For all business especially, working remotely and all the digital platforms this is the answer on your waiting game for unsigned, unread important documents! my name is Mike Kon I'm the CEO and co-founder of AR funnel and today I'm going to cut through all the BS I'm going to show you exactly how to set up a funnel for any type of coaching business whether it be Lifestyle Fitness business agency it doesn't matter they all run the same Frameworks and I'm going to show you what business coaches that don't understand funnels teach and then I'm going to show you what business coaches that truly have a successful business that are really implementing strategies for their clients getting them to understand the why not just the what's so what we do is set up a funnel like this right it's very complex on the outside but we're going to dive through step by step through this date understand the why not just the what right so great example if you're inside the fitness industry you know it's not about eating chicken it's about eating protein right it's not about getting views on your ads it's about Gathering data right we need to understand the next step of the sales process and most of the time whether it be because you're new or your business coach doesn't understand funnels often times they teach you this style or maybe this is what you're currently doing on your own and so basically what this is is link trees DMS and applications right it's the most basic format for building your coaching business and either we have social media posting and either go to DMS or to go to a Linkin bio and when we go to a DM we do a manual two-way conversation inside the DM right the whole point trying to get them to book a application or book a sales call directly right but typically we go application first right or you get your Linkin bio that's to application and then you do conversation after the application then you're trying to get them to book a calendar or sales call with you or you go straight from application thank you so much here's your calendar and you book it right and then you're going to manual conversate with that individual again and you're going to take your sales call and either you're going to close them or they're not going to close and they're going to book a second call with you right same thing calendar 2way text message or email back and forth and then second call hopefully they purchase again if not they exit out or they do not purchase we're going to to start conversation again and follow up manually try to get them to book on the calendar again send them over the link and then get on that sales call and hopefully they purchase and then we're going to manually check in with that client every single week of some degree or maybe you have a platform that helps you like trainerize depending on your Niche right this is the traditional method but one thing that I like to teach coaches is that link trees DMS and applications primarily link trees and applications are for people that are ready to apply or buy right let me give you a statistic here the average website converts at only 3% right check this out so I'll come back to that in a second show you how it works so essentially the problem is that it only converts 3% that's three out of 100 people right so I started in the e-commerce world I was a co-founder of Ry supplements I was a co-founder of coffee over cardio and I sold coffee over cardio in 2023 did roughly 10 million in sales and the website had an average conversion rate of 3% that means 97% of my traffic came to the website did not purchase but think about this every successful business has a popup on their website in exchange they want your name number and email and they're going to give you something a value free ebook 10% off 15% free shipping something in change right that's because they know roughly 33% of people are going to fill out that form and hopefully they can mark it to you at a later date which is where then you get pumped into a serum and software where you're going to receive text messages and emails right you understand you've been inside that that atmosphere and you've been inside other companies funnels but when you take this approach there is no funnel right you're just going after those 3% and then you have to man ually follow up with those people which is not really a scalable business so when we take this approach of understanding hey why don't I do what the big businesses do oftentimes it's because we just don't know how right but if I showed you how to do which I'm going to do today it's going to make a lot of sense you're going to get a lot of aha moments and you're going to realize this is what I need to scale my business this is how I'm going to grow my company so what we want to do is send people to a group of some degree or a free lead magnet and start building personal connections I have an angel saying I like to use is conversations over applications this is going to allow you to speak to way more people you cast a broader net you get more warm leads so that you can then turn them into hot leads right and so now come back to this page here you're going to see that if you're wondering yeah but I don't have a lot of followers well that doesn't matter it doesn't matter in the foundation because how many clients are you trying to get here's another question you ask yourself could you handle a 100 leads today probably not but did you know that you're just one video away from getting a lot of leads now you're not one video away from getting a lot of leads if this is your strategy because people aren't ready to apply or buy because because your video just went viral or just got 10,000 views or whatever it may be and they need to learn about you so we need to build the conversation up before we do the application right so whether this client here had 2,000 followers $166,000 collected 