what's up y'all it's AJ Sim the cleaning business goat founder of the clean business Network and today I'm going show you how to create a funnel for your cleaning business because Ed nasty and CBN membership group asked me to do [Applause] [Music] it never get a ring Char B now I got a wife got kids on property bubble ey B look like that be watching me Okay I lied about the beans but that was hard though I'm still in that black act but she start though [Music] and so now what I'm going to do is simply when you first log in this is what you see you see your dashboard and all of that right all your leades is pined what we need to do in order to create this funnel though is what we need to do is we need to go down to sites all right now once you get to sites you can see we're already in funnel so if we want to create a website we will click on website but for now we in funnels we're going to go and create a funnel now you could use this funnel right here this is just a little uh template one that we give you so if you want to click on that and see if you want to kind of work from there let's see what we got here this is how it looks so this is just a little templ template funer that we provided you with that you can kind of build off of but I don't want to use that one so we gonna go back and we going to start uh a new one so let's go ahead and go back we going to click new funnel you can either do blank or you can do from templates let's try a template one first and see what they got let's do see if they got any cleaning business ones service business home services that might work flowing Services upsells they got PL I probably should just type in cleaning in the search bar apparently they got more than I expected didn't have so let's go ahead and type in cleaning the pressure cleaning outdoor cleaning service we'll try that so we can kind of build let's see how it looks first so this is like a a overview of how the the page will look I don't like it because it doesn't really look like a funnel it looks like an actual website so I'm not going to use this one I'm gon go ahead and start it from scratch so let's go ahead and do a new funnel from scratch we're gonna give it a name so let's just say what would you like to create a funnel for so you can create a funnels are like so your website is where you will list all your services out about you uh services that you provide all of that type of stuff right phun on the other hand would be like let's just say you want to only go out after particular uh niches of businesses for example you want to only go out of after dentist offices or schools you make a funnel just specifically talking to schools right or maybe you want to make you want to do a campaign where you only target hospitals make a page just for your hospital clients right and so I'll go ahead and make one because actually I'll use this because I'm about to start me a uh I'm going to start do out the contracts myself anyway so let's just say we want to Target uh small office small office funnel so anything 3,000 square F feet and under or maybe 5,000 feet and under so we create create funnel all right next we're going to do is Click add a step and so this will just be home or you can call it Landing or whatever the case may be but that's just the name of the page and then the path is going to be like the sub domain so to speak like for example if you going to a website and you going to clean bus network.com leads the path right here is the leads okay where it says slash lead so anything after that slash so let's just say this funnel was going to lead to your main website which would be clean business Network and then you put slash and then I put small offices so if I got CBN cleaning.com I put CBN cleaning.com small offices all right and then if you wanted to you could steal somebody else's funnel from clickfunnel let's just say you knew somebody that had a funnel already you could copy and paste that website and paste it here and then create the funnel from there but I don't know anyone that I want to copy so I'm going to skip that part all right so now we got that final there we're going to go ahead and create from blank now what I'm going to do is you're going to pick out your width so you want a wide width full wide medium small Etc I'm gonna go with the full wide and then you also want to make sure you're always looking at on the phone view as well because a lot of people look from their phones now when you talk it in commercial they probably gonna be looking for from their computer but typically all other servic especially if you're doing B Toc business to Consumer they gonna definitely be looking for their phone most of the time so make sure you always look at both how both of them are coming out so the first thing I'll probably put is my logo right so let's go ahead and go to elements we're going to go to pictures so put an image in there oh before I can do that I gotta add a row so let's add a row all right so first thing we're going to do is put the logo all right so we got a logo here we're going to go and put go right here to my uploads and then let me type in CBN oh there it is right there perfect now one thing you want to do is make it a a little bit small you don't need it too big so let's just say 200 all right and then what I also want to do is I want to link it so that way if they happen to click the logo it'll take them back to our main website so let's just go to actions go to URL and then I'm going to go to my main website clean B so what is CBN cleaning.com all right copy that paste it there and also you in Def make sure you hit this button right here so open it in a new tab because if you don't click that it's going to open it in the same Tab and they'll leave this page so you you want to keep this page open right here I'm make sure you definitely always saving as you go use this alt alt text for exactly what they say as for SEO so you want to describe it so right here is the clean Biz network logo CB and it's also the CBN cleaning logo all right so any one of those is fine but there just one more way to put uh keywords and describe the picture and then that