dollars on software every month and today i'm gonna take you inside of fg funnels and show you just how complete and comprehensive this marketing automation tool is and why you really don't need anything else to run your business all right we are inside of my fg funnels account i am using this in my coaching business but you can use this in any type of online business what you're looking at here is the dashboard and i want to go through five key features that any online software needs to do to help you run your business so the first is what we call a crm a crm stands for customer relationship manager this allows you to find any of your customers so when your customers come into your business for any reason you can have all of their information in one spot so you can see here i i went and i looked up myself this is all my contact information you can see if there are any offers that i purchased if there are any active campaigns that i'm in any past campaigns that i went through and any opportunities for future sales now in the general info you'll see all the typical things like address and phone number website time zone but the additional info allows you to see any custom question you want to ask so any form or any survey all of those questions will come in and you can see all of that information right here in the middle is where you can see the conversation so any emails that we send out come in here and any emails that get sent back out are done here now you can see right here that i can add attachments i can use a template i can even request payment right through here in the crm over here you'll see the activity what page this particular person went through any tasks that are assigned any completed tasks that are signed any notes from a previous appointments and then any appointments that are currently scheduled and of course here you can add any new appointment any new note task etc you can also text that person from here you can see you know what other tags they're a part of and so that is feature number one feature number one is understanding how to gather all of your information about your customers one place so that is crm now the second functionality is the calendar functionality the calendar functionality integrates seamlessly with your google calendar or your outlook and allows you to book appointments so no more back and forth what time is good for you you can have unlimited calendars you can have team calendars so if you have multiple people that are answering phones or running any sort of like sales customer service so that's the second functionality and i will say that for a crm they're basically software like contactually hubspot salesforce some of these are thousands of dollars a month even the smaller ones are you know 20 30 bucks a month then with the calendar you're looking at something like acuity or calendly again you're paying per month so this software is replacing two of those core tools that you need as an online business owner now the third tool that you need in your software is what we call a funnel builder or a website builder and this does both you can see that this builds funnels it builds websites it builds membership areas which is actually going to be the fourth key feature it does forms it does surveys and it even does those little chat widgets that you see at the bottom of websites where people can reach out to you fg funnels has probably the most ambitious funnel builder that there is this can build sales pages webinars order forms squeeze pages summit funnels like anything you can possibly think of so i'm gonna go ahead and actually go into the funnel builder here so you can see how robust it is it is all drag and drop there's no code needed and anytime you click on an element there will be this menu bar that pops up things like you know alignment and the mobile size versus the desktop and the colors and stuff like that one thing that's really cool that i want to show you is that fg funnels has what's called global styling so let's say that you wanted to change your button to blue now in most funnel building software you would have to go and find every single black button and change it to blue this is just one of the ways in which fg funnels is so superior to all the other software out there so i'm going to go over here i'm going to change this color and i'm going to say you know what i really want this to be blue so i'm going to change it to blue like so and i'm going to hit add color so what you'll see here is that when you change the button to blue it actually has gone and changed all the buttons to blue and this is global colors and one of many things that fg funnels does differently than any other software out there you will also see that there is a mobile optimization so you can see what it's going to look like on mobile and on desktop this is just one of the many many features of the funnel builder and like i said before you can also build surveys forms and websites as well so if you have a survey like here i have an assessment survey that i want to offer the new clients when they come in i can go ahead and these actually even have conditional logic so you can see how having your website and your funnel builder tied in with your crm makes all of this so flawless okay so feature number four that your online business tool needs to have is membership now for a lot of people they think of something like kajabi this functions just like kajabi you can make unlimited amounts of courses in here by choosing the products tab and you can create anything you want you can make it as long or short as you want you can upload videos you can embed videos you can add files you can publish it or have it set to draft and this is going to replace kajabi which costs i think 197 dollars a month and then if you add like a cartridge or click funnels or some sort of website or funnel builder you can see how quickly your dollars are adding up and if you are a bootstrapping business owner it does not make any sense to have all of these different tools and all of these different monthly bills when you can have them all integrated number five is incredibly important and it is messaging what that means is that you can email your people now i showed you here that we do have a conversations tab where you can email people it also does texting as well and not only does it do texting but it can do invoices by text or it can do emails and that's for individuals but if you want to you can do full email marketing you can create templates and you can send out newsletter blasts right you can see this is the template right here so you can do that and the biggest part about this software about fg funnels is that it has the sixth thing in here which is what a lot of softwares don't have which is all the automations the way that all of these five tools talk to each other so your crm talks to your calendar which talks to your forms and your website which talks to your membership which talks to your messaging and all together we get automation so i'm going to take you inside automations this is the most powerful part of the software and you will see that you can have unlimited automation so here is an example i'm just going to find here this is an example of a workflow that happens when someone opts in to my funnel so i have a funnel with an application on it and you can see that it gets triggered when someone fills out that application it removes some of the tags and workflows that they're in it assigns it to whoever the user is here which in this case is me it's going to add a new tag so i understand okay they've applied for my mastermind it's going to place them in a pipeline and a pipeline is going to show me all the people that are currently incoming and sort of a visual trello-esque look at where they're at then it's going to send an email it's going to send an email saying that we're we received your application it's also going to text us and email us and tell us that someone has applied and it's going to add a task that says hey you have a new application to review that is just one workflow now you can see it in operations when you go over here to opportunities you can see this is that trello board pipeline that i was talking about where i can see that someone just applied it means that the opt-in was completed the application was completed and i can actually go onto the dashboard right now and i can look at any of the pending tasks you can see here that all of these tasks are pending for the people who are in the pipeline for alex who's my customer support person so i know for a fact that he's already looked at that one and that one and that one so i'm gonna go ahead and check those off and if i went over to that actual contact like if i actually went and found them i would find in the task that the task had been completed okay so this is not the same same person but so you can see how amazing these automations are to connect in fact we have something here about birthdays so once they're a member and it is their birthday we send them we look and we see okay it's their birthday today we're gonna send them a happy birthday announcement so this automations feature is really sort of this is the rocket fuel in this tool so again you have automation inside of something like active campaign but again is active campaign talking to your funnel builder which is talking to your calendar and your membership a lot of software you in order to do that you need an yet another tool like zapier so you can save so much money by taking these what are six key features and putting them all together now fg funnels is 119 a month for everything a completely fully loaded unlimited account and not only that there is a yearly price for 9.97 which drops it down to 83 dollars a month and in a lot of cases you can't even get one of these six tools
