into that I want to talk to you about being a funnel closer you see there's this whole new emerging industry that's out there right now it's just ripe wide open for the taken matter of fact I've already got several clients that are doing $10,000 or more I've got a few that are doing over twenty thousand dollars a month already from going out there and selling sales funnels every business owner in America right now needs a sales funnel if you don't know what a sales funnel is it's simply a website that captures information and turns people's names email addresses and phone numbers over to you as or your sales staff as a lead so that you can follow up with the people you can close them you can email them you can mine the data all of a sudden comes along with building an email list which is one of the most important things that you can do as a business owner these days and that's what sales funnels take care of and so if you'd like to learn how you can sell sales funnels without training see there's this whole new emerging market I know you probably think here he goes with the funnel closer thing you get no but it's something else that I've discovered when I created the funnel closer program I start realizing that it doesn't just work for sales funnels there is a find a need and fill that we have this opportunity I think that salespeople are some of the best net workers on the planet right that's what we do we're connectors we find that somebody's need and fill it right now when I teach loan officers how to get business from real estate agents I teach them how to generate the leads that real estate agents would want so that they can give the agents what they want so the agents can give the loan officers what they need so they've got to go out of their way to generate leads that don't do them any good in order to be able to get business from those real estate agents which is ultimately what they want right and so there's that like I teach like outside of the box ways to connect with well because of that I'm always in facebook groups or people are always hitting me up asking me for one thing or another and I realized that there's a lot of people out there that just need to be connected right there's a lot of people out there that are looking for one thing and a lot of people out there that solve that problem that if you the salesperson if you become a good networker then you can act as a sales broker some people call an affiliate marketing some people call it joint venturing but I just call it being a sales broker like if you know that a person is looking for a car and then you've got the ability to get in touch with the car lot that sells the car to that person don't you think as a salesperson you deserve a commission on that after all you found the lead and you delivered the lead that ended up closing the sale to them don't you think you deserve to get a commission on that well one of the things that you can do on Facebook there's there's a million ways to do this but one of the things you can do on Facebook because you can go into the store the open mark and you see people that are selling stuff in Cincinnati people that are selling stuff in Detroit people that are selling stuff in underpriced areas like underpriced parts of America right now and they're sell their goods for like bottom dollar they might sell an Xbox for a hundred bucks because they need the money right they might sell a car for a thousand bucks that you can bring down to Alabama and get three thousand dollars for and so if you'll just watch that Facebook marketplace man you can be buying and trading and selling and getting your sales commissions on the meantime without ever touching nothing you can pick up like let's say you pick up an Xbox for 100 bucks you turn around you put it on there for 300 bucks cuz you caught somebody who needed to make some moves really quick we just made a cop to two hundred dollar commission from flipping an Xbox some of y'all don't even get paid that much when you bust a mini on a car and so I want you to think about this right there's this wide-open opportunity and most of you are spending your time on Facebook right you're looking on Facebook you're looking on Instagram and your friends are over here going does anybody know this and then that Facebook shows up the little referral thing at the bottom right well you should be able to get paid to get people to referrals and if you're a good networker not only should you be paid affiliate commission for being able to to find that need and send that referral to somebody else that person that you're sending referrals to needs to be sending new referrals as well I've built my entire network through Facebook my entire network and the whole way I've done this is by giving out referrals I go and I find out what you're looking for and make sure that I give it to you and then I ask you for referrals because you might know this person who's a direct source for me I teach surance agents all the time I'm like nobody is gonna apply for insurance on Facebook it's just not going to happen I tell mortgage people all the time nobody is gonna apply for a mortgage on Facebook right now we're just not in that that state to where people are comfortable enough to do that and it's boring people aren't on Facebook to be bored however people will look at houses so let's worry about generating housing leads and we can show up at the agents which will lead you to the loan officers that you can get the insurance policies from right but so because of that I'm gonna make sales all the way across the board and so you should be able to do that too you've got people that are over here one group needin something you've got providers over here you should be able to get paid a commission in between whether it be through roofs whether it be contracts whether it be flippin real estate where they're buying stuff on the open market you need to be looking for people that have a problem right I'm in need of this and then it's real simple most people are so lazy they don't even think to go over and look at Google or hop on Craigslist or go look on Yelp or some of these other sites that sells stuff they don't even think about doing that but if you as a salesperson has a Hustler's the side business all you've got to do is just show up in the other group find what it is that they're for sale make your little Commission on top of it and oftentimes you don't even have to invest your own money you see this is what I love about living in America and really this is what I love about living on planet Earth because this exists and can happen anywhere is if we have unlimited amount of opportunity while some people right now are sitting around bitching about how they can't get ahead they can't make any money there's opportunity like this that if they'll just put the sweat equity in and find the deals and find the need in Philly because that's all we do by definition that sales peoples find a need to fill it well while there's some people bitching that they can't get ahead there's people like me that are looking on how the way how to help folks like you be able to make money through groups in facebook be able to connect people that have a problem with people that have a solution and make a commission in between so listen it's a beautiful thing that we have going on here and if you starve it for money if you're gonna need money for Christmas if you if December November January is a slow time of the year for you then you've got an opportunity to become a sales broker by finding the needs on facebook and filling it and guess what it doesn't just stop it like maybe you ran across a post in the Facebook feed be consciously and intentionally looking inside groups be looking for keywords hashtags and things where you can connect people because I'm telling you there's an unlimited opportunity out there in this new economy and the same old thinking the same old man I can't get aside hustle I don't know what I'm gonna do while you spend your entire day on Facebook you don't even have to change your