way'll help you rank as well in Google all right well I'm not gonna publish it I'm just gonna save it for now all right this is your SEO stuff as well so we'll fig that out later all right so now we just gonna keep adding on to this so let's just see what else we want to do actually I need to get an idea of what I wanted to look like so what I'm going to do is I'm going to go to who else let's go to jampro dcom or Janet King or coverall or one of these big franchises and let's just see what their funnels look like so you see right here they got their logo at the top they got all of that now this is a website it's not necessarily A a uh funnel but you notice how they got a lead capture form right here because they definitely want to try to capture leads so what I would do is I kind of use this as a reference so let's just say uh we gonna start off with a picture two in our form so what we'll do next is we'll come over here we'll go to rows and we'll do a two column all right so over here we'll put a picture let's just find a picture that we can use or you can even put a video all right so a video will probably be great especially if it's yourself and not a stock video but if you got a commercial made from Fiverr or something like that you can put that there all right so I'm g go ahead and find a picture let's just see and let's just pretend like this was a real picture not a stock picture of my company right then here what I would do is I will put a form now we didn't create a form yet but I got some standard ones probably made let me see let's go to there you go form all right now we don't have any forms yet so they will ask us to to build a form but I'm not going to do it just yet first we're gonna get the design out the way all right so X that part out well we're gonna put a form there now why first off so when we went here you remember we clicked on sites and they had funnels they had websites well if you keep looking over there was a form section where you can create forms and you definitely want to create a form because that's where you're going to get the person's information and collect the leads and all of that so you can email Market to them later text message Market to them later code call them later Etc all right and so now I also want to add some text on top of that so let's just go ahead and come back over here let's put a headline first we'll put a headline here and say the number one small office cleaning company in Jacksonville right and so you can create you can clone this funnel once you're done and let's just say you want to do this for every city or every state that you're you service in and just change that one word in each one of the funnels all right or you can put in Florida whatever the case may be but that's what I got right there all right so that's gonna be the little um that's gonna be the title of the page right now we're going to go back and we're going to add something else so now I want to add another heading right over here on top of the form that's going to tell them uh click no schedule your free consultation today and then we'll add a subtitle right below that and that's just give them some type of some type of thing where we can speak directly to one of their pain points so something like um don't waste another minute paying cop dollar for four service let us clim your office and make and make your worries disappear or something y' right all right just keep practicing with it keep playing with till you figure it out right actually we can use some inspiration let's see if they got anything highest level cleaning commercial cleaning guarantee right uh clean all right okay B let's look at Jenny King and see what they got going on right and if you know of any big companies in your area you can just look them up so if you always go on Google and if you find somebody got a nice site use them for inspiration and see where you can get some ideas from all right so cool all right now let's go over here so don't waste another minute paying top dollar for poor service let us clean your office and make your job that much easier bam and again the form is going to be under this all right and then they'll have a button on the form where they can submit the form to book the uh consultation and all of that now we're gonna add another section we'll do wide width again always do wide width all right then we're gonna add row so let's just say the next row is going to be uh maybe some testimonials so maybe you got like four testimonials and you want to put them all right here so let's just say you got a screenshot of somebody's uh review on your website so you want to put that one there or you got a video of somebody drag the video put it there and let's just say you got the video post it on your Vimeo or your YouTube or somewhere or you can upload it directly to this uh to our software here all right but let's just say you got it from YouTube so I'm gonna go find a YouTube video and I'm going to paste it there just so it'll show up and we'll assume that that's a a testimonial so let's just say all right so it's going to come over here and just grab random videos and we're going to pretend like those are actual uh all right so now that we're back here on this part right here before we go ahead and create a form to put on our page I want to create another step first just because when somebody submits the form we want them to go to the next step in the funnel so first let's just create the funnel so after they go submit the form then we'll have like a thank you page let's just say thank you page all right we'll put thank you or you can put confirmation either one I will thank you all right so that mean that de side is going to be CBN cleaning.com than you all right create that step now we did say we were going to put a form there but actually instead of a form we could also put a calendar so let's just go ahead we'll start with a form scratch that part all right so let's go ahead and go over to forms and I'm gonna click on Builder I'm going to add a form start from scratch all right and as you can see it starts you off with this little template right here anyway now you