let's talk about how to generate high intent insurance leads online these are leads from prospects who are taking very intentional action and requesting information or even setting up an appointment with you to sign up for your insurance products the equation to grow your insurance business is relatively simple starts with leads you need to have a process to turn those leads into sales and then those sales into referrals building an entire system that can be replicated and then finding team members and plugging them in underneath you that is the recipe for a million dollar insurance business and i'm going to show you how to do that with our high intent lead advertising campaigns when you get a lead from the internet you have to respect their journey that they took to get into your database and then walk them through the six step process from new lead to sale here's that process number one your hook attracts them you can talk about a pain point that you're going to fix you can talk about money you're going to save them or you can share a new idea that they may either a not really know about yet or b have heard about but want to learn more it all depends on the insurance product you're selling and how you attract them i'll go over that in a little bit step number two they fill out a form this is their first micro commitment to learning more about either your solution or setting up a strategy call with you step number three they fill out a short survey not all marketing experts like myself encourage you to do a survey but for me what i have found empowers you to sell more insurance is right after they opt in we ask them some short survey questions for the long form funnel campaign you can ask up to 20 questions but i'll get to that in a minute step number four is actually scheduling an appointment with you so that you can learn more about them you can share your solution when they schedule an appointment with you they are raising their hand taking fast action and saying i am ready to make a buying decision hot lead step number five they've scheduled the appointment now five is the presentation this is when they either join your zoom call this is when they listen to your webinar this is when they hear your pitch on your phone call you can do a step one all the way to step four without talking to a prospect the presentation should be you giving your solution to the prospect and then of course step number six getting the sale so that's the entire customer journey for an internet lead they see your hook they opt in they fill out a short survey schedule a presentation you deliver the presentation and then close the sale you have many choices for running ad campaigns to generate high intent leads here are my three favorite number one lead ads on facebook did you know that you don't have to have a website you don't have to have a landing page or a funnel to generate high intent leads on facebook it is as easy as finding a really good image that pulls in your target prospect they click on it a form pops up right on facebook where they can fill in their name email phone number and even answer some short survey questions all of that information is then sent to you number two the long form funnel these long form funnels are named that way because there's a long form attached to it these long form funnels are designed so that the prospect filling them out and going through the process is giving you everything you need to put together a customized presentation for them and for their needs the long form funnel process starts the same way as the direct ads that i just showed you it starts with a really powerful hook then instead of the form popping up on facebook we send them to your landing page your funnel that we build for you on that funnel we go through a much longer survey now after they fill out the survey they're taken to a page where they can schedule a consultation with you now you're in a position to close the deal you have all of their survey answers you have their contact information and they have scheduled an appointment to make a buying decision isn't that powerful the third and this is my personal favorite is what we call the video domino this campaign uses the power of video where you are looking into the camera they can see your eyes they can hear your voice you use the hook of solving their pain point you share with them what your solution will be and then you encourage them to fill out a form and schedule an appointment with you we use the facebook lead ad function so that you get their information their name their phone number their email address and then you take them to a page where they can schedule an appointment with you at a time that works for you and for them what happens to the leads that come in well i believe in lead nurturing an agent crm has all of this set up for you i want to show you what we've done whether you're using a lead ad a long form funnel or the video domino all of those leads are dropped into your agency or an account here's how we take those leads and turn them into gold every lead that you get from facebook will be texted to you and emailed to you instantly we have the emails written out so you're sending an email for a year we have regular text message campaigns set up we are texting them for a year these emails and text messages and even form then within minutes their phone is ringing and it's you the person they saw the video for it is so powerful we can set that up for lead ads long form funnels and even video dominoes once the campaign is live what is your experience as the agent all of your leads are inside of your agent crm database they are dropped into your opportunities pipeline so you can see where they are we have the family about the insurance product that you're selling again looking back at the lead prospect journey from step one they see the hook the initial hook is the gift card giveaway then we get their contact information they fill out a short survey and now on step four when they're given the opportunity to schedule an appointment with you they would only do that if they were interested in learning more about your insurance product than your highlight so the giveaway funnel while it does generate a lot of probe leads it also puts you in a position to win at a very cheap rate the leads that come in from the giveaway funnel are about a dollar each the high intent marketing campaigns the per lead cost is going to be much higher because you're only attracting people who are actively talking about your insurance product or looking to make a buying decision so i recommend doing both running a high intent marketing campaign and running a giveaway funnel at the same time my job is to put you in a position to sell a policy a day i recommend combining the high intent marketing campaign and the giveaway funnel so you're talking to new prospects every day [Music] when you set up your own