121 days the reason being is they had 78 warm leads come into their pipeline that's not 78 applications but because they're able to start conversation they were able to close 52% of those leads that they come in giving them $116,000 1,200 followers 120 leads 60% conversion rate $9,600 collected running more of a challenge model 33,000 Instagram followers 95 leads in 93 days 24% conversion rate more of a higher ticket $21,000 collected 58,000 followers 785 leads inside the business the 39% conversion rate $67,000 collected in just 5 months if you have more than 58,000 followers and if you do not have a system in place yet then I suggest you really get to it because you are missing tens of thousands of dollars on the on the table and hopefully at that point you have done so and if not I encourage everybody to continue to watch this video where I'm going to show you exactly how you can do do it okay so what we need to know here is this 3% of people are going to DM you application or click a purchase link and buy from you I would also throw in book a call with you directly right it's the hardest most risk call to action that you can ask somebody to do but we need to understand when it comes to marketing that only 3% are ready to buy right we've already talked about we've proven that so what we need to understand is 60% of people are not aware that they have a problem so we create content to make them problem aware then 20% of people become aware of the problem 177% of people are aware they have the problem and they're starting to gather information well think about it like this when we say gather information right they're wanting to learn they start downloading ebooks you started watching this video you were intrigued you're starting to know that hey I have a problem I want to learn more about how I can fix it how I can grow how I can lose weight how I can start a YouTube channel you start gathering information and so you yourself are going to probably be in this 17% category which is why you haven't booked a call yet with another agency or you haven't booked a call yet with another business coach or you haven't booked a call to help lose that weight because maybe you're just gathering information so stop trying to go after those that are just ready to buy and start cultivating an audience that allows you to grow the business in a real way think about it how many ads have you run across to where they wanted your name number and email in exchange for the free training they know that you're not ready to purchase so I'm telling you steal the same Concepts that people that you buy things from do because you can do it I'm going to show you how so layman's terms here step by step what we want to do is do a link in BIO we want to have a form we want that form to go into automations where you can start manually text messaging or automatically text messaging those people and I'll walk you through what that kind of looks like now the link in BIO you'll notice is not a stand store all right we use AR Link at AR funnel.io and what this allows you to do is have people join an ebook or a free training a free mini course a free group something of value in exchange for data okay and this is kind of what it looks like okay and I'm going to get into the Weeds on exactly how you can set it up so if you want to drive 10 more time 10 times more conversation in the next 90 days then this is what you need to do so we make an AR link the new Link in BIO when somebody joins a Facebook group or another lead magnet they're going to fill out that form low friction zero cells pitch this person gave you the information they are now a warm lead again stop going after hot leads start going after warm leads and you'll end up getting more hot leads think about it like this too how many people fill out an application in your current website in your current funnel that you have that you didn't talk to before like did you talk to them prior is that a large percentage of the people that you end up getting on the phone with you had a conversation with them then why don't we focus on having more conversations right so then what's happens is when they fill out that form we're going to send them an automated text message to the warm lead with custom messaging on why they joined that Facebook group or why they entered into that lead magnet and then that warm lead's going to respond it's going to trigger the system to remove them out of automations and then you're going to inquire about why the warm Le join joined the group or got the free lead magnet and you're going to try to appointment set and put them into the calendar system and then the calendar system is going to send automated emails and text messages leading up to the call to help damat dramatically reduce no shows because one thing we need to know is that 80% of the people that are going to buy from you need between five and 12 points of contact and the average person that purchases from you needs to to consume 7 hours of content now if we go back and look at here is this person getting five to 12 points of contact before purchase probably not are they receiving seven hours of content no I mean how many reals would you have to watch right so we want to and then consume content and we want to make connection before we get on the sales call that's super important to have a higher conversion rate of every single phone call that you have and then you get on the phone and then you sell that client and convert them to a client okay so like look at it like this what sounds better to your lead joining a free community or getting a free training or sharing every insecurity inside an application and getting sold to well surely this is what they're going to want to do more right which is why you can have a Facebook group of 300 people but only get 30 applications would you rather speak to 300 people via text