coordinator however we were tasked to build a huge internet department so we have one two three four five six seven and we have another person Betty Joe and then there's another one that I heard so there's nine there's nine internet coordinators here's the thing as of right now we're going to have positions for six people only okay so one person is going to be a lost opportunity so uh we actually have seven positions so there's two people that are not going to make the cut um I know that and I want to let everybody know that from the door either one or two you guys are going to wash out by the end of the week meaning it's like almost like Navy SEAL training you know at the you're going to be ringing the bell like I've had enough um or we're going to make the decision at the organization that you know it's not the right fit so during this whole week of training where there's now only today and the rest of the week my main job is to identify who's going to do the homework who's going to be able and I'm going to actually read the homework during lunch today just so you know instead of just scanning it I want to see how you articulate yourself if you take time to actually spell check your stuff I'm not the world's great spell but I know how to click spell trck you know I little details like that I'm also to see your classroom participation I'm going to see your interaction um I'm also going to starting tomorrow start turning up the heat tomorrow I already brief the director is going to be pretty aggressive tomorrow we're going to actually do word tracks role plays objections rebuttal without any scripts without any notes without anything my job is to make it as challenging and as difficult as possible uh because I want to create like an uncomfortable people qualify them train them and then give my recommendation to ownership and say okay I think that these are going to be the best candidates you know from employment you got to also understand um one of the things I got from the military is that you're only as strong as your weakest link let me explain that again your team is only as strong as the weakest link in the ch so if one person is not doing well this is not we're not in a position right now or the desire to turn around and try to nurture somebody and grow somebody and maybe in six to eight months they could you know this is not the right type of um this is not the right type of environment for that you know what I mean right now we're launching a brand new Department there is a tremendous amount of money that that's put into this place I mean as of right now we Chang training rooms this place from where we were yesterday is because internet room is being uh set up with it with cables lines phones all that stuff so I need an affirmation like that yes I understand I'm going to go to one in each person say you understand that this is going to be a competitive hire slin type qualification process that we are hiring more people than we're going to actually keep you understand that yes you understand that yes yes yes yes yes yes yes how do you feel about that you have to get the the people that most qualify for the job so does it make you nervous you're excited excited that's right because you're going to be one the people to stay right okay how about you yeah it's exciting challenge yeah I mean like I hope that you feel that way it is exciting because it's not like a McDonald's job I'm not knocking McDonald's I love cheeseburg too you I mean but you know we're not just hiring just anybody to just come in and it's going to stay what we want to be able to do is bring a bunch of people here I want you to understand what we're doing and I want you to you know really put your all into this because there is a Payday have you ever see Survivor somebody's C getting blown out you know what I mean and it just that's bottom line and I hope it's not you know you you you you you and you but you I mean mathematics
