about that sure um i love it um i love being able to set it up and just have it go you know it'll send out all the connection requests you can set up a messaging sequence you can do follow-ups you can send emails as well so i like that you know you can not only send in mails or messages through linkedin but you can do emails and other things as well yeah so i know you've used other tools out there that might be similar um to me what i found in researching developing wecast was most of those tools just integrate with like linkedin sales navigator it's pretty much all you can do with leadcast do you like the way it integrates with navigator the post engagement the events the groups the email um all that stuff has worked out really well for you yeah yeah definitely cool well thank you so much aaron for coming on and kind of sharing your experience in this short time of two to three weeks and i look forward to you getting more results and us coming back on here and giving everyone more of a an update awesome you're welcome all right thank you so much let me uh