message or hope and pray that people fill out applications for you to work with it starts to make sense I hoping this is an aha moment for you okay again it's all about the rate of people that you can get in even when you don't have that many followers okay it's not hard to do and we're going to walk through it okay so this is what you want to do this is what you want to stop doing okay now does this work absolutely the more followers you have the better this works but if we want to optimize and make the most money that you can possibly make this isn't the route to go okay so let's dive in so we talked about this right it's dmss link and bio to application and everything is done manually you can probably set up mini chat in this as well to help some of this try to automate it but still at the same time we're not actually Gathering the data that we need to build your database so that you can actually build a business right we had a hiccup the other day that Instagram went down did you Panic is it because you don't have a business unless Instagram is active but if you had emails and telephone numbers of 2,000 people would you have a business then yes right as I'm filming this Tik Tok is potentially going to get banned in the United States does that hurt you if it does is it because you don't have the data to sell to those individuals if you lost your account if so you don't have a business because you're relying on someone else so you need to own everything that you do okay and that's the difference between being able to weather any storm and building a business that is sustainable so let's dive in here so things we need to know okay so anything purple is going to be social media or it's a post or of a live of some degree on social media okay tan is going to be our Linkin bios okay these are going to be forms inside that link right and we have multiple ones that we can have you can do Evergreen and seasonal and I'll get into that anything you see orange is all automated you got to have automations in your business if you want to scale I've just seen it too many times where people try to manually do things and we just don't have time to manually do it you're human you're going to drop the ball and this just makes it so much easier speed to lead is the name of the game pink is going to be manual conversations okay baby blue is going to be an application you can see that's just one little piece of what we do okay we use it in two different types of funnels calendar system so these are going to be your calendars with some my books a call we're going to do a sales call which is the light green and then purchased is going to be the dark green okay and then for checkins uh I don't have a color for the check-ins but the loop itself is going to be here and this light purple is going to be a checkin form okay so Mike checking for what do you mean I thought we were talking about acquisition so a good system is going to be able to carry that lead from you make we're going to dive in step by step funnel by funnel and I want you to understand the differences between a tactic and a strategy okay so telling somebody to F an application is a tactic telling somebody to DM you is a tactic if those dried up for you it's because you don't have an overall strategy and if those used to work because that tactic worked and it no long longer works then you need to do more tactics for example how many black Fridays have Black Friday sales have you seen from people where it's the same sale every single month or the same Black Friday sale the same Fourth of July sale you don't they're constantly doing a different type of tactic it's a buy one get one it's a buy two get one it's a 25% off sitewide it spend 50 bucks to get a free t-shirt right different tactics to attract different type of buyers because they're not just trying to go after the 3% right they're trying to go after 97% and hopefully different Tactics get in different buyers all right so what you've been waiting for let's do it all right so we're going to start off with the application process because that's where most people do inside their coaching business and so we're going to straight off with the application for those that are ready to buy from you or apply with you so when you run AR funnel all right or an automation this is what you need to put inside your business you're going to basically go to the link in BIO it's going to have an option for an application not just be an application very clear there they're going to fill out that application when they fill out that application there's a few things that I want to point out the more multiple choice questions you have versus short answer or long answer the higher completion rate you're going to have applications right it just makes sense does it take me 2 minutes to F the application or 20 minutes and whenever I have to type it in maybe I get a call from a mom and I get away from the application or maybe one of the questions I don't know how to answer it so I don't fill it out because I don't want to feel stupid whenever I fill out that application so we want to try to keep it to where it is multiple choice and short as possible because remember what is the main objective we're trying to do get a name a number and an email so that I can then contact you and carry on with the conversation so fill out the application we're going to send automated messages to that person letting them know hey we got our application thank you so much and then depending on what you want to do and how you run your business either you can send them directly to book a call on the calendar with you or based on their answers you can either start manual conversation because you want to figure out you know more depth about the financial question or maybe you want to make sure they're right fit for you to work with them so now we do manual conversation