How to create outlook signature

hello everyone and welcome back to my Channel or if you're new here hi my name is Nicole and I am a part-time reseller on Poshmark today I want to talk about what I've been doing in 2023 to increase my sales and make them more consistent all of these things I've been doing and my sales have been better than ever and more consistent I've had a record high month and I just wanted to share my tips with you all because I know these things are working for me and I see a lot of people saying that you know sales have slowed and they don't know what thing what they're doing wrong these are the things that will actively help you increase and make more sales so if you want to know what those tips are stick around and keep watching and make sure that you're subscribed so you don't miss any other future resign content that I do but without further Ado let's get right into the video and figure out what's going to help you make more sales this year [Music] the first one which is probably the most cliche and you've probably already heard it but you need to be listing daily so I have been making it a thing that I must list at least five things uh every day every five new things every single day so for me I actually write it on a little calendar that I have by my desk where I'm working and I kind of write on it every single day if I've listed or not and so far for the month of January I have done it every day I've listed five items and this is what's gonna help me be consistent because it's going to drive new people to your closet because you have new items you're bringing in new brands new Styles and so this I find really helps and I was only adding like one to three items into my closet every day uh pretty much most of last year and I was skipping days and I was actually realizing that that was really hurting because I wasn't adding enough to my closet Poshmark is a platform that you really need to be adding so many more items to your closet because that's what's gonna help draw in those sales especially if you're making sales you need to have you need to you know keep up a good amount of items in your closet so the biggest tip that I can recommend is make sure that you're adding new inventory every day and if you can do five to ten items every single day if you have more than that go ahead and add more I am a part-time reseller so I don't have time to be adding more than five a day and I also don't have the inventory for more than five a day but five I found is kind of a magic number it's helping me generate more sales and it's helping me kind of go through inventory quicker okay so the second thing that I highly recommend doing every single day which is going to help you get more consistent sales is to re-list every day so this I do at the same time that I list all my items I do it after 10 pm every night I go into my VA and I CL I click relist five items and it'll re-list and d-list five different items for my closet that have been sitting longer than 60 days and what this will do is kind of get rid of those stale items and actually bring them into the fresh new items feed which is going to help you generate create more sales because more people are going to actually see those items they're going to be new listings that are not stale anymore so this is really helpful and like I said I kind of do it in tandem with adding new items so it basically makes it look like I have 10 new items being added to my closet every night which is game changing because that's a great you know number to have that's going to be new items that people can look for and I also do this during the 10 pm parties because I find that that's when a lot of people are really active on the app so I find that that actually helps me bring in more sales uh adding those items at that specific time but whatever you choose to do whatever time you choose to upload during the day that's fine but for me I find that doing both my listing of my five items my re-listing of my five five items doing those both around the 10 pm time frame really helps me bring in sales I think that these two things together are so important to do and you may think okay well if I just relist my old items that should work right and yes and no I did an experiment with this once and I basically re-listed 10 items instead of adding new items and I actually found that for that day that I did that and for like a couple days after that I wasn't making nearly as many sales as I was just adding new items every single day so I find that it's better to do new items and re-listing of items but if you really don't have any items you can re-list just the 10 items and that can hold you over for the day but definitely don't get into a habit of doing this because you want to have new items that people have never seen on the platform added to your closet that's going to help you bring in the most sales the next thing that I find is helping me generate so many more sales than ever before is to just be sharing my closet to the maximum that I can each day in fact I end up pretty much getting into share gel almost every day I use my VA to share for me my VA will do 7500 shares and then on top of that I actually do some of my own shares to just kind of reorganize my closet once I've added new items or relisted items um and so I get to that 10 000 Mark pretty much every day and to me I find that so important because that is going to help more people see your eye items and so I try and recommend to be as active as you can on the platform make sure that you're sharing as much as you can on the platform and make sure that you're getting your items seen in front of more people because that is what's going to help you bring in more sales I notice on the days where I don't do all this when I don't have my VA share for me and when I'm not sharing myself that's when things get slow so you should be kind of sharing your closet throughout the day and that will help you and what I've actually realized with my VA is you know now that I've had it for about a year I've kind of realized what works best and what doesn't work for me and so what works best for me is actually sharing on the slow speed and doing like 10 at a time 10 full closet shares at a time so it'll run for several hours straight and so I don't even have to think about it I don't have to look at my closet it's just sharing for me at like a slow speed so you're not going to go into chair jail but you're also not going to run out of shares that quickly so you can run that multiple times and so if you kind of figure out how many items you have in your closet versus how many like so if you break down the 10 000 shares by however many items you have in your closet you can figure out exactly how many closet shares you could do a day and just tell it to run on that and just do the slow speed so you don't go into share jail but for me I actually like to break it up uh into like different Bachelors throughout the day so I just stick to 10 times at once on