forever so I'm just gonna tell you this little story just let you understand the difference of having systems and leveraging a scalable lead generation and not okay I've always been a hard worker I'm from Dominican Republic I grew up in a very humble town in Dr and if you're Latino put Latino in the shop my Latino power what's up if you're not Latino well guess what we'll adopt you so don't worry and I grew up with a work ethic right with a tough work ethic because hey we got we got a hustle from early age I remember bringing gallons of waters for one to two miles because we didn't have water in our house and we needed to bring water in to have enough water because we didn't know when the water was going to come on again all right so you you develop those skills you developed that work ethic from an early age so I bring that to the United States I start real estate again young and I bring my work ethic I bring my my relentlessness bring my passion and I started doing what everybody else is doing which is hey let's do the open houses let's let's do the the uh networking let's do all these things that are proven at work well I put all my work all my energy all my attention to this and the year goes by a year goes by 365 days go by and living in an empty apartment all right I only had a a a sofa bed that was our only piece of furniture I didn't even have money to buy utensils like a fork knife I didn't have any silverware nothing that's how I got it started my girlfriend was my wife now I Rosemary it's just absolutely incredible she was cleaning houses because she didn't know English so she was cleaning houses to support my entrepreneur adventure of becoming a real estate agent and I wanted to do it full time okay full time and some of you guys have heard my story but let me let me let me walk you through this picture here so I come look at me I look sharp right so I come every day from my open houses my showings and all this stuff and I get home and then my wife comes in and she's sweaty dirty Roost up Tire beat up from cleaning all right and she asks me every single day one simple question and some of you guys may be in here maybe you're dealing with this maybe you're in your household and you feel like you're not doing enough or you feel like it's not working fast enough and if you're in that boat I feel you okay I feel you I was there because my wife would get there 365 days go by and 365 days she would have asked me hey did you sell it home today now here's what happened out of those 365 days in a year I had to tell her no 362 times because I only sold three houses my first year in this business again working hard work ethic Relentless pursuit of greatness right I was learning I was reading the books I was trying to get there but I was climbing up the wrong ladder I was climbing up the wrong ladder okay I was entering into a market where it was harder there was a lot of Agents I started my career in 0706 and over six starting in L7 so here I am getting into real estate and a lot of agents are leaving the industry because of man you just got time you definitely don't want to go there it's brutal and here I am like no no I'm going in I'm going in right so things needed to be different and I didn't get it at that time now from there systems save my career systems saved my life but not complicated systems simple systems simple strategies that help me create more opportunities when people were saying there are none that helped me create more growth for my business and more scalability where today I run a real estate team with 20 agents sell over 100 million dollars in production I am one of the leaders of the Global Alliance I have over 2 000 agents in my exp organizations it is possible it doesn't matter where you're at today maybe you're here because you just needed to hear this story to get that hope maybe you're here because you needed to hear the fact that man it is hard but I'm going to rise up and I'm going to make it because it is possible Anything is Possible but you're also here because hey there are strategies that can help you do it faster better and more systematically okay the systems are your key to Freedom so my goal for you today is for you to understand how systems can Empower you and I specifically go over one system which is the one that I implemented that totally changed my career and I went from selling three houses my first year to selling 29 houses 47 75 100 100 plus never look back and then putting other agents in my shoes and giving them the same tools the same strategies the same principles and they were able to do it even faster and even better and even bigger than me and they were able to create their own Freedom they were able to take vacations they were able to rely on the fact that their business was not going to be a roller coaster it was going to be a business that they could counter all right so that is something that I have leveraged and Carries me to this day but it is for one simple reason I'm gonna break this down for you here's the reason you see this right here this is something that we presented with every single day right who can tell me where this is in the picture let me know in the chat what are you seeing here good okay it's a machine gun Arturo good job very good so this is a gun it's a weapon somebody hey I know it's just probably packing she's like AK-47 let's go all right well actually this is not an AK-47 this is actually a nam 60. name 60 this machine is actually huge it needs four legs to be able to stand right it's very complex to build probably very expensive it is a weapon but it is a complex big hard to carry weapon right but it can do the damage for