all right guys no clickbait this is a very exciting video so I just want to jump right on into it the one thing that you guys can do to dramatically increase your sales on eBay is to learn about item specifics and keywords now what do I mean by that there are certain keywords that you can put in titles that will make your items sell significantly faster and significantly more for more money an example of that here is this Wrangler shirt now we're going to hop into my phone I'm going to share my screen I'm going to show you guys how to do some of this research so you guys can learn more about keywords and sell your items for more money but this this is just a old vintage Wrangler shirt a lot of these shirts sell for $5 a lot of them sell for 15 or 20 I sold this for $60 plus $9.95 shipping and it sold Within about3 3 hours of me listing it the reason why that we're going to get into in my phone screen is because I used the keyword brush popper a lot of you probably have never heard that word before in your life I haven't heard of it until recently but because of that word I was able to sell this for a premium and sell it almost immediately another example here is this shirt everyone should know that this is a Nike shirt right okay not everyone knows what this logo is though if you don't you should that is Kobe Bryant now I grew up a jazz fan still am a jazz fan um I lived in Northern Utah for a while and I had season tickets and Kobe would crush us all the time so I I hated that man growing up I sure do miss and appreciate him now but Kobe Bryant I bought this shirt off of eBay for 99 plus shipping I ended up getting it for about $6 I ended up going into the guy store who sold this I picked up another 15 shirts that he had um titled incorrectly I was able to walk away with 15 shirts for about $90 that I'm going to be able to put on my eBay store and sell for a ton more the reason why is because I know that this is Kobe's logo I also know that this is his Easter print so I just barely listed this for $40 I put Kobe in the title and I put Easter print I also put all over print bunch of different keywords that you can use in this I bought it for Less I bought it for a dollar and because I was able to combine shipping I probably bought this for a doll 85 I'm going to be able to sell it for 40 I'm thinking minimum 30 plus shipping now another is right here I don't sell just clothing I sell everything I'm a dreaded everything seller right this is a VCR player I sell tons of these first of all because a lot of people search for VCR player so I have that in my title and it comes up on a lot of searches a lot of people search Panasonic VCR player so that's how I have this listed as Panasonic VCR player then I have the model number but the keyword for this if you guys can see that blue line I sell these significantly faster significantly more often and for more money than my competitors because I put Blue Line in the title some people grew up calling these blue lines some people when they think of VCR players they think of blue line and some people when they think of VCR players they think the best VCR players even though this is far from the best VCR player out there they just think oh the Blue Line players are the best ones so they search Blue Line VCR player and guess who comes up I price these the going rate without the remote is about $40 plus shipping with the remote $50 plus shipping I sell these for $80 plus shipping all the time because of that blue line wow I didn't even mean to run there that was pretty dope so yeah keywords are super important so now we're going to hop into my phone screen I'm going to show you how to learn about these keywords how you can research them and how you can start including them in your own uh listings okay so first thing we're going to do is we're going to open up the eBay app you can type in any shirt or item you want to we're going to type in Tommy Bahamas shirt here we're going to click search and we're going to go over to the navigation we're going to go ahead and we're going to click on condition and sort to pre-owned because those are the items that we're looking for out in thrift stores and garage shells you may come across some new items then we're going to set it to at least $30 up and we're going to set it to sold items only then we're going to scroll down through the Tommy Bahama shirts here and just look for words that jump out at us we're seeing here right at the top embroidered I'm seeing silk embroidered again here's a take a flight silk shirt that sold for 80 bucks so take a flight is a keyword that we should be paying attention to as well we're seing a bunch of Hawaiian shirts so yeah just looking through here already there's a few keywords that we need to put in our titles and for things we need to look for out in the wild then we can take it a step further now we're going to look for items that are only $100 plus right off the bat Disney Tommy Bahama if we're seeing anything with Disney and Tommy bahamama collaborating that's a buy again we're seeing embroidered here we're seeing cocktail um anything that has to do with rum cocktails any alcoholic drink on Tommy Bahamas do well I've learned that through doing things like this so then we're going to go ahead this works for all categories we're going to type into here Golf Club we're going to do the same thing we're going to go to the navigation we're going to put used we're going to switch over to $50 plus because there's a lot of golf clubs out there that can go for good money and we're going to go to sold um now here we're going to be looking for okay I don't know a lot about golf clubs so I see tailor made I see ping I see copper copper might be something we might want to look into later I'm seeing Callaway as a brand I'm seeing Titleist another Callaway another tailor made oh look at this pxg that's a newer company that not everyone knows about and look pxg pxg pxg a lot of the recently sold golf clubs for more than $50 are pxg so that's one I'm going to put on my radar I'm going to go in here again type in jannis an TMO it's a really cool basketball player and if you want to buy some cards this is another way so I go ahead and I put in ending soonest I scroll down I find a card I know a lot about basketball cards I know that silver is a keyword I know that prism is a keyword so I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to give this guy a dollar now if I win the bid I'm going to go to his store I'm going to sort again and I'm going to put buy it now then I'm going to go through his cards I see that he accepts offers so any card that I think I can make a profit on I'm going to throw in with this bid that I just did I'm gonna get this card for a dollar then I'm going to go ahead I'm gonna offer this guy $3 I'll accept it if he counters with five here's another card that I'm looking at I see this johnar rant card a lot of controversy around him uh so he makes his cards go up so I'm going to offer him for that okay so now we're going to go back to shirts we're going to type in Wrangler shirt we're going to go ahead and we're going to do the same thing is all of these we're going to put it to pre-owned we're going to put the price up to 30 I uh struggled here for a second put 40 then 20 finally got it to 30 scroll down we're going to go to solds then we're going to take a look right off the bat I'm seeing the word vintage I'm seeing Pearl snap again Vintage Pearl snap again vtg Pearl snap I see this word Aztec I wonder if that word's going to come up later here we go on mine that I just sold for 60 bucks and $10 shipping I put in their brush popper also Pearl snap scroll down we see Aztec again and then here we see Aztec brush popper so we're like okay I've seen brush popper and Aztec so we're going to go ahead we're going to hop into Google here we're going to type in Wrangler shirts we're going to type in brush popper shirt sorry brush popper we're going to see okay so we got these shirts for sale oh sweet sold a remote for close to 40 bucks awesome we're going to see okay a lot of Wrangler shirts a lot of Levi shirts now we're going to type in what is a brush popper shirt that's going to give us a little bit more information okay we're still seeing a bunch of these cowboy western shirts so that's consistent there um what is a brush popping uh it's a cowboy especially one who works in the brush okay so these shirts protect against Cowboys that do work in the brush so yeah guys uh
