How to create outlook signature

right okay well we'll we'll crack on with this uh this this little training then um so excuse me yeah as i mentioned though i'll give an overview in a second but it's obviously the good thing about doing this is that we can do it on facebook and you could do exactly the same thing on linkedin so you can just replicate it on linkedin uh again it all stems into to week one as to whether your target market is on linkedin or on facebook but for me they're on both so i have the same thing on both um which is what you could do if they're on both or if you're just on facebook you just do it on facebook um so yeah and i said i'll put that so you can have 5 000 friends on facebook so that's five thousand opportunities well i've missed a note off there and uh yeah it's five thousand opportunities so that's five thousand leads really that you can fit on there um so we've had a few guys come through the program we've just got a completely blank profile they've got like 50 friends or something and we've been saying that that's good because you can just you've got more space for your ideal client rather than filling it up with people that aren't going to be interested in your service um so yeah that's five thousand friends on facebook but then which is linkedin i don't know is there a limit ash on linkedin i don't think yeah so there is i didn't realize this um it's it's thirty thousand is it yes it's a lot um i only i i found that out like about a week ago but then can people still follow you yes yes yeah so 30 000 yeah 30 000 cap um but like truthfully like you can you can disconnect with people yeah i would say like fill that 30 000 up and then and then um if you fill it with your target audience you'll be fine and there and then you can just you can clear it i did a clear of it uh christmas takes a while but yeah no it'll take you years to reach 30 000 even if you rinse the amount you know like the ads thing yeah if you add to your maximum every single day it's gonna take you like three years still to reach 30 000. yeah yeah um and the other thing i don't know what people have asked me before about um accepting uh connection requests and my answer to people when they've asked should you accept all the requests mine i say no i i don't accept them all i only accept the ones that are in my niche really and that are gonna be valuable to me i agree with you on that so um pre yeah i i would say like so i've been getting like a ton of business over linkedin this last maybe four weeks because my niche is coaches consultants and freelancers so i literally just add on a monday i like i rotate through that coach consultant freelancer second connection ad if you are not coach consultant freelancer i won't accept you because exactly when i found out about that oh unless i know you obviously because you guys that know you like and you are consultants so you fall into that thing but like i think you're right there dan um i wouldn't if you the problem is if you stock it up with people who are like just randomers then um then yeah you you're probably gonna you you're wasting that space so i agree with you i think you're right so i don't accept any i don't accept any um connection request from someone who hasn't written a message yeah yeah um and it's often if they've not viewed your profile as well i think then you know that they're just kind of using automation and they're just not really bothered about you they're just trying to build up the connections i also unfriend them i unfollow them and connect with them sorry if they send you a sales message straight away yeah so if they send you a sales message straight away only because of the 30 000 limit like that really is a thing is that to be it's an amazing tool when you can do it but like if there's someone send you like a hi say hi ash i'm a digital marketing guy and here's all my stuff then i just it's not worth it but obviously that's it's up to you yeah and i i even get a lot like like you said digital marketing people trying to sell me digital marketing services digital marketing you can see that in two seconds if you just looked at the profile but absolutely yes that's a sign um right so just uh good luck [Music] so yeah what we'll cover then is what it is the profile funnel and why we use it how to use it and then those are just the um different elements of it really the banner photo which is obviously the top photo which is the one of the first things they see they have a look at your profile picture first or the banner picture so um and the bio how best to format the bio and the feature photo or feature photos so um yeah so let's get into it so what is it then so let's move this so yeah as i say operates from your profile this is always your personal profile as well rather than obviously your business page or on facebook and or linkedin but yeah it is your personal profile um so it attracts your target audience your ideal client uh but it's got to be optimized to to get it right so you've got to have all the things that are going to make it look attractive to your target audience or else it's just not going to work and that's why again i know i keep saying but it goes all everything in this program goes back to week one and just defining and getting specific as to who your ideal client is and their specific pain points and when they're in your funnel or on your profile and they see that there's a lot more likely chance of them uh accepting your friend request if your friend requested them or or or requesting your friendship um and once it's set up we can push traffic to it purely using the personal profile which is which i've already already gone through um so so what so the idea is then the first stage of it is is that obviously with a page a personal page a business page you can't do much with it so you can't interact you can't friend request people um so the key is to make use advantage of it being your personal profile so we'd interact with your target audience so you'd go to where they are which is obviously included in the full the full training and you'd interact with them um you'd comment on their posts and and interact with them um so the point is is that it is best this is why i put comment in that picture there it's best to comment obviously you can like the stuff and interact with it that way you know like the the different reactions but it's better to comment because if you're just interacting as in the uh likes loves and laughter things the only the only person that's going to see that is the the author of the content so if you're commenting there'll be other people see it as well as the person that you you commented on so that's why it's good because it just makes you it just ten times amplifies you your exposure if you commented um because for that reason the other people will see it um so people will see your name on there and if you again it's it's commented i know ash has mentioned this this is what ash does every day and this is what it's good to do every day it's just a comment on and but not just comment just stupid like great post or thanks for sharing it's meaningful stuff that's actually when you're actually looking at the content consuming the content and actually making an actual well thought about comment about the content um and then it just makes it more more