sure now we have this one here this is an M1 carbine now this is another one another weapon but this weapon actually happened to be one of the most popular weapons that were built in World War II so this was widely used now because it was big and popular in World War II does that mean is the one we should be using today no no right then we have the AK-47 now this this one is a movie star this one you see the movies yeah you see it everywhere it was already shattered out in this chat that's how famous this machine gun is all right these weapons another gun it's another weapon but this one is very popular everybody knows the AK-47 it's like oh man they get 47 probably Rambo used it on a few movies right well they get 47 just because it's the more popular doesn't mean that is the most powerful doesn't mean that is the one you should be using it just means that it's very well known right but you gotta use the right tool for the job so you got to make sure you know what tool you want to use then we have this one now this little thing right here is the Mac 11. now look at this Little Weapon this Little Weapon here smaller you can probably carry with you in a bag simpler doesn't have all the contraptions doesn't need four legs all right this Little Weapon looks simple but if I told you this weapon is more powerful faster shoots more bullets than all the other ones that I've shown you here today would you believe it just looking at it it's like nah Carlos come on no way there's just no way this is more powerful well it actually is this weapon shoots faster than all the ones that we've seen here smaller easier to carry easier to use probably even cheaper and that's the difference between a gray marketer and a marketer that's just using whatever they find out there a great marketer is going to find the most efficient the fastest the simplest way to get to the goal and here's the thing the best marketer it's always going to win because if I have a hundred dollars to spend on lead generation and you have a hundred dollars to spend on lead generation so we have the same amount of money but I can get a higher conversion than you can or my money spent I'm gonna generate more opportunities and going to generate more income I'm going to be able to outspin you because I have it better way to accomplish the goal all right complexity is the enemy of execution so you want to leverage simple tools and making sure you're using the right tools for the job so when you look at for example this homepage this is my homepage of my website if you go to Carlos and team.com a lot of our home pages are like this you know they have all these links they have the cells they have the about they have a bunch of things in the bottom like they have a lot of things going on now if I send a client a client to this landing page and I was trying to convert that client what are the chances that that client is going to do exactly what I want them to do which is hey raise your hand and tell me you're going to buy or raise your hand and tell me you want to sell that's it that's all I want you to do well the chances are a slim because there's just too much and a confused mind does nothing all right so you want to make sure that you're leveraging simple tools and simple strategies that tell people exactly what they need to do so that they don't get confused and that's the power of the funnel so this right here this website is very expensive very complex has a lot of pages took me months and months and months to build right and I didn't build it myself but with programmers it's a custom website I mean won't convert as good as the funnel now it has a purpose there are reasons why I invested on that website right so it has a purpose however if the purpose is to generate the most amount of leads I'm not sending my traffic there all right I actually want to see something here real quick on my PowerPoint as I updated this next slide and it's not looking like I wonder if I'm using the right PowerPoint so just bear with me a second here uh see what's going on okay all right so I'm actually going to show you all right so I got the I got the updated page here so that's good so let me just screenshot it well you're well you're pulling it up I think I want to make sure that everybody understands this one thing right because you went through a very very strong message I want to make sure it gets communicated right so everyone looks for that high powered like AK-47 style Canon to do this uh to to execute with right choice of words right there so uh the truth for the matter is it doesn't take something gargantuan like that and what usually happens is when you try to use that kind of tool it just stops you from actually achieving your goal because it becomes so over complicated so what we're trying to do is show you like you can actually have a very very simple funnel today that you can build today and be based on what you're learning from Carlos that can do action act that can actually outperform be more efficient but the first thing you have to understand is don't let Simplicity fool you this stuff really really works and I actually just used it uh afterwards I'll share my results afterwards when you're done Carlos excellent all right hey Carlos also I just wanted to say no one ever I don't think we got a response in the chat if you guys have KV core set up already please let us know and if you don't we want to make sure you get that set up before the end of the call all right so let me get back to my screen share here so what I'm going to show you now is what a funnel looks like now you saw the other website all right uh which screen am I sharing am I sharing the right