so i want to look at some architects and really examine their marketing because unfortunately a lot of architects have bad marketing let's be honest so just looking at random here first one that comes up nelson architects uh let's read this real quick here architecture and interior consultant 3d enthusiast luxury in every detail so i'm not exactly 100 sure what they do uh if there's just one service or multiple you can have obviously architecture interior consulting 3d enthusiasts i don't know if they have a business side with the 3d or what that really means but they're an architect so here is their site so i click on it i come in here very beautiful you know this very typical architecture sites is if they have work to show they tend to be you know very beautiful we can come over here and see projects i'm sure you have a lot of lovely stuff but there's no real um method here of generating sales so okay we have this beauty so basically the sales method is that these this company is hoping that whoever sees this is just so impressed with the art and they fall in love with it so heavily that they're gonna take the effort to you know investigate for themselves how to actually work with them so they have to come over here and do contact us and if you click on contact us it's a very basic page you know um so you're really leaving all the work up to the client now uh there's a lot of things i would change on the site obviously the imagery is very beautiful but you want messaging that tells the user that leads them on a journey the customer potential customer leads them on a journey towards a sale you want a funnel so what you could do here is when you come into the site you could have of course um you know a standard sales funnel will maybe make these instead of having this um rolling image you could make it into like multiple images on one page and you can actually talk the customer through the details of how uh they can work with the company nelson architects why they should work with the company you know something you know pretty standard as far as sales funnels go with a really nice hook really nice story gets people interested some um discovery or qualification of the customer you know understanding you know who is this for who can afford this who would be interested in these people's services what uh you know that that very short section and then you go into the presentation where you really lay out you know what you can accomplish the benefits and everything and then like a call to action which would be really clear get in touch and me as a potential customer you know just browsing somehow show up on your page um you know i want to see that um there's a very clear next step other than just a very vague contact us so i contact you and what uh you'll get back to me within how much time you know what exactly you're gonna tell me what are we gonna be doing you know i'd much rather hear something really specific like you know contact us for your free initial quote or your free initial consultation or you know to maybe like something more creative like you know hop on a call and we'll help you break down um the creative style of your next project and get you inspired you know something that really gives me gets me interested that i feel like i'm receiving something really high value and some sort of time frame get in touch with us and we'll get back to you within you know one week so you want to boil down and really figure out what's that initial offer you're making and then from there you can step back and lay out your whole funnel so if your initial offer is free discovery caller free consultation then you should have this page focused on you know that lineup now alternatively if you want to show off these images very clearly what you need to do is when you arrive on the page you can have these images and just a really clear call to action and it shouldn't be something vague like contact us it should be like work with us or or you know your free discovery call or take your free you know style assessment or your free interior design assessment or something like that and it's just a big button here that's all you need a big button uh or it can even be you know a small button but something that stands out okay and then when you click on that it shouldn't just lead you immediately to the contact site because you haven't gotten enough interest by the potential customer here so you need instead you need to have that sales funnel like i was talking about so the contact us button which should not just say contact us that button should lead you to a whole sales funnel that can walk you through you know every detail uh from start to finish about what it means to work with you and i'll go over how that sort of funnel should look in another video but those are the main points don't focus on just the beauty you have to lead the customer on a process