and we like it we book a sales call or calendar with them right a sales call consult strategy call whatever you want to call it and then we're going to send them automations so before I dive into the automations I'm going to go to the next phase because the automations of the calendar are all going to be kind of the same so let's say you have a free ebook right Linkin bio right it's going to look like this we going to have that form let's say this is a free ebook right and then we're going to pump them into automations and those automations are basically going to say you know who you are address them thank them and what we like to do here is ask a this or that question remember that whenever you're sending emails and text messages to people that periods end conversations questions open them up so I see a few different mistakes here so we'll say hey thank you so much for download ebook hope you love it it's like Thumbs Up Great you just ended the conversation or we ask questions that are too open-ended and this person does doesn't know how to pronounce your last name but they like some of the information that you're putting out on social media so they downloaded your ebook and you asked them too much of an abrasive question maybe like what's your goal and maybe inside the fitness industry that's a little bit tough because she doesn't like what she sees in the mirror why is she going to tell you that when she can't pronounce your last name yet so what we want to do is you know hey did you find this ebook through a friend or through a post through through a friend and now you get to start manual conversation because remember what happens is that whenever they respond it's going to remove them from automations carrying you over to a manual conversation and now you're going to be able to conversate like with them just like you would inside the DMS except the difference is that we didn't ask them to take the action right so whenever you ask somebody to e to DM you ask somebody F an application ask somebody to comment below typically what happens is going to activate insecurities depending on the niche okay and so whenever they get your free ebook or join your free group get your free training whever may be gratitude goes down the ladder when you're the one that reaches out to them and so with these automations we're creating gratitude which is going to make them then respond to us because they wouldn't have got the free ebook if they didn't care about what it is I had to say right right doesn't mean that these are always strangers and if you're running ads it might be a little bit different but if you're running an organic where you're not doing any paid traffic your response rate is going to be incredibly High and the fact that we can automate this process so that you don't have to send a message to every single person that downloads an ebook or joins your free group or gets your free training whatever it may be we're able to make your life that much easier by automating that process and so now you start manual conversation with the this or that this or that this or that get them to open up and then you get to start conversation with them trying to get pull a little bit more a little bit more out of them get them to book a a call with you put on your calendar and they're going to receive more automations which I'm going to get to in a second so the same thing works for the free group or the free training now I'll tell you a quick story about the Facebook group so we R in a Facebook group but there's so many different types of groups now but when we ran a Facebook group for Paula what happened was that she was getting about 30 applications but had about 300 Facebook group members and she was manually collecting those emails on the three questions that you would ask inside when you're joining the group and she would manually send them an email and I was like man like this is just not scalable like there has to be a way so we created one but instead of sending emails now we send text messages do we send both yes however the average email open rate in the education space is 20% with a 1.75 click-through rate that's terrible all right so 1.75 out of a 100 people are going to click your email not buy not respond just click it 97% of text messages are read within the first five minutes you understand the power of that right so now 97% of a 100 people 97 out of a 100 are going to open up the text message of the person that they joined their free group or they join their free ebook now here's the story about that though did her business explode absolutely however what I want to get at is the psychology because to me all of this is based around psychology I've talked about insecurities that's psychology I've talked about the 3% that's buyer psychology so what happens is that let's say that you join a Facebook group right and you say you join a business Facebook group and you don't know really anybody inside the group it's a lot like when I go to a Halloween party and I'm supposed to go with my buddy and he texts me and says hey man I'm going to be about 45 minutes late all right I got an argument with the wife all right cool I'll see you when you get there so I go to the bar and I don't know anybody there right it was his party it was his location and so I walk in the first thing I do is go grab a drink I go stand in the corner and I go please God somebody show up that I know because I'm dressed like Forest Gump at my insecurity is is through an alltime high cuz I feel like an idiot at a party where I don't know anybody that is people that join your Facebook group or your free school or whatever it may be but here's the Catch 22 if you're able to send a text message to that person before they join that group it's like the owner of the party texting me and being like hey Mike John told me he was going to be here in five