screen yeah that was right that was right okay so I need to share that one there all right so if you're looking at your complex website which we all have one right we have our our website that talks about everything we do buyers sellers agent recruiting about me everything right if you're looking as that as your lead generation weapon then you're leaving money on the table all right this right here is your Mac level this right here is your weapon that is going to convert higher it's going to be faster and it's going to get you to the goal of generating leads so what makes this so special there's one offer it's a simple message and you're leveraging multiple layers to convert this particular client so this client that you're presenting this offer to is a buyer it's the first time home buyer first time home buyers are looking to buy in Orlando right so if I'm a buyer and I'm a first time home buyer I'm looking to buy in Orlando I feel like you're speaking to me all right so attention first time home buyers look into buying Orlando learn the new way to buy your dream home with zero down payment or having to pay a closing costs without restrictions on where you buy or having to delay your closing day with the waiting on approvals new ten point guy shows you step by step how now so this is an offer this is a funnel this is a high converting funnel a high converting offer because it's doing one thing and as long as that buyer is that Avatar he will say yeah that's me and I need that and I want it now and you're going to generate a lead so that's what we're talking about today talking about how to implement these strategies not only for first-time home buyers but for luxury buyers for people that are looking for new homes for people that are looking for lake homes for people that are looking for a move up or move down retirees golf communities whatever you want right and the reason this works so well is because the confused mind does nothing so we're going to keep it super simple so that you don't get confused it's a four-step funnel system simple four-step formula so you're going to implement this fast formula what is the fast formula well we're going to build a funnel we're gonna do ads which adds doesn't necessarily mean paid as actually I'm going to focus today on organic ads more than anything sign up you got to make sure you're always asking for the sign up and then the tags that you're going to need to segment people and make sure you do a message to Market match with them so you want to write this down right here or take a screenshot this is really all you have to do to implement this strategy and again as they've been saying in the chat if you have KV core I'm going to teach you how to build this in KV core because that is the tool we use to leverage this strategy and most of you guys have it if you're with our organization with exp you already have it uh if not I mean there are other tools you can leverage but I'm going to be focusing on how to use it with KP core hey Carlos real quick can you explain really quick to those who are saying well I have a CRM I have a lot plus this is just for this funnel sake purposes you have access to this and if you register that's why we're saying register regardless for your KV core account that's included so that you can execute on your funnels this is not to say you won't have your separate CRM if you're you know already in bed with a different CRM this is to execute your funnel yes so when it comes to the KV core implementation the the reason I use that as an example is because literally it takes minutes like a couple minutes to set up one of these Pages it's super easy and really I take like 30 seconds but I'm just saying it's super simple to do uh it doesn't do everything but again we're not looking to do everything we're looking to do the one thing and most of us have access to it so that's why but you can do this with click funnels you can do this with HTML Pages you can do this with whatever there's a million ways to implement this uh so don't don't get discouraged if you don't have the right tool today you're going to be able to implement this in many different ways all right so let's talk about the funnel and the structure of the funnel that you're going to need so and this is the most important part by the way uh the funnel because that that is the offer so we're gonna focus a good chunk of time here so you guys know how to build your funnel the first thing is you want to identify the value that you're going to offer so the value means what what is the need that your client has that you're trying to fulfill what do you have to give them like in the prior example and offering a 10-point guide where a new or first-time homebuyer can buy a home and do it with no down payment and no closing costs and it's a simple 10-step process and I'm going to show them how to do it right so that offer it's just a simple example of a value proposition now this can be anything because literally all you're going to do is craft a value proposition that you can deliver on like what is something that you know that most buyers don't know that you can teach and or putting a guide or putting a little webinar or whatever and that's going to be your value but the number one way to identify your value is knowing first who is your hero right your hero is the customer we are a guide to the hero our customer is on a journey and no matter where you're at or why you're doing you need to when you see a customer position yourself as the guide that can help them in their journey and I can help them get from point A to point Z all the way through all right if you see any movie every hero always