slow speed and then I do another 10 or whatever the number may be but I find that it's so important to be sharing every day and really getting as close to that maximum that you can obviously you don't want to get into share gel every day because it doesn't look that good and then you can't share uh for a while and I noticed that like when I do go into share gel I can't do anything else on the platform I can't even like send out offers and stuff so I don't really recommend going into share gel I just recommend trying to get as many shares is in as you can in a day so getting as close to that 10 000 as possible without going over so maybe try and keep track if you can on how many shares you're doing but as long as you can try and share very close to that 10 000 a day I think it's going to help you have a lot more sales and the fourth tip that I've found that really helps me is that's generating more sales is actually adding in so many different new brands to my closet so I used to just Source the same Brands the only brands that I was really comfortable sourcing but I've noticed that like since I've started to add new brands into my closet I've noticed that I've been making more sales because it's kind of inviting more people that like don't already follow you and don't already see your page to then see your page so I've like you know I still have my stable brands that I still swear by and I still pick up every time I go thrifting but I also try and add in new brands when I go out I try and like research what brands are selling and then I'll try and add those in and I'm always trying to learn to see what brands are selling well for others because if they're selling well for others they're probably gonna sell well for me as well so I find that it's important to be adding way more new brands into your closet because that gives people a variety and it kind of is more enticing to people when they're coming to your closet I have about 400 plus items right now in my closet and when I started the year I only had about 200 and I had a lot of the same Brands and so now I have such a bigger variety for people to look from and it's going to help people kind of pick out exactly what they're looking for so when you go Outsourcing definitely try and find new brands try and get out of your comfort zone and what I've also realized is now that I'm actually going through lifting a lot more because I'm going through inventory a lot quicker I'm trying to be more cautious with how much I'm picking up at once and what price I'm paying and so I made it a rule for myself this year to not buy anything that I can't double the profit in so I'm being very very particular with what I'm picking up but knowing that I'm picking up these new brands and giving them a try I'm not paying a lot for them so if I find that that brand doesn't actually sell well I won't actually pick it up again but it's a learning experience and a lot of the brands I've already picked up this year and paid you know a dollar a couple dollars for have actually sold and made me a good amount of money so definitely start trying to find new brands and and get out there and experiment and go sourcing more because that'll also help you bring in more sales because you'll have way more inventory to list and the final thing that's really helping me generate more sales and this one was kind of a hard one I didn't want to accept it at first but it's just to not be so particular with your offers just accept the offer if you think it's good enough or you know counter offer if you really don't think it's good enough but there has been a couple times this month where I've kind of went back and forth in my brain of is this a good offer should I accept it could I make more money am I like ripping myself off and the answer most of the time is if you're making a profit on the item and it's been sitting for a long time but you thought like you could make more off of the item just accept the offer because that's going to help you like get more sales because I've actually noticed when I start accepting offers more more offers keep coming in but like if I don't accept the offer I actually feel like it works the opposite where I like stop getting offers so I kind of like you know realize this very quickly over this month because there has been a couple times where I'd get offers and I would kind of be very hesitant to accept them and I would kind of sit and wait and then I would let them expire and then after they would expire I'd realize that like I wasn't getting any more offers and I was like what's happening and so then I ended up just kind of starting a new thing where a couple days after that I got a couple offers and I started accepting them and then I realized that I was getting a couple more offers after that so it just kind of was working out way better for me and here I was clearing a lot of that stale inventory query that I didn't really want to hold on to anyway and I was still making a profit on it so it even though you think that you can maybe make more on an item maybe it's not going to sell where you thought it was originally and maybe you can't actually make as much as you had hoped for but assuming you are still making a profit on the item and assuming that you're not losing money and that it it's still more than what you started with I would just go ahead and accept that offer if you're on the fence nine times out of ten it works out in your favor and things will be good and you'll kind of start making more sales from there and like I said if you really can't accept the offer like if you're not making money on it and you're not profiting then you can go ahead and counter but a lot of the times I realize that when I counter people either stop countering back or they you know counter low again so I don't have as much luck countering but I do have a lot of luck when I accept offers and so I think it's such an important thing to do except offers that you get I can't recommend it enough and I think it's going to help you generate more sales because it's going to have the algorithm working in your favor so these are my five tips that I really recommend doing for this year to increase your sales these are things that I've done so far in January and it's made me have a record high month in sales so I'm actually gonna make a video next week on what my January numbers looked like in terms of profits and earnings and uh you know what percentage of people were offering versus just buying now what brands we're selling what the average cost of goods was I'm gonna make a video on all of this next week but I wanted to get this video out there beforehand because I just figured this video was really important and I know a lot of people can use this to help them and so if you're not doing these five things you really got to start doing them because that's what's going to help you generate those sales and it's going to help you have way more consistent sales too so if you want to see that video next week on how my