appealing to people and when people other people see that they might agree with that or they might think oh that's an interesting post and then they'll check out your your profile they'll look at your name and they'll click through to it and check out what what you're all about so yeah the key is then is obviously that they will hopefully see value in your profile because you've got it optimized like i said that you've got it set up to their specific pain points and their desires and things so if it is then they'll see value in that and they'll interact with your content check out what you're doing go to your website which is the next stage or just check out what you're all about if you've got links on there again if you optimize it properly you'll have links to your website or later on in the training obviously the funnel is going to be part of it that's going to be linked into your profile so you're going to see that there if you haven't then just your website um and then we can also introduce ourselves as well if they've connected with us if we've ever connected with them by requesting their friendship or if they've requested ours we can introduce ourselves through messenger obviously you can't do that with a a business page you can't message people people can message you but you can't you can message them back but they've got to message you first on a business page with a personal profile obviously you can you don't have to you're not restricted in that sense you can you can message them and introduce yourself and say that i help people like if debbie your example i help vets first time by vets for example um and you're not pitching this is the key you don't want to pitch an actual sales pitch and say you're just introducing yourself and saying what you do just to make that connection there uh and then yeah obviously the the end game is for them to be a customer but um we're not pushing straight away to get them as a client straight away we're just building a relationship and making them aware of what we do and making them aware of our existence really because then at least the arena are our ether they're not just completely out of the equation at least they know about what you do and they know who you are so let's go to the next slide so this is uh this is going in the way so why so yeah i've probably just gone through this so highly targeted source of traffic so we're only commenting and we're only leaving our our kind of mark on people that are on our niche that we can we can help and the point of doing that is there's obviously one fault that you see the person that we're commenting on is with their niche but also obviously they're going to have a lot of friends on their profile that are in the same niche so they're going to see you comp you your comments and check you out as well so it's targeted in that sense um far more options than a business page the business pages like say with business pages uh you're restricted uh by what you can do with it you can't comment well you can comment in groups and things now through your personal free business page but people yeah it's just there's just a lot more you can do with a business page you can't comment on other people's posts on their uh personal profiles for a business business page you can only do that with a personal page uh it's a great place to to warm up leads as well so obviously connecting with them is one part to it but you'd also be posting content out on your page on your profile should i say which is a value t target audience and yeah it's just there's a lot more likely chance of it getting seen on your personal page as well than a business page because um i'm sure you've probably realized by now the business pages on facebook are just getting worse and worse in terms of the organic reach uh it's just getting less and less but that's not the case with the personal profiles and yeah you're leaving thousands of pounds on the table if you're not doing it and i say it takes literally an hour or an hour and a half max to get this set up and yeah and the upshot is is that you you're gonna get some some targeted traffic um you're gonna make people aware of what you do so um so yeah as i say so the comments then so how we do it is is that we draw traffic to us uh by commenting on our target audience um so as i've said that i've already gone through that release it's not only the author of the the content that you're commenting on but it's also their friends and connections that will see that and hopefully they're all gonna be well a lot of them are gonna be in the same niche as you because you'll have a lot of friends on the profile that are in the same niche and yeah the traffic will not only come from the comments you leave but it'll also come from the content that you post out on you you your page um but only if it's relevant and engaging so it's got to be say relevant to your target audience because if it's not obviously your target audience is not going to find it appealing at all they're then so this is one of the first things they're gonna they're gonna see so it needs to appeal to them again this is all about appealing to to your niche and and so this is what i keep saying about the more narrow you can get more specific you can get and if we can find out what their main pain point is and when we put that out in our message it's just going to resonate and it's going to attract a hell of a lot more than what it would if it's less specific and less less and more general so as you can see obviously this is an example of mine my my niche is financial services obviously and for me from the research that i've done the main pain point is the fact that people struggle to get a decent reliable qualified stream of of of leads so that's the main pain point so that's that's the main sort of title that you want to include in your in your header and so that's the main pain point as it says uh down below and the subheading then so this is how we solve the problem so i've put this is obviously to attract people to my funnel so if you've not got a funnel yet obviously you can still put um how you help your clients out what you do for them what their what what their desire is basically and so that would be in the sub heading and then either the website or you or if you've got a funnel then your funnel url would go in the uh in the line below but only if it's something that's like that that's kind of clean and it's not it needs to be not loads of slashes and because obviously that's not a link that can't press that and go to it they need to type that in manually so it needs to be clean the url uh profile pic then so again this is the profile picture and the the header banner are the two main elements that they're going to see first so this is these two things have got to be they've got to be right so it's it's got to be a close-up so it can't be too far away people it's like when you meet somebody really you just want to have what someone would see when you meet someone so the head the shoulders the face you want eyes eye contact um something that's warm and welcoming some of them that people are going to connect with you um that's it's the first thing or one of the first things it's even that or the the top profile picture but and they're going to make a judgment of you in the first couple of seconds of seeing