has a mentor every hero always has somebody that helps them that guides them that's you you're that person so who is that Avatar who is that person that you can help once again if you're an expert on vacation homes for example well what are the fears what are the challenges what are the the questions first vacation homeowners and investors have that you can answer for them that they would thank you for that would guide them that would give him Clarity that would explain to them how to accomplish their goal faster without any anxiety or uncertainty that is so where are they locally because sometimes for example for me I going back to my story from struggling broke and living in an empty apartment and looking at my wife every day embarrassed because I wasn't selling anything and she was the one making the money and you know she was making the money by killing herself and I was like man I gotta figure this out right from that I think one thing I created one offer for one community in Central Florida I didn't do all of Central Florida I didn't do Orlando I didn't even do my vicinity area I found one Community one I created one offer for that community that I started generating 30 to 40 leads every single month for me and that's all I needed to blow up my career because from 30 to 40 leads I learned how to duplicate that process and then I started duplicating that process to the point where I was doing 50 communities at one point now some communities would get me two or three leads other ones would get me ten but I said hold I was generating hundreds of leads and I was able to build my team and provide them with opportunities because I did that right but I knew who my hero was it was a buyer that was buying in that one community and they were struggling to understand the complexity of the community and I made an offer for them in that one community right so you gotta craft your offer so how are we going to craft the offer well the first thing you're going to need is an attention grabber an identifier something that says yeah that's me so in the example we saw previously you saw how I called out first time home buyers I live in Orlando right specifically called out that demographic so if somebody's not a first-time homebuyer they don't even look at it and that's perfectly fine because when you try to be everything to everybody then nobody's looking at you but when you are everything to one person then that one person is looking at you and that one person is going to resonate with you and connect with you so you gotta identify what is that attention grabber then the main headline which is the how how are you gonna do that right what is the offer so in the prior example it was for a step-by-step guy that would provide them with a way to buy a home with no down payment and no closing costs right that's it very simple and then the third step is the pain so this is a very simple three-step process who you're doing it for what you're doing for them and what are they avoiding by giving you their information and getting what you're you're having to offer so in my case I said wait you're going to avoid restrictions because sometimes people are like oh yeah but I've heard about down payment programs and I Gotta Buy in a specific area and it takes forever to get approved nah not doing it well I'm telling them no no no you can buy anywhere you want and it doesn't take a long time to get approved and get it going so I'm immediately removing the doubts like well okay so everything maybe it's not what I've heard about I do need to find out what this is because I am the first time home buying Orlando who wants to buy a home and this sounds like an amazing opportunity and he's saying it's not what I've been hearing all the all the problems that I've been hearing about this thing right so that's how you craft the offer now we focus most of our time here because the reality is that in everything we do 20 of our efforts get eighty percent of the results yes there's more ways you can showcase a value in a funnel you can do a checklist you can do testimonials you can do all sorts of things but the reality is that that's just milking the cow as much as possible and eventually you want to build your way up to that but 80 of the result comes from your headline and your call to action that's it so you want to spend most of your time doing this once they have a turn what program am I trying to solve for them and how am I going to uh differentiate from everything they've been hearing about how am I going to remove the pain and the doubt super simple right so I want everybody here I want to see in the shot some avatars like who's got who's got some avatars and I may pick one of these and you know maybe do a little role playing and help you help you craft uh some of these for you guys um so so who do you want to work with let me see in the chat like who who would you like to get more opportunities from it's a luxury homes is it sellers okay so Jessica is saying she wants more sellers all right I want to see more come on guys what what more do you want like give me give me some more avatars military all right very good now which type of sellers which type of sellers out of town buyers immigrants excellent buyers in the medical field Frontline workers very good excellent so so they're team leaders team leaders yeah there's a ton of ideas here and uh these are all great ideas by the way this is exactly what we're talking about so you're thinking in the right lane that we're talking about all right so congratulations very good um so as we get through the end I'll pick somebody and uh we'll do a little q a here about your specific Avatar and