minutes I'll see you when to get here so then when I walk in he's like hey what's going on man it's nice to meet you let me introduce you to Sarah let me introduce you to Mark let me introduce you to Tyler and my entire experience has now changed because I'm not a fly on the wall hoping someone I know shows up because I know the owner I know the top dog well in this story you are the top dog and so what happened inside Paula's group is that she had a 37 4% increase in engagement simply because we started texting people as they came in and hey you know what hey Paula don't know it yet but we're texed we're best friends because remember you're the authority and since you showed gratitude as the authority by starting conversation they're more inclined to show up and be more comfortable just like you at the party and so same thing we start manual conversation after they respond we try to book them on the calendar same thing for free training right a mini course whatever it may be okay now before I get into scholarships and getting into challenges which are two other tactics that we love to put into play for all coaches let's talk about what happens when they book a call in the calendar okay so this essentially is like phase three right we got linoln bio we have have our forms we have our automations we have our manual conversation and then we book them on the calendar and we book them on the calendar what I like to run as far as automations go is I like a confirmation one day out one hour out 10 minutes out and then we send them the link for that Zoom call preferably inside these automations you're able to send over video trainings testimonials YouTube videos content in general to one nurture that lead Nectars in the nurture okay and so what we want to do is one confirm that they got it so they can add it to their calendar and then constantly send reminders right I always love to give this example as like hey man everybody wants to lose weight when they look in the mirror and then they change their mind when they walk past the pantry so I need to keep them looking in the mirror and the more touch points that I can have right 5 to 12 to make up 80% of the people are going to buy from me the better but if I can also send over content prior now I'm chipping away at that seven hours worth of content so this allows you to have a more warm lead come up to the call so now they know who you are who you help what you're about and they can feel like man this client is meant specifically for me this coach is really going to help me they get it they see all my pain points now a pro tip to this that some coaches we put in the play for that work with us in a higher level is that based off of the client and their goals we can send different types of automations to them so for example right check this out I'm just going to show you live here let's do it so let's say that we had two different types of automations here right so one person let's say this journey here is for those looking to build muscle and this journey is for those looking to lose weight okay okay so what that would mean basically is that the videos that I would send prior would be about building muscle in testimonials of people that have built muscle with me right and let's say this other one's about weight loss for example I would send over videos about clients that have lost weight in different strategies and different information and freebies that they can do to help them lose weight so that that way I'm not sending them videos of building muscle whenever they need to lose weight everything they consume makes them feel like this is the coach for me and that's the power of automations is being able to build these type of things because that's what separates a coach doing 10K a month from doing 50,000 a month is understanding the customer Journey okay all right so now that we got that what happens after the sales call right well there's a few different options right technically there's three the person either purchases they either don't purchase and we send them into automations to receive emails and text messages trying to get them to book a second call with us or we just book them on a secondary call right which would be here it's like hey I need to talk to my spouse cuz you couldn't get the deal done on the phone right weren't able to handle the objection you book a secondary call a few days later let's say so what it was look like in a perfect world hey we sell them right they're going to receive an automated email automated text we want them to fill out their forms that we provide through the software we want them to take all the steps necessary get your logins here get access to your courses here whatever it may be and then we send people into an automated check-in Loop and what I love about this is that most coaches in any space once the sell is made they don't treat the client they did like they did prior right so what we have a rule inside of our company one of our core values is called day 51 I want to treat you on day 51 like we did day one and one thing that you can do and we set up for coaches that I highly suggest you do is automate your check-in process because you got to look at it like this again go back to psychology if you tell me you're going to check in Fridays at 9:00 a.m. and then you manually send that over at 9:05 for five minutes I thought you forgot about me as a client and that was just 5 minutes what happens if you're 53 minutes minutes you're getting hit with emails and text messages going like hey man what I paid good money for this you can't even send me my checkin form for the week and then you got to come up with whatever excuse on while you're late and then get them to fill out that form so what we like to do is automate this process to where every week on that time frame whatever your routine or schedule is that you want to build out