that that picture because see they're going to look at your profile profile picture either way they're not just going to look at your banner picture they might look at you you buy a picture first but they're always going to look at look at you and yeah they're going to make a judgment of you for in the first couple of seconds um so it needs to be a represent representation of of you and who you are and if your target market is is is corporate then obviously yeah look corporate where smart corporate clothes but otherwise um i think it's best just to look approachable to your to target audience whoever they are and it doesn't need to be a professional photograph either there's apps that you can use now to make them look decent like mine's not it's mine's got a filter on it so it does look like it is a professional one but it's not it's just done on a phone cause phones are pretty good these days so you can get a decent picture just on a on a mobile so the bio then so you've got 101 characters in the bio again it all comes down to the pains and the the outcome or desire review of your target market um so you want to point them out obviously we've done the the um the statements your personal brand is statements and in the training so so it wants to be that or or include a link to your cta whatever it is which is a call to action so if it's trying to if we if we've got the funnel that's going to be the main when you've got the funnel going that's the main cta to get people to take your free training um or it could be a group if you've got a group on facebook which again is part of the training which would um which would suggest that you settle so it could be a link to that or if you've got a calendar as well which um before you've got the funnel or the group you can link people to your calendar to prompt them to to book an appointment with you and so the featured photo then this is the bit below um below that bit basically as you scroll down so i've got a few in mine i just used testimonials and and videos that i've done like that was my like get to know me video and then i've done one about link linkedin up there and one about um video content so if you've not got any of those yet obviously if you have i'd suggest using them if you've not then you could just have one central image because if you just have one image on there it just takes up the whole kind of block so i've got what's uh nine on there you could just use one and it'll take up the whole space and you can just say if you've got the the funnel you could just put in that one picture uh click here to access my free training and then like just put an arrow up and it'll point upwards to your links that are just below here um so yeah just to like i said just to focus you your um people's attention on on whatever whatever it is your main cta which um would be you your vsl um funnel once you've got that up up and running um and then you'd like to say it'd be linked above um so yeah that's pretty much it but the other thing to mention is that always optimize it for mobile so because nine percent of your traffic will come from that so the thing is but it can be a bit fiddly because you do it on your desktop if you do it on the desktop straight away you can't really see it on there but i had to mess around with that it's still not in fully but you have to play around with it just to make sure it's it all fits in on the mobile side of things because um yeah if it doesn't you're going to lose a lot because it looks it can look perfect on your um on your laptop but then when you check your mobile it's all out of syncs there's different proportions on it and yeah 90 of you um 90 of your traffic is gonna come from uh the mobile side of things so it's uh yeah it's it's important that you get that that bit right and make it look all in sync on your mobile um but yeah so that's pretty much what we've called then so we've covered the what of what it's all about uh the why we use it the the how we use it the banner photo on the profile pics which i could say they're probably the most important aspect to extend the first thing that people are going to see and we've done the bio and the feature photo um but uh yeah it's i think i say once we've got to the point of having you your niche sorted then it's pretty much gonna be easier to do it well it's pretty essential that you can get that bit sorted but um yeah that's that's pretty much it and hopefully you'll be able to uh to take something from that and and get it done i would just like to add to that mate and for your thing it's funny because today you said about the optimizing for mobile yeah i mean it's funny because um i'm currently rebuilding my website and stuff like that and that has been one of the main things is so important it's interesting you said about the 90s i didn't know that but that's it's one of the main points is i'm redoing my website for that exact reason is that traffic is all mobile and my website look really lovely on a computer because you build it yeah and it's the same with your socials and i think that's really i think that's super super important people to a lot of people to understand and because i haven't really thought about it until recently so so that's that's a massive point to raise yeah and i think it's only going to continue in that trend as well isn't it it's not going to um desktops aren't really going to kind of catch up with them in any way it's only going to going to continue in that in that trend the other thing to add as well your photos um which i liked was you talk about like um making you don't need a professional photo so i've never paid for professional photos ever no um obviously i know lots of photographers who do and it's brilliant if you have the budget too um but you can use a great app that's completely free on your on your computer that will remove your background so if you want like a professional photo behind like a white background black background pink red whatever your brand color is it's super easy if it's like a free it's a free website that will do it for you so as long as you take a good photo behind like a wall that say for example is a blue or a green that's a better color but like a flat color you can have a really professional looking photo yeah yeah um cam you can actually do it on camera now you know you can do on camera pro can't use if you don't have the upgraded one then you can't do it that's any issues all right yeah you obviously have your big money man you know i can't afford now take it i'll throw that that link in there now for you guys i'm trying to find it now so many things and i use um an app called um snapseed out of that it's um it's good for it i think it's made by google but it'll put like professional looking filters over it like to make it look like it's been taken on a dsr or something i've used uh snapseed before it's really good have yeah i've not used it no but there you go that's the link that i use it for i i have one that i use for like this is a like a free one then if you want really high quality like high quality um high file size images then you have to pay but for like anything just like an image on your phone so like dan's image there like you could quite easily just remove the background on that like that so it's definitely um there you go guys it's then in the chat