how to help you craft your offer right so that's how you're going to Implement that now let's talk about uh oh this is where I put that okay well it doesn't matter anymore uh we're gonna actually go into um baby core exactly how I built the funnel that I just showed you with KB core do you guys want to see that step by step how we do that all right cool so can you show that finished format one more time on the settings for the funnel so you're going to click on this one right here background which is on the right hand side click on custom background and you're going to paste your background URL okay and then you're going to just put that background URL also inside the chat so they have that and they can save it as well absolutely so let me put that the one that I use for this sample is that one thank you absolutely all right so then this is looking cleaner I'm going to pick the light theme if you see where I am here on the left hand corner there's a check box that says light theme phone so now this looks white and clean which is what I want all right now because obviously time is limited I had already set up my phone all right so I did it on word so you can do this on Google Docs whatever but I did this on word so I have my o formatted and everything done here so I literally just opened a Word document uh did my attention gravity I I actually updated this one after the fact now that I look at it after I had it inside the the funnel um so let me I'm gonna get the latest version here give me a sec so so basically uh this was the latest version so well we don't want that all right okay let me do it one by one that way I can keep my formatting so I don't want to lose my formatting here so I'm gonna update this line again this is just because I updated it you guys won't have to deal with this but just for my own sample I want to give you the same exact version I showed you all right so I don't think I did okay yeah I changed this one too right here okay all right so once you have it set up on your um Word document and again this is how you do it on chemical right so you just copy all of this select it all copy it and then we're just going to paste it here and there it is so I love that because basically if you could use a Word document you can create a funnel because what you see on the word document is what you're going to end up seeing on the funnel after it's done right yep yeah and that's why I'm I'm doing it that way because it's just too simple this can't be the way I can make this can't be the way you built your business building a funnel could track buyers and sellers you gotta make this more complicated this is too easy if you could just really make it so we can't understand it because I know how to use Word documents and I know how to put it it just seems too easy yeah yeah so uh we're not going to change this lead generation this is why it will stay asked right but job also too if you could just click on lead generation they could make it put a video there if they wanted to and just put video plus so they can see that you know they could actually just take a YouTube video and stick it in there if they want to they can actually make it but we're just trying to keep it as super simple as possible but even for that portion all you would be doing is putting the link of the YouTube video you would want to have go to when they click there so uh super simple um by the way I'm glad you mentioned that Gil uh because Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication guys here's what happens when you put a video if you're not good at doing a video self letter then you're turning people away right so like let's say I put a video well here I am with my accent maybe some clients don't understand me maybe they Judge Me Maybe they don't like me I whatever there's so many reasons why that client might be turned off where by keeping it simple it doesn't happen right like they can't judge me they can not like me you either want the offer you don't that's it now if you're good at converting on a video sales letter that overcomes your short files like for me I can do a script masterfully create it make fun of myself so that they are like okay yeah his accent is horrible but I like him and then I can overcome all that but we don't want you guys have to worry about that so this is the simplest highest converting way you can do this uh by keeping it like this like the Mac 11 right so something very critical that you're going to do is put a hashtag here because this is going to put these people in a bucket inside your KV core so for this I'm gonna put first time buyer offer and that will put those people inside my KV core under the hashtag the submit button I'm going to put in there let me see what it said it said uh give me the guide is what it says so look at the button right now it says see the list now well I'm not giving a list I'm giving a guide so give me the guy so when the person clicks on that they're gonna say yeah give me the guide them and I want the guide they're gonna put the remote for number and they're going to get their guide so how are they going to get the Guide well you upload your PDF document somewhere Google Docs or whatever and then you're gonna put that in here URL after logging in all right that is it that is all so by putting that in there you immediately will give them what they want after they give you what you want which is their contact information require phone number I highly recommend that if you're uh looking to convert higher leads once I mean if they're just giving you an email it's low intent or rather they give me a phone number that no phone number plus important there and