can add whatever you want same way you did it with your funnel they got a bunch of stuff over here all right and then I see they got the first name last name I think I would do the full name instead of first and last name and the reason why is because I want to make it appear less um like less work okay so the less things they got to fill out the better so full name email address phone number make both of them mandatory because we want to be able to Market to them for their phone number as well as the email I used to only ask for emails on my stuff but I realize now you definitely want to have a phone number too because not only do you want to be able to text them but hell cold calling it never failed y'all so we want to be able to pick up that phone and simply call all right so now the next thing you want to do is go ahead and save your form so let's just say basic info form or you can call it booking form whatever the case may be consultation form right so let's just say office planing consultation form all right now we got this basic information you might want to add some other things in there like for example uh let's just say so maybe you also might want to add the address to your form maybe they can put the address in there but basically let's just save this for now because I just want to keep it basic so I can show you how to do it all right so I'm go ahead and click save all right now that I saved then you want to click on integrate all right so once you click on integrate you can go ahead and click uh copy actually you don't even have to do this because you can pull the form up from the funnel but I'm G gohe and copy it just in case let's go ahead and go back and then let's go to the funnel again all right so now so I did pick up here after we talked about the form V all right here we go all right so now that we back to our funnel we can go ahead and open it up go to the homepage again and let's just open it up and we're can go ahead and attach our form to it click on that select the form so right here you can see we now do have a form and it populated right in there so that's our actual form and then click save or you can click publish if you're ready to publish it all right and so now that that that landing page is actually done you got your title and your logo you got some quick details about why they should fill out the form and schedu a consultation with you uh and then you got some testimonials down here so I probably would add a little headline on top of the testimonial section here and just say well not there let's move it oh I see why because it's there too many ruls okay bet so what I'll do is I'll delete that and then what I'll do is I'll add a row one column now we can put that headline I was trying to put all right and then I'm just going to move it up one or do it this way no not the orange where's the blue there we go oh there we go all right now you can just say see what others add to say about our service all right and then you can just kind of save that also we can preview this in the phone view again I'm let it finish saving first all right look at the phone view see if this is in the right order that you want and Bam you see nice and simple all right go back to that view and so we're done here now instead of putting a form here another thing that you can do is go ahead and have them book as well so for those of you especially in residential space you might want to put a booking form or even for commercial maybe you want to let them book their walk through directly online so instead of put a form here what you can do is put a calendar here all right so if we go here I'm going to type in Cal so put calendar drag it over and they're going to ask us to pick one so we got a few calendars already saved here so I'm just going to click cleaning service price estimate uh appointment or commercial cleaning bid walkth through appointment all right and I'mma delete that form instead so the form can go and now you see they can actually book so uh that right here so if you wanted to edit this calendar you need to go to calendars and fix it and I'm going show you that how to do that in a minute but this is it y'all so book your appointment below all right or something like that and then obviously I'll probably change this image to make it match all right or we could even we could even all right bam or we could even add a section here so let's just do this one column we GNA make this column go to the top now and then what we can do is we can drag this section here there and then drag this section there as well to make it a little bit more even so that way this and this can kind of match a little bit but again it's up to you you can play with it and see how it how you want to do it make it look but that's pretty much it so we'll save that and now you got a booking form now actually if we click here let's see if they'll let us change the size in a bit nope all right cool all right so we got that save now we're gonna go back all right so remember I told you I would show you about the calendar so let's go ahead to the calendar tab now all right we're going to go to calendar settings and as you can see these are the different calendars that we have available so this one right here is the one that I use so if I want to edit that one I just going to come here and click edit and then if you want you can put a logo on the calendar or anything like that you can see the calendar name is there and then so description meeting with prospects blah la actually let's see I think that that um this actually shows so you want to probably change it so let's just say book your free pricing uh consultation see uh how we can service your business or book a free uh price quote all right notice I put book your free Price estimate consultation with us we always say walk through because that's our terminology but when you talk to the customer you want to use customer terminology all right all right now availability you can change your availability so if you only if you know you only want to do walkthroughs on Monday through Friday 10 to 4: you can change you can make those to hours or you can change