what's up guys welcome to the IG growth funnel training I'm going to be showing you exactly how I took my business from zero dollars seven months ago to hitting our first hundred and thirty thousand got introduced to coaching I was working for a company that certified coaches that made over 60 million dollars per year after being the social media manager for some time I realized that I wanted to start my own business and being mentored by the owner of that company she encouraged me to start so then I started my marketing company for other online life coaches I did this for a few years and then realized I didn't really like doing all the work for people and the Lord told me to lay down my business so I took a break and then I got a job as a sales rep this job is where I got really really good at high ticket sales not only have I been in the coaching space for some time now but I'm also married to my beautiful wife Sarah and have a baby boy on the way he'll actually be here in like seven weeks so depending on when you're watching this he might already be here so I'm about to give you what you came for the Instagram growth funnel let's dive in before the Instagram growth funnel I was making all of my sales organically posting content in Facebook groups cold dming prospects emailing uninterested leads posting reels and tick tocks hoping to go viral and if I'm honest I just wanted to quit however after the IG growth funnel not only have I gained a ton of followers online but I'm consistently making high ticket sales every single day getting clients incredible results scaling predictably month over month never is myself or my team members cold dming or emailing ever and I'm serving an audience of over 30 000 people but how did I do this well let's go back in time I told you guys that I took a job as a sales rep this is where I got good at sales but in June of 2022 Kingdom coach started this is when the lord gave me a vision for Kingdom coach where our vision is to help 3 000 online Christian coaches start or scale their online business to ten thousand dollars a month plus the first month we made thirty thousand dollars and what I did with that money is different than what most people do I took that money and I put it into the IG growth funnel now I'll be honest I didn't start out with a bunch of followers or consistent content flow anything like that the video here that I'm about to circle is literally the first video that I've ever posted on social media and that's the first video I ran as an ad I don't want you to compare yourself to me now who has 27 000 followers post every single day and makes this amount of money on my Instagram I did not start there so if you're not where I'm at now it's totally okay this will still work great for you month one of the Instagram gross funnel I spent thirteen hundred dollars on ads and we made thirty thousand month two I spent 7 800 and we collected 50 000 bucks and it's been going up and up ever since except I'll be honest in December we got shiny object syndrome and we tried Instagram shout outs and I'll be completely honest with you they sucked so then I went right back to spending money on what I knew worked we did a hundred and ten thousand dollars in January we spent more in February we did a hundred and thirty thousand dollars and this month here in March we should do two hundred thousand dollars cash from the IG growth funnel so what is the IG growth funnel all it is is turning attention into prospects people who have the problem that you solve seeing a lead magnet on the internet and then they admit to you that they need your help this is where most of you are stuck well you're probably stuck in a few different places but most of you don't don't have an audience you don't have enough people seeing your content and then you also don't know how to create good lead magnets so then no one ever converts to admitting that they have the problem and I can boil down every single person watching this video into five categories you have one of these five problems some of you probably have all five you have a mindset issue that's holding you back maybe you don't know who your target market is maybe you're under charging charging too much no one's buying no one's paying in full too many split pays maybe your messaging sucks so you're attracting you know the wrong people or you're not spending any money on ads so you're doing an organic marketing flywheel that takes so much of your time and you're not making any sales because of it or maybe you're doing well maybe you're doing 20 to 30k per month and now team is your bottleneck and you don't know who to hire how to hire them the right order so that you can scale your business to where you know start to Prospect and convert these prospects into booked calls so I want to break down the difference between the funnel that I'm talking about and the funnel that most of you guys are used to most of you guys are probably used to click funnels or vsls or webinars and those are totally okay that's actually what this is right now but I want to show you how the IG growth funnel is so much cheaper and so much better so essentially with the old style funnel will run ads to free training I'll trade your email for the training and then I have to hope and pray that you actually watch the training get value out of it and then possibly book a call and the only thing that I'm left with is your email address that you probably never check the phone number that you probably lied about and never to hear from you again not only that to get an email it usually costs between 15 and 30 dollars per lead if you haven't noticed that's extremely expensive especially when the leads don't book calls now I want to show you the new funnel we specifically run ads to your Instagram profile and then what we're going to do is we're going to build you an audience of brand new followers that usually cost between two and four dollars per follower if you can't tell that's a lot cheaper than 15 to 30. not only that as soon as they follow you they're going to be messaging you asking you for advice because