then here you want to select buyer leads so that your KV core can do it so again this is super simple your KV core will flag it as a barrel lead and you're good so I'm going to click save now in KP core once you do this page you can edit it so you want to make sure everything you want is there now you can recreate it again if I wasn't teaching you I would have been done in 30 seconds but you click OK and there is your page that's it simple that's all the settings it has everything that you set out to do now there's a few things uh that are important that you need to understand uh as we continue with this framework and I'm going to make sure we dive on to those and um right for all through them because if not you're gonna mess it up so nobody wants you to mess up so let's let's make sure you're doing some things right here so this is what we just built again you can watch the replay I know it's a little bit fast I'm sure a lot of you have questions wait Carlos what was that was here just watch the replay low Alliance University you'll get it make sure you get there all right this is your minimum viable product remember I was in I.T I was a website developer I knew a lot of stuff I could have built a massive website I just did a simple page like this one for the one Community for the one person that I was targeting that was it so yes maybe you can do more don't maybe you would know how to use click funnels well great start here and then you can go to click funnels whatever but start simple so you can implement it so this is your minimum viable product every company every product starts with a minimum valuable product do you really think Apple when they came out with the iPhone they didn't want the App Store they already had it in the road map they're like yeah this thing is gonna suck without apps and we can't build all the apps but they launched it without an app store they didn't wait to have the app store and have a thousand apps in there to launch it so that's what you're doing you're just keeping it simple and getting it done okay so Carlos I have my funnel what do I do next well you're gonna promote it you're gonna promote it so again we're gonna focus on promoting this organically but you can do paid ads you can do uh a database that you already own you can do marketing through Affiliates you can talk to your title company your lender and say Hey you know I have this amazing opportunity for for buyers or for sellers send it out to your database and uh you know and help me out whatever right so you can partner with people and leverage this uh in different ways now in organic all you're going to do is making sure you promote this on your social media at least once a week do you create your funnel you're engaging with your people you keep being you and doing your thing but instead of just putting just listed just so blah blah blah whatever your other agent does you can instead say hey here is this offer for this particular type of buyer or for this particular type of seller and that's going to engage your community more because they've already they're tired of seeing they just listed and just Souls they want to see what's in it for them okay so let's say you want to get sellers I implemented this strategy by the way and it was gam bosses I had to turn it off all right so I created a landing page for sellers that was about the market conditions okay the market has changed prices are fluctuating do you know how much your home is worth right now if you don't know how much the value of your home has changed over the last six months click here and find out today right so that's an offer that then leads them into a funnel that says hey attention homeowners that are looking to find the value of their home values have changed a lot in the last six months and within a few seconds we're going to give you an accurate evaluation of your home so you know where your buyer your value stands today simple one offer there's no distractions nothing else just one offer okay and you can do a long copy on your Facebook ad which is what we did we generated over 3 000 leads with this one strategy 3 000 seller leads with this one is strategy now that wasn't from my database that was paid marketing but the lead cost was ridiculous it was like less than three dollars a lead it was insane but it was because what I was speaking to people that I wanted but about something that they wanted to hear and learn about my valuation I wonder how much my home is worth I bet some of you guys don't know how much your home is worth right now you're like Carlos I want to see it I I want my value right you want me to give you the value of your home so you're gonna get the sign ups by doing the offer and then collecting information from them there's different kinds of sign ups the one we used was just email them for numbers simple they don't even need to give me their name I just want to be able to get some information because at the end of the day I'm going to do some follow-up with them and get additional information on the back end all right so but there's different things you can do a survey like Survey Monkey lead them to a survey and ask more deep questions depending on your offer you can do first name last name email phone number uh KB core and this landing pages the one that I just showed you only allows you to do email phone number and sign up okay so that's it so you want to do that so that was the a in fast remember we did the funnel now we did the ads all right so then you're going to track your conversions which is a sign up and conversion portion which is the s a fast so that is your sign up build your list tracking those conversions