it all right the forms and the payment so if you wanted to charge for these you could and you can accept payments by clicking there but this is what'll happen if once they finish the uh the form so what you could do is either a have just send a thank you message right there on that main page or B what you can do is have it redirect so if you redirect it then what you would do is have it go let's see have you what you would do is have it go directly to the next step in the funnel and place it there so I'll give you example all right so what I did was I kept my my first page open right where I was showing you where we can paste the uh Link at but then what I did was I opened up a second tab with my account open right that way I can grab this link to this particular page going to go to the thank you page and then uh let's just say create a blank and then what a way I would do it I would probably have a video up here so just obviously you put a title page first so I'm title on this page so thing thank you for scheduling your consultation with us then we'll add another one let's do a sub adding please watch the quick video below to see what happens next all right now what I would do is I would add another section we can make it wide all right and then we'll go to video and then what if I was you I would just do a a quick speaking video it ain't got to be all pretty but just say hey thank you so much for scheduling your free consultation with us at CBN cleaning uh we look forward to meeting you soon what happens now is we will come out to your facility we're going to take measurements uh the walkthrough shouldn't take more than 15 to 20 minutes of your time depending on the of your building and we're going to ask you just some key questions about why you're looking to switch why you would like for us to come out and those things blah blah blah if you need to reach us ahead of time I'll make changes you can easily give us a call at da d da d da right so just do a quick welcome video I will keep it one minute or less no more than two minutes absolute Max all right so you put that video there again how you do the video is either a you can upload it directly so you can click hosted video and upload it directly here or you can put it on YouTube Vio or whatever the case and then just paste the link there all right so there you go save that so that's is the thank you video and then also thank you for scheduling your consultation with us please watch video da all right bam and then you can go back all right so now that we're back what we're going to do is we're going to open up the page to get the link all right so go ahead and click that and then we'll take this link here all right so now that we click that link you see you got the Page open so we'll copy that paste that link at the top go back to our page where the form was I mean where the calendar was paste that link there so now when they click submit after they book their uh form they'll automatically get that link then also what'll happen is they'll get a email all right so let me go ahead and click save on that all right so now one we're going to redirect them to all right so now that I click save you can see it's going to redirect after they submit to that link right there where we just left uh for the thank you page and then also next we're going to go to Notifications and additional options so what all happen is they'll get an acknowledgement email in that acknowledgement email you're going to say okay who should receive the notification so the contact will receive it and the any additional emails that they input all right alert email address this will be the address that you want to be notified at so put your email address there so I'll put AJ cleb network.com and then allow Google Calendar to send in invitation update to email attendees yes so you would allowed it to uh send them a calendar invitation as well so they can add it to their schedule allowed them to rescheduled a meeting if you want to allow them I definitely would and you can also allow them to cancel it if they want to cancel it all right and then here's just what's going to happen also be there in additional notes so they'll have a reschedule link a cancellation link uh and then phone number and contact all right so that's it you click save on that and then here you just want to connect any of your calendars or anything like that so your Google calendar or your C definitely connect that so you won't double book or anything like that and that's pretty much it so let's go ahead and close this calendar let's go back to our funnel and now we can kind of go ahead and test it so I'm just going to go ahead and open up the funnel all right so now that we on the funnel you can see that the funnel is actually built just a regular two-page simple funnel all right and so now what they can do is they can go ahead and book their appointment below so click on a date they can click a time put in their information here they can just put uh I am looking to get a quote for two times per week right or something like that they're G to confirm that they authorized to receive emails from your company they click schedule meeting and now it goes take them straight to the next step in your funnel which was your thank you page and then they can watch that video of you explain it to them what the next steps will be and all of that now you don't have to uh have this forward to another step in the funnel you really could have just kept it all on this one page here and you could have just had this uh calendar say thank you blah blah blah right on it and you can do that through the calendar like I was showing you earlier but that's pretty much it that's the basic the complete basics of building your funnel now obviously you want to uh make sure that you connect your domain name so if you go to publishing no excuse me not publishing if you go to settings and if you come here you can connect it to one of your domains right here and if you don't have one you click add right here to add a new domain and that's pretty much it I have a video inside of the clean business starter course that shows you how to do
