group of people if you're this kind of person this offer is not for you however with a pros and cons list like this you can really very directly connect to the right kind of person and if someone can identify themselves and say yes the points in this Pros list apply to me and I'm not the kind of person that you're describing in this negative list then that's a really powerful connection and they will feel that the product is really made for them much more powerfully than if you try try to appeal to too broad of an audience all at once now as you can tell when I'm scrolling through this page there are a lot of elements on this page and a lot of thought has been put into this template and like our other sales page templates one of the best things about it is that the whole template is giving away some free content in the form of a video and then you can have something like a free report or a mind map or a cheat sheet or a summary of the video content to give away as an op and incentive and this of course is a two-step opin so that people will sign up and you will get those leads in return for the downloadable so with this template you can have a pre-launch sequence build up a lot of Buzz and get a lot of traffic and then link to the sales page which is a high converting sales page where you'll make a lot of sales and turn all those leads into customers now as you can