and making sure you have the right metrics optimize if you see that you're driving traffic and it's not converting when you ask yourself am I sending it to the right Avatar am I connecting with the right offer are they doubting what I'm saying they think they already know remember the example I gave you if I don't add at the end that hey no delays of waiting for approval and no limit on location then they're gonna be like oh man so this is not the USDA down payment assistant because that means I have to buy in one location but he's saying I don't have to buying any so it's not that and that the other down payment assistant I hear about you gotta wait like four months so it's not that either so what is this right and then they want to know but if they think they already know they're not gonna sign up it's like oh okay yeah I know what this is I'm not interested so you want to create that Curiosity then through the tags that we talked about right I'm flying a little bit through here because we're running out of time uh but through the tags is how you're going to deliver the value and encourage consumption because let's say you have a webinar for example on what is a webinar well webinar is a YouTube video that you upload on YouTube you leave it on listed and then you send in the link after they submit the offer again super simple you create a YouTube video you upload it on YouTube but you make it unlisted so it is not public and then you send them the link and say hey this is your webinar watch it now you could embed the YouTube video as we showed you earlier so you can do that as well but when you tag this list you're going to follow up with them and you're going to create calls to action to get them back into the offer say hey do you have any questions about the tenant step guy is there anything I can answer for you or hey what were your thoughts on the webinar or the class maybe you don't call it a webinar because it's for a buyer or sellers you say the class do you have any questions or we find that a lot of clients or a lot of sellers after they take our class they have some questions and we created this calendar where you can book a 30 minute no obligation consultation for us to answer all your questions and now you're putting people into your calendar all right and that's what it's called an upsell so you're upselling them you're telling them to work with you you're telling them to build a relationship with you you want to do a jab jab jab right hook this is a garyvee strategy and basically it means don't just sell sell sell you want to add value you want to contribute you want to add more to let's say you do the 10-step guide and that's what you're selling well you can do it back-end webinar and say hey congrats uh on on wanting to buy a home glad you got my guide here is a video I did with the top 10 questions people ask about the guide and how to understand the program better it's about us right and understand that this is not going to get done for you or you're not gonna Master it in one day you got to put in the work the people that are obsessed will do the work why was I able to have my breakthrough because I was tired I was tired of hearing that other people were being successful and I wasn't I was tired of arriving home with no wins I was tired of my girlfriend asking me do you sell at home and me saying no I didn't sell anything I was tired and I became obsessed because I had to change I had to take action I had to make sure that my story was different that my story wasn't the 80 of agents that failed and my story was a success story and I did the work so I challenged you today to do the work to level up yourself to get better to not only watch this once but watch the replay we're gonna do follow up training some days jump on and be part of those follow-up trainings we're gonna have boot camps locally in different markets about this show up and follow up and get it done get your questions answers implemented plug in and the sky's the limit guys so thank you for the opportunity we're going to take one or two questions and uh yeah making sure we text everybody we email everybody and we do a follow-up the last follow-up because I I've taught this class uh at the seven level Summit and we did a 90 minute follow up on this class um and that was different it wasn't what we usually do on this call um but I'm down to do it next week you know we could do next Thursday for example I gotta check my calendar so don't hold me down on that but we could do next week and do a 90-minute implementation session and do it for the people that really want to get to work and get this done sounds like they all want it on Gap Mastermind next inviting me today and the question that I have for you is um have you tried this um funnel for Circle prospecting one of the things that I love to do is that every time I have a listing I do an entire radius and I upload into my KV core would this be effective if I was to use this method yeah so are you doing a targeted audience with uh with the area is that what you're doing yes most likely to sell in my air in the area yeah for that I would just do Facebook lead ads in the same format so you you you're going to want to pretty much make Facebook your funnel and provide them directly to your KV core that's what I would do for that example now where this plays a big role is in you know a specific offers that you want to make to a specific audience um so like the first time home buyers or you know different people like that I think the circle prospecting is going to be more broad because it's just literally a location and you know it's a it's a full radius so I always think I would