they're going to see the automation with that check-in form and then you can then two-way text them saying that you you got it or answer any type of questions that they have right and that basically every week you can have it to where they can receive a different type of text messages that way it doesn't look like it's automated because the whole point of every automation we have is I want it to look authentic as possible now the reason I don't tell you all what these text messages should say well I got to hold something back right I'm giving you the template and so what we try to focus on is sending out staccato messages which are like one two three versus one big bulky text where we'll have in misspelled words followed by the correct words we'll have emojis we'll have memes we do all these things to ensure the highest response rate possible off of every text message we send all the way down to the timing that we put between each automation okay so let's say that they did not purchase and did not book a second call now we send them into an email flow with a text message flow they're receive automation after automation after automation after automation getting them with more value more nurture trying to get them to book a secondary call or potentially try to sell a low-end offer on the back end right and then once they book that call they receive a different set of automations coming up to that call prior to the second sales call that you have okay now we got that figured out here now you might be wondering hey why do we have multiple Loops well do you have multiple offers do you have a low ticket offer a mid ticket offer a group offer and a high ticket we want to send them into different Journeys because they don't all look the same and so depending on if they buy a product a they're going to receive the flow for product a product B product B product C product C all right all right so now if you made it this far I'm going to give you the Frameworks that we use for our scholarships and challenges okay so what we like to think about these first four here is application being Evergreen an ebook can be Evergreen it also can be seasonal like you can do how to lose weight for the holidays right free group is typically seasonal and then your free training can also be seasonal as well or Evergreen right seasonal being meaning for a short period of time and ever green meaning forever right it always works so a scholarship what we like to do inside a scholarship is the same thing you're going to apply just like you would here right you're going to apply for the scholarship we're going to send them over automations and then we're going to start start a two-way conversation with them the whole goal is trying to get them to fill out the application for the scholarship and inside this application we do want them to express in their own way words short form and long form the details on why they should win this scholarship to work with you and if you're not familiar with a scholarship is a scholarship is going to be I'm going to give away six months of training for free but the catch is is that we want everybody else to receive a chance to get a partial scholarship right this is there's a real good reason why we don't use the word giveaway and it's because psychology and for the last 10 years Instagram and Facebook we've done giveaways and we know we never win right odds are we don't win so we don't do giveaway but a scholarship just has a better ring to it because we want to give away this free training free teaching just like you would at college right and so we're going to give away a a second um round of partial scholarships and a partial scholarship would look like we're going to give away the six months but if you buy five months I'm going to give you one free or I'm going to give you this discount off or some type of offer that you're going to create for those individuals as a partial scholarship what we like to do is announce this publicly because we want everybody to be involved on this call so they can see that we actually pick somebody and if you don't show up for it then you can't win this is going to get everybody on this call Pro tip this is a really good time to pull out your phone and say hey guys I really appreciate it I'd love to share the this message with the world of everybody trying to get better if you would just take a screenshot of the of the Facebook live here and post your story and tag me I love to repost you mean the world to me and the team okay social proof right grow in the business through referrals and like-minded people so we get on that live and we say that we got a lot of great applications in because I hope you read these because you care about your clients and then you're going to have an automation go out after that call saying hey I liked your application I liked what you said would love to see if you'd want to get on a call and learn more about what a partial scholarship would look like for you they're going to respond back you know yeah that'd be great we try to get them Book on a call we book them on the calendar they go through that same process they receive all these automations we take the sales call they go to purchase product a product B product C right you see how it all flows together with the challenge for the waiting list this is one of the top things that we do for coaches and if you're unsure how to run a challenge we found a framework that's been very successful uh Paula did her first challenge she had 30 people apply uh and sign up whenever we ran this model she had 92 people sign up okay and just give some references for the scholarship here all right Baker and my partner ran one inside his coaching business had 160 calls booked for the partial scholarships we had another client Dustin Holston he was able to get 83 new clients that month through running this framework we had another client uh Bradley and Jennifer they did $25,000 in one day of sales calls through run this scholarship this works and it works very well challenges are really awesome and I'll tell you this because Paula went from basically her first one that she ran in a 12 months time when she ran another challenge she ran multiple but she ended 20 I think 34 people okay now I don't like anything for free except free information if I'm going to coach you in any degree degree where you're getting on calls with me uh in a group setting or I'm setting macros or I'm doing mental health coaching or anything that I'm providing for you giving you value I need you to pay and the reason being is that if you can't pay me a hundred bucks you're definitely not going to buy my next service you want something free I've got all this other free [ __ ] you can get what I want you to do is that if you're going to work with me I need you to pay so that I can then know that you're not just out here being a tire kicker but you're somebody that's willing to swipe a credit card so that we can move up the ladder to the high ticket or mid ticket offers and so what we do is that instead of sending them to a landing page for people to just sign up right or you post a link in your store or somebody to buy your challenge again remember that's 3% of people that's not what we want right what we want is more people so we do a waiting list for the challenge where you have to give your data before you can even see any details about the challenge or how much it cost and so what's going to happen here is that we're going to get way more people and way more data now you're building the business you're building out all your contacts and then once they fill out that form we're going to send automations to them and then inside those automations we will have the link that will go to a landing page for a purchase link that we helped set up for you but inside this uh the link here we're also going to ask questions right remember I talked about we need conversations because yes we said that this let's say challenge is for anybody whether you work out at a gym you work out at home but Mike you know I know you said it's for everybody but I only have five pal dumbbells will that work it will Ryan it'll work just fine all you got to do is click the link you'll be able to purchase and get signed up okay awesome man I just wanted to make sure so if we don't give them the opportunity to ask questions they're not going to ask the question but more importantly when we ask the question first they don't feel stupid asking the question because we gave you permission to ask the question and so that's going to be the major difference between 3% and 33% is you started the conversation saying do you have any question questions versus hey just click the link here and buy now through my story right do a psychology making sense and so once they respond we're going to continue to answer those questions send them that purchase link they're going to receive the automations for what it is that you need them to do to complete that challenge onboarding and then we're going to send them into a loop where we suggest doing calls with these people whether it's Zoom or Facebook lives and we send them into a loop for 30 days Pro tip when you're doing a challenge do not do a challenge that's for more than 30 days you can but I'm going to tell you why I don't suggest it the number one reason I don't suggest it is because 60% of people quit a challenge after three weeks if I cannot complete a challenge in three weeks then why would I want to work with you oneon-one because now I feel shame and guilt and I feel like a loser so what we want to do is Ure sure that we have the highest completion rate possible because if somebody can complete your challenge then what that's going to tell them is because of this coach I was finally able to do something I was finally able to lose the weight I was finally able to find some happiness I was finally able to make some money and build the business I completed something for the first time and it's because of you I did it for that I'm forever grateful so 30 days is what we like and somewhere inside that time frame what I want to do is try to get that person to book a call on our calendar because that way now you get them in buying mode and don't wait till the program's over but week two and three get them on the phone and then try to sell them to your mid ticket or your high ticket coaching they'll receive those same automations and they'll get on that sales call and purchase through and go into their weekly check-ins as a high ticket coach does all that make sense it's very in depth I understand that but I'm telling you right now it's not as complicated whenever we just drop this into your business and we help you set it up right but this is what you need to do and even if you just took one portion of this you will have more success than this because nine times out of coaches come to us have this and when we implement this into their business their business is forever changed you understand the why not just the what now check it out this is our offer I'm just going to tell you what it is okay so what we build out for people is we do three group calls a week that online coaching I can give you this Ferrari of a business model but if I can't teach you how to pump these leads into that linkoln bio it doesn't really matter does it it doesn't so what we're really going to nail down in a lot of the coaching that we do is how to get leads inside the business because this machine here is going to get leads into clients so now we're going to teach you now that we built all this for you how to get the leads because leads are imperative to having clients you can't have a client without a lead so focus on getting leads then we're going to set up your three-step
